What a lovely lounge - I'd give it six stars if I could! Everyone ebre is so friendly and as a frequent flyer I greatly appreciate the healthy snack options like curry chickpeas etc. The gentleman at the front desk today (Andrew) could not have been sweeter.

Great Customer Service...they kept it opened 4 hours after their normal closing hours becoz there was a delay with their flight to Dallas..That is a great service and work ethic..The In charge of the lounge was outstanding...He took care of us every minute of our stay...

Convinent place to get work done before a flight. The free wifi is the best way to be productive. Not a lot of choices around the airport so it's good to know that you have a place to work with very little wait time.

How on earth can you justify charging for food at a paid lounge....Very crammy, it’s too far away to be noticed, does not connect to the AA departures floor. There’s a weird smell in the bathrooms. Free style machines are always watered down, or out of various flavors. I don’t think AA cares about competing in Canada.

Almost always average. The front desk staff seem to be more engaged with each other than with the entering and exiting passengers. Will not be renewing my membership later this year. The Amex and Priority lounges are significantly better

We prefer the higher-quality American Airlines lounge we qualify for but there's only Admiral's Club in Toronto. It was full, with many passengers waiting for delayed flights. Small range of complimentary drinks and snack food. Good bar service and table clearing and cleaning

The lounge is nice. There was a decent variety of hot and cold food items. There was regular ice tea, sweet ice tea and ice cold water with mint leaves. Starbucks machine and fresh red velvet cookies. A bit full but to be expected for the time.

The Terminal 3 USA bound passengers lounge is very small, food and drinks are basic, very very small in terms of actual floor size. Gets very very crowded at flight times. Restroom was smaller than Taco Bell or Mc Donald's and below their standards in terms of cleanliness. Service staff are very good and very helpful, they are doing their best but are clearly overwhelmed when its crowded. The flight times on the TV are not updated real time, trust your airline app notifications instead when flights get delayed.

Not your best admirals club by any means but tons better than the admirals club of old at YYZ. This new redesigned club is modern with easy seating for 50 people. That should give you an idea of how much smaller it is than other clubs. Lite lunch salad bar, coffee, soft drinks, and beer complimentary. Strong wifi. Nice staff. No showers and small restrooms so it can be problematic at busy times. Probably not where you'd invest in a 1 day pass but if you're a member, worth stopping in right out of passport control.

Tight space. Can be busy and loud. The seats are comfortable. Was there for breakfast and the made to order eggs is why this place got 3 stars. The rest of the food is average continental breakfast. The bathroom is a travesty. One stall for men and one for women. Too busy for so few bathrooms. There is no way to keep it clean because well...people.

The employees here are absolutely amazing. They have got to be the nicest lounge staff I've ever met - and I've been to a lot of lounges. The local candies they have by the entrance are such a nice tough - so much better than the generic mints on offer at most other Admirals Clubs.
