Rooms were very nice and pool area was great. Staff was very friendly as well.

Cozy rooms, comfortable beds, decent food and a great view of the Miramichi River. Do yourself a favor and sit outside and have meal on the large patio, weather permitting of course. The staff are pleasant and accommodating.

Newly refurbished hotel and conference center right on the Miramichi river. Facilities include a large pool, hot tub, reliable and fast Wi-Fi and an excellent restaurant (1809). The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and pleasant. Reasonable rates.

No Valet ,..no covered entrance... , but a parking lot...nice clean rooms..some with except water views , , and bridge views..very tasty dinner,, lamb,...also very good Clam Chowder. .for this part of Canada it's a 4 Star.......

First I would like to start off by saying that your restaurant is beautiful and has the best view, but we had a bad dining experience. I reserved a table for 5 by the window on Monday July 28th. Great table, but that is where it all went down hill. The service was VERY slow, we had friends here from BC, 1 of them had to change his beer order 3 times as every choice he made the waitress came back with, soory we are out of that beer, we waited for what seemed to be an eternity, I ordered the special, was a steak with steamed mussels potato and side salad, $23.99. I never seen a steak that small in my life, the mussels were SO small, even the baked potato was soggy, my Husband ordered fish and chips, the fish was realy dry, and he did not care for the over cooked batter, my friend from away ordered the salmon, she was so disappointed as it was dry, even with the sauce, also soggy baked potato, as for the other 2 people, they had no complaints.v I am not looking to get anything free, just want to bring this to your attention, I should have reported it earlier, but have since talked to a few people who had similar BAD experiences with wait times and poor service and quality of food, and they said it should be brought to your attention. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the view, but that was it.
