Food was good, unfortunately service was terrible. We got wings and a desert and as the only other couple in the restaurant I wouldve expected better service, never asked how the food was, would run away before we could ask for anything else, and made us feel bad when we wanted another drink... nonetheless dont give younger adults worse service because you think "you wont get tipped" or "because they dont have alot of money anyway" I've told all my family and friends and needless to say- we wont be coming back for a while

Left on the phone for quite some time when ordering pick up. Crab cakes not cooked (still frozen in middle), fries were plentiful although soggy, and chicken fingers bland. Waitress greeted me upon arrival- presented very tired and annoyed I was there. Poor lady. COVID pick up area was comfortable and restaurant itself looked very up to date and would have considered coming back.

First it took 1hr for the delivery plus it cost $31 dollars for a burger and fries with gravy i would not suggest going here for food.Then the atm didn't work it was horrible then the delivery man kept me outside calling restaurant finally went inside with a cold burger I dont recommend going here.

Went for lunch and drinks with friends had an awesome time service was great food was good. Went back months later for dinner with several food recommendations was very disappointed with said food and with price. Also there was a mix up with the order, the shrimp had been left off, which I mentioned as the steak shrimp was more expensive then just the steak so I wanted to make sure my bill was adjusted they insisted on still bringing me the shrimp which did not come until I was pretty much done my meal then charged me for a separate order of shrimp which ended up costing more than my original steak shrimp dinner. Both appetizers we had ordered were burnt.

My boyfriend and I love the food here, and eat here over most other resturaunts in midland. But last time we visited, one bartender was working (Joanne) she looked at us for a second when we walked in, gave us a dirty look and looked back at what she was doing. We were not greeted or seated and felt very unwelcomed. We were so disappointed because the food is the best in town and we were looking forward to it. We left immediately and went to Kelsey's. We will not be returning to Phils if this bartender is working.

Service was great in the outside tent from the multi colored hair server. We didn't get her name but she was right on the ball. We stayed in Penetanguishene so Phils was our hangout there and the staff staff were just as nice. Food was excellent both places.

Great place and great food. If you're familiar with Phil's restaurant in Penetang, you can expect the same quality here, which is awesome! I would recommend coming here on a Tuesday or Thursday for their half price wings, arguably the best in town! Great selection of beer, outdoor patio, and awesome food; what more could you ask for??

Not my best experience here. The beer I was served was not what I ordered; the onion rings were overcooked bordering on burnt; and the medium wings I asked for came as mild. I went to the bar to ask about the beer. The first person I asked told me I had to talk to the bartender, who was serving a table at the time. When I did talk to her, she said I'd have to take it up with my server. Not my idea of customer service. If it had been busy I might be more forgiving, but it wasn't. We were a group of 8 and there was maybe 20 people already there when we arrived shortly after 7, and most of them were in their way out. I won't be hurrying back.

Large portions of food. I was able to share the Chicken Caesar wrap with a friend and still have salad left over. Downside was the waitress never came around to bring us menus so we had to ask for them and they never came around at the end of our meal with our bill so we were left sitting there. We had to go to the bartender to pay. Yes, it was busy in the restaurant...but these are just basic mistakes.

The salad was really large and had a little bit more color than your usual house salad, which is something I appreciate. The price was very reasonable. Crunchy, well prepared sweet potato fries. Large sandwich portions, we usually are happy with our meals here and in the evening there's often live music. Not four stars because the waitress was quite inflexible with the substitutions in spite of offering to pay extra, which resulted in a lot of uneaten food, which I always prefer to avoid, although I took the container home. Fries, for instance don't travel well!!!

Really inefficient. The food was good and the service friendly but kept getting excuses as to why our order was so slow (I mean hours, not minutes). First the garlic bread had bacon on it by mistake. Then they forgot tomatoes in the wrap. Not sure if it was incompetence or a cover up, but we won't be going back. We went there as we were hungry, and the portside restaurant had a 30min wait. Would have been faster to wait.

I'm sorry Phil that I have to write this review but our take-out meal tonight was less than we expected from your restaurant. Normally we have a great meal, not tonight. My husband and I were both very disappointed with our wings and fries. The fries were so dry, I believe they had been re-fried/re-heated. The wings were tough and dry, not enjoyable. I know you can do better.

Burgers are pretty overpriced for the quality, cheap frozen beef that was way undercooked. Flavor was non existent most bland meal I've had even the gravy was horrible. I find there is no consistency with this place.

We were in Midland for a short trip and had asked the hotel folks where to have a good breakfast. We went through the usual suspects, which they neither supported nor shunned, and then off-the-cuff they suggested this place. They said it's the best breakfast in town. They were absolutely correct in every aspect. The prices are very reasonable, the servings are huge considering, and the place looks like it's been well kept. Our server Tayla was especially attentive and efficient. We will be sure to stop in again next time we're in town!

Good food with a bit too much salt in the gravy. Chicken fingers in the wrap a bit dry but overall good. Will order again but encourage a change to take out containers to something that is recyclable. Styrofoam is not acceptable in Simcoe so I don't know why so many establishments continue to use this.

Wow, we did not expect such great food from a place that looks more like a club. I had the ribs with fries and greek salad and it was perfect! Attentive waitress, fair prices, big portions!! Decor was a little tacky but we loved how it played with an original vibe. DJ started off well but we were too beat to stick around. Thanks, late night eatery!
