Clean and friendly place to stay. Very close to sled trails. No place to lock up the sleds though, but great stay.

Un hotel complet avec repas et piscine au sel de mer qui se demarque des autres hotel de la region. Les dejeunener inclus sont de loin superieur aux hotels du meme type. Personnel gentil courtois et attentionné. Nous allons surement y revenir !

Best place in Matane for me. people at the hotel are all friendly and most speak enough english to help a non-francophone.

Dans un contexte touristique très achalandé (2e été de pandémie), nous avons été agréablement accueillis à l’hôtel Quality Inn de Matane. La chambre était confortable et très propre. Même chose pour la piscine extérieure chauffée.

We stayed at Quality Inn & Suites for one night. We booked this hotel because it said that it was "pet friendly" but when we checked in, we were told that the cats had to stay in their kennels. This was extremely disappointing as we had just driven 12 hours and had to drive another 6 hours the next day. Other than that, our stay was great. The included continental breakfast was amazing and the staff were great.

Very large, clean and beautiful modern room with such comfortable beds and lots of storage space! Big bathroom! Very quiet! The complimentary hot & cold breakfast was buffet style, real dishes, food was so fresh, homemade, very delicious and plentiful.

Good place for an overnight stay. Location leaves a lot to be desired. Seems to be in the center of an industrial zone with a cement plant and fuel tank farm across the street from the hotel.

Great clean room, the bed was comfy. The only complaint is we asked for a quiet room and we were across from the electrical room plus our room faced the Hyundai car dealership which had bright lights. The room was warm and we couldn't turn on the air conditioning because the drapes would blow and then the bright lights would be shining in the room. Good selection at breakfast and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Our server at dinner was great.

Let me first say how awesome breakfast is! One the best I have had ever (including at a pod restaurant). The rooms are spacious and clean. The outdoor heated pool is a bonus for kids.
