This is the best hidden gem Osborne, no Winnipeg, has to offer. I've gone time and again have always had the best time. The owner is a legend and the place is amazing.

This place was a little hard to find at first, I called the owner and he guided me on how to find it, go up the stairs and its down the hall to the right. The owner is really cool and is very attentive when his customers are done drinking their drinks he makes sure there are no empty glasses around, the karaoke songs can use an update I'd say the songs range from 1990s - 2006ish, However! the owner was very nice and outgoing. They also accept debit if you don't have cash. The place is kinda small but you end up chatting with everyone and making friends so it works out! All and all I would come back here.

Some may consider this a cult classic, it's truly a horror. Hands down the worst karaoke in the city. They ignore the cue and ignore money from paying patrons. This place only affirms the suspicions. Surprising that the room even meets MLCC standards along with food and handling (due to how small and close the proximities are).:

came in on a wednesday night and the employee was not the nicest...we tried to bring kawaii crepe in but wasn’t even let in at all (they don’t even serve food) we had to rush to finish our food to get in, and then they had so many complicated rules (have to pay a singing fee if not buying a drink, have to pay extra dollar for credit card payments if buying under $10) the employee also keeps taking away the paper to sign up songs for karaoke, he even restricted the way we sang into the mic! really weird how strict it was for a kareoke BAR.

Village insiders will know this place, but most will not, even with directions you may miss it. Up a flight of dimly lit stairs, down a hallway where you think you’d find a Private Detective, is the little oasis known as AGIT. This small, quaint, licensed Karoake place is very unique and although they do serve food, this review is based purely on the karaoke experience. After an evening of dining or drinking in the village, stop in and experience it for yourself. Even if you just sit and watch, it’s a fun time. Not a singer? A little shy? That doesn’t matter, this place has a weird way of sucking you in, and in no time, you’ll find yourself with microphone in hand.

The bartender told my friend who was the designated driver that if she's not buying alcohol she has to pay a "singing fee" because they need to still pay for the electric cost. When she said if a buy a non alcoholic drink? The bartender said I will still charge you the singing fee. I mean really this guy does not care that my friend was trying to be responsible... It's kinda laughable.
