loving the new location! soooo much space inside! it’s huge!!! but keeps the same Owl charm we all know and love. the patio space is wonderful. I ordered a chicken burger (cannot specifically remember which one) with fries and it was top notch delicious! our service was great too (thanks to Tennessee/Izzy). really looking forward to spending more time at the Owl!

I love the new Owl! Wonderful location, great art, amazing staff. My only complaint is that the wait time after ordering has been very high, but that's expected with the world as it is right now, plus a new location. I suspect they'll get better in no time. Meanwhile, this is one of the most exciting places to check out now that Lethbridge is coming back to life!!

I would have to say that the atmosphere here is truly amazing! The people and the service is non like any other. Heres a place where yo can have a great time and meet new people just by being here. The have great live bands on weekends and kids are allowed till 8pm! A great place to bring the family for great food and also have a great drink selection at same time.

The Owl is the best spot for music in town. They have great bands scheduled and also great open mic nights. Steve (owner and sound tech) always does a good job mixing and keeping the volume reasonable. Their beer selection is okay - they bring in craft brews which is good but their small tap size keeps the selection a bit limited. I haven't had their food recently but I remember a while ago having a very delicious sandwich.

Funky and cool live music is a plus. Great atmosphere for getting together with friends. Food was good and the price was within reason of other places. Service was friendly and prompt. Only minor issue was locals panhandling and bugging you for spare change as.we sat on the patio but.that was not a deal breaker.

Absurdly high prices, mediocre food, and worse yet the Gender neutral bathrooms. This place is absolutely ideal for millennials, everybody else? Go elsewhere. No seriously. Talent was decent that night, no complaints there. Unfortunately that doesnt reflect on the establishment itself overly. For two people, a couple burgers, and two drinks each, an $80 bar tab is a bit excessive.

*The* place where musical minds gather. A great place to visit on any night of the week. Live music by donation, open mic Mondays, quiz nights (v. busy), movie nights, an indie arcade machine, cheap beer, board games, chicken sandwiches, a vegan menu, and fried food (try the arancini). Might seem a little cliquey when it's quiet, but they're accepting eccentrics. Lunch is Thursday-Saturday only. My recommendation? Get the veggie burger *with* bacon. Side salad, and* a plate of communist fries.

The owl has to be my favorite venue for live shows in Lethbridge. Don't come expecting a club environment like lime or studio, go to the owl to see good gigs with good people. It isn't the biggest place so more popular acts can sell out, but the intimate atmosphere gives shows here a really special vibe.

My boyfriend and I just ordered from here, delicious calamari, and I really enjoyed their blue cheese chicken sandwich with their vegan chili. Its so difficult to find good calamari so we are really happy we tried this place out. Once covid is over, we will be trying their food in house. Will be ordering again on skip in near future.

The Owl is just an awesome place! The last Wednesday of every month they do an open mic stand up comedy, which has helped so many comics get their start! Myself included. On top of that they bring in so many touring musicians from all over Canada. It's the best place for live music! The food is great, the service is awesome and their entertainment schedule is packed!

I usually order their Calamari salad or Yam fries. Both are delicious!!! Staff are always good to deal with here too. I'll keep coming back as long as they keep having Eric come play!!!

I have performed here a number of times in a number of bands from Calgary, and every single time we play here I am delighted. The staff here know what they are doing and they provide a great atmosphere for live music in this community. If I lived in Lethbridge I would probably freqent this place all the time. I've been there three times now, and each time I have received exceptional service and excellent food. The staff has always been very friendly. They have a vegan/vegetarian section on their menu, for people who adhere to those diets, which I find is really lacking in a city like this one. They also have an excellent drink menu, which is great for people who want to try something new. Their Grilled Chicken Avacado burger was phenomenal, and I found their Chicken Strips to be exceptionally good as well. Be sure to ask about desert as well, they have an off-the-menu berry white chocolate brownie which is probably among the best I've had in my life. All-in-all, I highly recommend this place if you're looking to go somewhere fun, friendly, and with fantastic food.

The owl is always a great place for live music. It has local artist that display their artwork on the walls all around, which is all for sale. Absolutely love that. The food is really good too they have a full kitchen so you can enjoy a meal and live music at the same time. They have good beers on tap with a large selection of wines and spirts. We went here for the pub quiz hosted by the library, but the food and drink is what sold is on the owl. There are a lot of pluses here. It is very cozy, but in a good way, this is not code for a cramped bar. It also has fun ideas like getting a discount for giving your phones up at a concert. The cocktails are delicious, the menus are very witty, and the food is spectacular. We will be going here again as soon as we can. There are two negatives, both so small that it didn't affect the 5 star. The plating is not the most attractive. In fact, it looks pretty terrible. But it tastes amazing, so who cares about the plating? The prices are also very high. Now I know you are thinking, "Steve, that's a big negative!" And it is, but again, the quality of the food and drink is so high that the prices are very fair. It is just too expensive for us to come here weekly, but we will be back and happily pay for the superior quality food.

I really like the food and the drinks but whenever there is a live performance it is too loud. As it's a restaurant and pub you want to be able to still slightly talk to the person next to you but I find it very hard. And the noise is normally the first comment I hear about the venue. So if you want to go before the music starts and talk it's great, after the music starts you just hope the music is good so that you can listen and not feel awkward about the no talking.

First time here. It's New Year's Eve and the place is packed. The band 'Adequate' is surprisingly good. The play a lot of older stuff from the 70s, like songs that you would find in Guardians of the Galaxy. The wife ordered a poutine and it was pretty good. The bar is LOUD though.

The food is ok. It is better sometimes than it is other times. I have not eaten here a lot as I am not confident that it will be good. Attention to detail is often missed as well, which I find important. Such as stale crackers and a container of various teas to pick from, but there is an overabundance of one kind of tea. Stained coffee mugs is not in good taste either. One thing that the Owl does VERY well though, is support community, people, organizations and causes. They are very open to fundraising opportunites and provide a much needed venue. I think this is wonderful!

Today we ordered pickup from the owl. (The first time since they moved locations.) The server on the phone gave us phenomenal service. They were super personable and managed our order quickly. The food was literally to die for. Chicken was ????. Their honey dill dip is heavenly. Their burgers? Oooooooh, you aren't ready for how delicious they are. Supporting local artists? We live for it. The new location looks slick. I hope this place never goes anywhere. If you are thinking about ordering here, it's a no brainer. Will probably always be my favorite place in Lethbridge.

Steve treats his customers and artists great. Good drink special prices, a creative (and sassy) menu, and good ambiance keep this place busy most nights.

Great food and atmosphere. There's owls everywhere, and it's very cozy. The staff is very kind and it's always nice to go. And it's not going to break your wallet. Was there for trivia night once and that was super fun. Being able to order good food while being entertained made for a fun night. The menus are hilarious and makes you want to keep them after ordering. They're old textbooks with some of the middle pages converted into menus. Not only that, but the descriptions of the food themselves are funny. Lots of care went into this place and you can feel it. Oh yeah, and there's board games too. And live music some days.

Good music, good decor, cool scene. Your always gonna find something interesting going on whether it a band, a poet, painting, or a movie. My fav memory here is BA Johnson playing a full set in the men's bathroom. Not such a fan of the beer selection last time I was in. While the menu is inspired the execution left something to be desired once or twice since I've been coming. Also sadly I did get a pint of skunked beer here one time, although to be fair, someone ended up trying it and comping me so no harm no foul.
