It was a unique experience, we sat in a private room around a table with a screen at either end for lyrics and videos. There was a solid song selection and the videos in the background were great nature clips. The entrance was a bit sketchy but it's way better looking inside. Easy enough to transit too and open late night. Definitely would go again.

Today Is my best friends 18th birthday, they put down money and made a reservation. On the website and verbally it states that they open at 4. We came early and then waited outside until now when we got fed up and finally left to go somewhere else. Ridiculous.. many other people were waiting outside as well.

Was the Best karaoke in Vancouver by far and I've been to almost all the karaoke's in Vancouver. Good quality equipment and awesome service. -2016 As with all things changes happen, Service has gone down in our views and we been coming here since 2016 and it is no longer a place we want to come all the way from Burnaby and Hastings from. Me and my friend have tried two times past two months since they reopened due to covid and we left feeling unsatisfied. Pricing has changed which is understandable, the extra time karaoke's usually give they only give 10minutes even though we are the only ones there. Other places usually give 15-60 minutes depending on how busy they are. This does affect our view unfortunately. Equipment is still top tier and they do have a liquor license so one can drink and sing. Place wise its very clean and modern. #1 place in surrey though there's not many contenders. I am not sure if they cook food anymore. For us we have no reason to come all the way here to go karaoke anymore like we used too. Probably drop by once in a while when we go to surrey now.

I havent been to a karaoke place in a long time but this was a great experience! Our karaoke room fit 8 people seated comfortably and was reserved ahead of time so it was easy for the stragglers to find us. I love how they had 2 tvs on different sides of the room because normally karaoke rooms only have 1. They had a good selection of english songs ranging from the classics, like a virgin to barbie girl to heart shaped box. Best part is from time to time they gave us free minutes which we probably got 30 minutes extra of singing time! If you have only done bar karaoke this is your chance to experience the full karaoke room style!

It was my first time at a karaoke place, and it was beyond amazing. The staff was friendly and even though the place looks sketchy, it's so much better inside. I'd definitely go again! I do however wish that they had more variety in music. A lot of it is outdated, but we still had one hell of a good time!

They charged away too much to get in, waaaay to much for the drinks, and it was so hot there wasnt enough circulation in the rooms but the atmosphere inside was great and the setup was great and the microphones and setup worked.

Even though I troubled them so much with paying, they were patient and kind. It was our first time doing karaoke and so they helped us with how to use the remote. They even gave us an extra 20 minutes for free as service. They are so kind and would definitely recommend them for anyone.

this is a really fun place. owner is super friendly and had a lot of fun here. i don't give out 5 stars very often. if i was going to complain about something it would be that they don't really do food. but they are very open about that. so a great place to drink and laugh.

Nice place, very friendly staff. The Karaoke machine and sound system is too out of date. I would say it's the worst among all the Karaoke places I've been to and I've been to pretty much every single one of them in Vancouver. Songs are from 10 years ago. Price for the drinks is ridiculous.

Quite pricey for $20 per person for an hour (that's after 9PM). There' s three drinks - consumable, though. the booths are clean. I'll recommend this place, still. I believe they need this pricing to recuperate from pandemic closure. Anyway...here you can be a great singer for a night!! Don't sing old songs - the score is low. ????????????

This rating is not based on food or drink because we didn't order, but mainly based on the cool ambiance, song choices, and customer service. The english songs have a really great variety, and the ambiance includes chalk boards, a cool set of wings in an entrance, and the rooms seem clean and fit almost a night time city vibe. The customer service however is spectacular. Our group had a reservation at 8:30, but everyone only came in at 9:30. The owner waited for everyone to come in until they started the timer! They were also very thorough with their explanation of the karaoke machine, and were super patient with us as we paid, even though we stayed quite extra than we were expecting. These people are nice and understanding, and I am planning on coming back for any other celebrations, as the pricing is fair and is great for big groups!

Looks sketchy but it's not. Great service and a wide selection of songs. The mics were decent and the sound system was good. If you're eating and there's a loud grouo there isn't much soundproofing. Cool angel wing art outside too.

There are other karaoke places in surrey&lougheed but this is DEFINETELY my favourite one! I take ALL my friends, in pairs and party groups, and they all love it! They have so many songs, awesome sound system, great food, and best staff! If you ever go to guildford to have fun, GO HERE! <3

I went here having low expectations just because it was in surrey, but I was blown away by how great the atmosphere and set up of the place was. The karaoke machines were great and didn't have any issues and the prices were reasonable. The only downside was they didn't have a lot of choices on their menu because it was sold out

We had to fix our broken karaoke machine ourselves because the staff didn't know what was wrong with it. Also they didn't know how to make any of their cocktails from their menu so the only drink options were shots or beer.

Went there today with two other friends, the room and decor was nice and only costed $25 for an hour (split between the three of us was around $8 each). The staff was extremely nice and even gave us an extra 20 minutes because it wasn't very busy :)

I had never been to a karaoke place before and I came here for the first time with my friends. The woman who helped us was super friendly and welcoming, she really made us feel right at home! The facilities are beautiful and always clean. Their Asian style food caters to western influences and tastes delicious! We all had the best time in a long time. If you're looking for a new experience or a really good karaoke place look no further.

I went here with my mom and sister to hangout. We check their schedule online and it says opens at 4 pm but eventually we waited till 6 pm but it ddnt open. I recommend that if they r not open that day there must be a sign so that ppl r not waiting outside till it open.

First of all, I was a bit skeptical about this place, only hearing second hand opinions about it. But I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the experience was. Took a bit of time to get the karaoke machine running but after that it was fun times all around. Definitely get the 2 hours to start because time runs out fast after you've gotten some drinks in ya. We stayed till closing. Trust me, you'll be begging for MORE time. Food, I've heard was mediocre, but the chicken we had was soooo good (probably cuz we were drunk) so another big surprise. Staff was VERY professional. Our server (I believe he was the pub manager) was impeccable. Friendly and patient, provided directions on working the machine very thoroughly. After we had had a few too many, he had no problem dealing with us in a friendly and professional manner. Which to me was very surprising being that our guys were throwing up left and right. I still can't believe how nice and patient the staff was with us. Don't even get me started on the woman that, I think owns the place. She was extremely warm and comforting, helping out my friends when they had too much drink and treating them like one of her own. She phoned some taxis for us, which is to be expected; however, the way she handled us was more than exemplary. If you're looking for tons of fun with friends, definitely swing by this place. Worth the money. Surprisingly cheap. I highly recommend this joint!

My friends and I got here very drunk and ready to party. They had a huge selection of songs for us to have the time of our life with. On top of it all, when I got there something smelled really good so i asked if I could order whatever it was and found out it was not for sale. However, the lady there made me a plate to try and when I told her it was delicious she took it back and put a lot more on the plate. Ive never felt so loved at an establishment as this one before in my life. Legendary staff. Make you feel like family. Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone. Go give them your business because they deserve it. 100 out of 10. ????

I went here with another friend and from the beginning felt like it was a karaoke business in Korea! There are doors that open up to stairs that lead downstairs into the establishment, just like most "noraebangs" in Korea. Due to COVID, they've eliminated the books that list the songs but the search feature via the remote is very easy to use. Very reasonable rates as well, less expensive compared to our other karaoke spot Galchae in Burnaby. They also have a full bar and some food options. Expansive parking lot in the back, and open until 2am on the weekends. Their reservation system online said there were no rooms available but when we called, we were able to book a room right away. Highly recommended for a fun night with friends!
