The cabin was nice and rustic. The food was exceptional - but a little pricey. But, the cabins are RIGHT next to a large highway. You will hear noise from the highway all night long. You don't exactly escape the hustle and bustle of Banff by sitting next to a freeway all night long. The cabin was cute - but for (mostly) the same price you can have a quite lodge room sitting right on Emerald Lake instead of next to the road. They were very nice - but this place just isn't worth the money. I feel bad for the owners trying to have a quiet mountain cabin next to the road.

Nice quiet place to stay and enjoy. The food was also amazing and the night sky was definitely a sight to see! The dog sure enjoyed the fireplace and the comfy bed.
