Been going for years to PJ bar watch ufc fights. Came here to try a new place! Read other people's reviews.. All i can say is my experience was great! Easy place to find a spot to sit right away not like other places. Sweet Coralie and other waiters were always around if i needed anything... Pizza was big, fresh, tasty and draft beer was also good! Price was amazing!!!

Went for the first time last night (October 15 2016) I've never had such terrible service! The first waitress (the one with blue hair) acted like 5 people was just too much for her to deal with. The second waitress left in the middle of taking our orders, I had to ask 3 different servers for water, just about every restaurant I've ever gone to gives a glass of water before taking orders. In the end, one of the waiters noticed we weren't being served well and stepped up, he was great! I'll never go there again.

Very spacious area. Celebrated an end of season event with my team and we had the 2nd floor to ourselves, it was sufficiently large. Each seat had enough elbow room so as to not bump your neighbour. Some areas of the 2nd floor had cool/cold air coming out of the vents ... making it uncomfortable for some. Food was very good. We were offered choices from a predetermined menu which also offered a range of prices. The choices available varied; including pasta, fish, beef and a combination of the last two. The meal also Payment is acceptable as either cash, debit or credit card, though I was told they did not take payment from mobile ????. Service was excellent, friendly and engaging. They provided us with a large screen TV to show our end of season video montage. A sound system was also at our disposal for dancing at the end of evening.

I have been coming here every so often since it used to be called Le 12! Till this day I still call it that. But the Manoir is an awesome place. I only have great things to say about this place. The food and the staff are excellent. The employees and the boss treats their customers like family, with respect! They make sure that everyone has a great and decent experience no matter if its for Hockey night or simply for breakfast. They are great! I feel right at home here and it makes living in Lachine better.

Post pandemic visit, so expectations were low, but still pretty bad service, even with those standards. Food was good, but very long wait times, multiple misses of the order, and constant chasing down of our server, left us disappointed. Will go back, likely in a couple of months..

16 Nov./2016 How unfortunate. Each time I go the food is progressively worse. Tonight is the last. The hamburger steak was like a hockey puck, the mashed potatoes watery, the onions under cooked and the pepper sauce from last year. I used to enjoy coming here as it is 2 minutes from my home.

The restaurant/bar is well placed in an area where there are not as many sit down restaurants. Easy Parking Plenty of TVs to distract you if you're sitting there eating alone. The price for the meals and the beverages is very fair. The quality is average but on the high end of average. The cost value is very good. the service was very friendly.

Several things wrong with this place. It used to be so good... :'( My birthday meal. Server took 10 min to even take our drink order. There were 5 of us. A pitcher of draught beer and a red sangria and a long island iced tea. Calamari and nachos to start. We were ready to enjoy a good evening with friends with great food. Brought out appetizers, brings 4 plates. My long island iced tea was literally all lemon. That's all I could taste. Draught beer was partially flat. Server disappears. My party and I are enjoying the Habs game that night and my birthday. Appetizers done, we had to catch our server's attention to get him to clear the table. Main meal finally gets ordered after a 2nd round of drinks which took 20 min to order. This time I ask for a pitcher of iced water for the entire table. The server brings it but no glasses. Pitcher sits on our table and no one can drink it. I'm starting to get upset because this is my birthday celebration. Cue the food after 25 min. My ribs are fantastic. Everyone is happy with the quality and quantity of their food. Takes 30 min to get the cheque. The Habs won the game and my party splits the amount. My boyfriend pays 145 and tells the server we won't be back. Total meal: close to 200. Level of satisfaction: 0 Quality of food: 10 Service: -10

Respectable, clean multi-screen sports bar near me for me to be able to watch Monday Night Football. I always try to be fair with my reviews. The chicken wings I ordered were barely acceptable. I come from Ontario where chicken wings are a big deal. I find in Quebec, chicken wings are not as popular, and so most places, including this one, don't put alot of effort into this dish. This is why I don't necessarily hold it against Le Manoir. On the upside beer choice was good and so was service. I look forward to going back and sampling something else on the menu and watching more Monday Night Football. ????

They cheat you on beer qty. 4L= 3.5L even when you complain they just shrug their shoulders. 20oz = 16.5oz. They had a class action lawsuit and changed the name of "pint" to "large" but the menu still reflects 4L for the cheated 3.5L I'm not impressed.

Nice neighbourhood sports bar type of place. Tv's are huge and definitely hard to miss. However, not all of the tv's were sync'd properly. There was like a 3,4 second delay with not only the voice, but also amongst the tv's....for the same game. Nachos were good and the drinks were reasonably priced. It's a good place to go to especially if you live around the area. Plus there's lots of parking. I'd give more of a 3.5 than a 4 though.

Horrible service, 20 min before getting a breakfast menu in an empty restaurant. Had to go see the waited twice to finally get served. Received food asked for coffee refill, finsihed food finally receive refill. The bacon looked disgusting, after being cooked it had a green color. Had past date can that be to look like that after being cooked. The whole experience was a disappointment

This is a great place to catch a sporting event as they have TV's all over the bar and on giant screen right in the middle so you don't miss the action. I went there this weekend to watch the boxing match and it was great. Good selection of drinks, staff was in good spirits and very attentive and the food was good too.

Been here many times over the years, more out of lack of option, and it seems to be central for most of my hobby needs. Service is slow, and you can often see the staff standing doing nothing. Food is what you expect for a tavern type place. There are worse places for sure, but, you want to expect better from this place all the same.

We waited almost 1 hour and 25 minutes to get someone even the floor manager to come to our table. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen. There were literally 3 tables that had customers.. And no one got any service!!! Very disappointed

Went for breakfast, had close to no service wasn't even offered water or coffee refill, took the lox bagel, got a cold plate cold bagel cold potatoes the onions were starting to germ and tasted like so, the salmon tasted like nothing(tasteless) plus I got sour cream in the place of my cream cheese and it took her almost 5more minutes to bring me cream cheese.. Overall terrible service used to like this place never got ask once how the food was plus the waitress was very much overly perfumed(some people have allergies, and asthma!) just terrible

I went here for some food on the night of aug 24th and received horrible service on a slow night, I even had to ask for my bill three times. My bill came to 37.50 so I gave her two 20 dollar bills and proceeded to leave. When I got to the door the bartender lady had the nerve to chase me down and complain that I did not tip enough. I will never come here again and will personally go out of my way to make sure my friends and family stay clear of this place. There’s my tip.

Went for breakfast, food was very ordinary. Waitress definitely was distracted since she never brought us water. Never came back to bring us our bill, we had to go to the front to pay. All in all, not much of a breakfast place although I’m sure a night with a sports game and a couple buddies would be great.

Had an early Saturday morning breakfast and the service was excellent!! 3 different plates ordered: bagel/cream cheese - yummy! Eggs, bacon, toast, french toast, pancakes, beans, roasted potatoes, fruit - DELICIOUS huge plate!!! Pancakes with fruit/yogurt...very tasty!!! All in all, us 3 customers were completely satisfied! Coffee refills during the meal (great coffee) Huge glass of OJ!! CLEAN premises!! Nice quiet ambience!!
