Great food, service and drinks. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the air system in the dining room. Anywhere you stay, I guarantee you'll have air blowing on your head.

We have been there 4 times and everytime have ordered something different and each times it was phenomenal. Also, they're extremely attentive to gluten and dairy sensitive individuals...which I am and happy from their menu and service. The staff, one word, Wonderful!

Awesome place dinner or just for drinks with the guys. The service is definitely second to no other restaurant in the area! Did I mention the hot wait staff? The patio is fabulous. The dining room is romantic. The bar has all the TV 's you need to catch all the games!!

Pricey, small portions, too much salt on burger. Moxie's is a chain that tries to lean more to the "fancier" side of pubs, so they inflate the prices and reduce the food portions. Drink variety is low. The atmosphere is nice, good looking place but is that really what you want to prioritize? For a casual dinner for two I think it would be an ok option, but for a friends or family nightout I would recommend McMullan's over Moxie's any day of the week.

Food was delicious, but the service didn't match up. We went here to celebrate my friends 18th birthday. Us being a group of young girls led our waitress to treat us poorly compared to the tables with older customers. We understand there may be a certain reputation with younger customers but we felt we were nothing but nice and respectful. We came in ordered water which should have taken just a few minutes to arrive, but we waited for about ten. Throughout the night we observed her interacting consistently with the tables beside us, making conversation with them, but she was very curt with us. At most restaurants I have gone to, they constantly check on how we're doing, on how the food is and they are attentive overall but our waitress failed to ask us if we enjoyed the food. My friend had ran out of water and waited for around fifteen minutes for her to even come near our table. Every other time I have been to this Moxie's the servers will take my food and put it in the takeout box for me but she just placed the box and left before we could even say thank you. We planned on ordering some birthday dessert, but we were so off put from the experience we decided to leave and have dessert elsewhere. We will not be coming back to Moxie's.

Went here for a work Christmas party. The food was absolutely amazing. The location and staff were quite nice as well. Well worth the price. I'll definitely be going again. EDIT: I went again. It's pretty expensive but the food is so so good. The service was impeccable yet again. Highly recommend this place if you have some money to spare and in the mood for amazing food. P.S. The Key Lime Pie is to die for.

Came here as a wild guess on the last night of our trip to Kitchener. It turns out our wild guess was a great one! From our arrival where we were greeted at the door, the multiple hosts waiting inside to seat us, it was the kind of service you seldom see these days. Nice modern decor, the music was present but not overpowering. It makes you feel downtown when you're in the suburbs. The food was excellent and perfectly portioned. You can finish a plate and have room for desert. Our genuinely enthusiastic server was helpful and present, making sure everything was perfect with our order. We met the manager at the end of our meal, it's impressive they had only been open for a month! We've eaten at restaurants that cost us the same or more, yet fell far short of Moxie's in almost every respect.

Meh. Went here for the first time with some girlfriends for a late lunch before a movie and it took a while for the server to great us at the door then when we got to our table it had pretty bad wipe marks/residue. And my seat had crumbs all over it. We ordered a few different apps to share and drinks. The drinkers were fine and the soup great but the double cheese natchos were expensive for just cheese tomato and green onions. We paid extra for gauc which was a very dissapointing size for $2.99. They ended up not charging us for that which was nice. Wasn't very impressed

Arrived at 1:15pm, was politely seated by the host, at 1:30 the server had still not made her way to our table to at least acknowledge us. There were two servers and approximately 5 tables occupied. We opted to leave after 20 minutes of waiting.

Excellent place for dinner. Menu has a wide variety of items. Food was excellent. Fresh and tasty. We were a table of 4 on Thursday evening and we had no wait in line. Restaurant did fill up later on after 6pm. Daily drink specials are offered.

It was nice. A more upscale setting, yet the price points are very reasonable, service was fast and courteous. The menu is very much road house, but with a touch of flare. Every one in my group enjoyed their meal and will be going there again.

This restaurant is perfect for any special occasion; the ambience is relaxing with the dimly lit lighting. My favourite dish from here are the sushi cones, it comes with three and you can add a fourth one for a small extra charge. The staff has always treated my family and I very pleasantly, and the establishment is always impeccably spotless.

Terrible, TERRIBLE snooty service. They'd much rather hang out at the bar than clear our plates or god forbid pour our wine or refill a glass of water (asked twice, never happened). I doubt I'll ever go back to find out If this is the standard effort as the food wasn't great either. A flat frozen chicken breast does not a meal make. $140 for an annoying experience tonight. 1 star.

My son took me to Moxie's for dinner. I found the restaurant to be very impressive in terms of the lay out, the friendliness of the waitress and a surprise "stop by" of the manager...just to say hi...how is your meal. There is a bar area where you could just have drinks and order your meal as well. There is also a dining room to accommodate larger groups if you prefer a table. It is very cosy. I had the shrimp linguini with a slice of lobster tail and baguette. It was very delicious. I enjoyed every last bite. My son had the strip loin steak with sweet potato fries and broccoli. He enjoyed his meal as well. I will definitely go back to Moxie's. I recommend you give this elegant restaurant a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The food = OK and like many chains now they show calories for each dish. Drinks, limited variety. A consistent problem seems to be service. While servers are super nice we have often been left waiting for basic things while a group of wait staff stand around talking to each other. Our kids love the 'volcano' dessert though and request Moxie's when we go out.

The food is always great as well as the service. They give you wine if you are waiting for a table. And they will text you if you want to leave while waiting. They are one of the only places that makes reservations as well which is fantastic. Always a great night with great food.

Went to dinner tonight with my cousin. The calamari and shrimp was fantastic. I had the beef dip, which never disappoints and tastes incredible. My cousin just had the cheeseburger but he raved about it tremendously. For being a busy restaurant and dealing with Covid-19, the service and staff were beyond quick and friendly. Will definitely be back in the future!

No issues with the service. We we're disappointed with the change in menu, the Portobello Mushroom Burger was one of the few things my wife could eat. That's no longer on the menu. One of the reasons why we had chosen to eat here.

For anyone with a medical exemption for masks do not bother going to this restaurant. Although they acknowledge that there are medical exemptions, they have their own policy in place which discriminates against people with medical exemptions. There are several other restaurants in town that do not discriminate against those that do, so I would suggest going elsewhere. I would never recommend a restaurant that discriminates against someone with a medical disability.

Had my birthday party there and one female server was awfully rude to my guests. However the male server helping us out was great and even though it was 25 people they managed to bring everything within a great time. There was some confusion during the billing payments they got some drinks mixed with different bills but they apologized and fixed it right away. Id definitely be going there again but the female server was the only issue we had.

I wish i could give less than that I went to the fairway road branch for the welcome dinner with my team. I ordered oven roasted free run chicken dish... i was excited as i have tried that dish in toronto and it was amazing but over here when the dish came i was very disappointed as the chicken was supposed to roasted and charred but what i got was fried chicken. And for the side on the menu it was written seasonal vegetables which means there should be variety like carrot, cauliflower, broccoli,green beans but what i got was only green beans which were cold and not properly done. The price for the dish was $24 which is not cheap at all and what i got was not even for $10. I got sick after eating food.. my stomach hurts really bad.It was waste of money and time.

For my dad’s 50th my parents rented out a section of the restaurant and we were allowed to bring decorations & set the area up as we liked, bring our own cake, etc. The food that was served was phenomenal as always, there were these bruschetta bites with steak I believe that were to die for. An elegant restaurant with delicious food and wonderful service. Their artichoke dip is 10/10!!

We have been coming to this location in large groups for business meetings for a long time and they have always been accommodating. Even during phase 3 of Ontario reopening. The staff are very nice and helpful. I have tried "Chimichurri Steak Salad", "Nachos", "Loaded Cheeseburger" and "Beef Dip" and all of them had good quality and tasted really good. My favorite was Loaded Cheeseburger.

A bit pricey with a steak house atmosphere. I've only ever tried a couple of their steak dinners and a chicken curry with no complaints. The two stars is because their service is hit and miss. I've been there around 6 or 7 times and only got served three times. Three or four times they sat me down and didn't offer to get me a drink then completely forgot about me. Their food is good though. If they decide you are worthy of their service it's fine and friendly ofcourse. I'm not going back because of the shotty service and pretentious atmosphere.

My friends and I had dinner at Moxies on Sunday, the reservation process was easy and they were able to accommodate eleven of us. Our hosts were exceptional and very professional, our orders came on time and the food was worth every dollar spent, The kids got ice cream on the house and my friend also got a free birthday cake&ice cream. Our experience overall was a 10, You'll need to show proof of vaccination when you get there, which is now a requirement if you plan to dine anywhere. This is my second time at moxies and they've been consistent in giving excellent service.

We were there for happy hour and very much enjoyed the food, although the menu was a bit limited as the oven was down so no nachos for us. The quality of the food was excellent. I have been here probably 10 tens over the summer. They have amazing food with many options for vegetarians and vegans. The servers and hostesses are so polite and the service is always SO good AND fast!! Every time I have gone it takes no longer than 15 minutes for our food, with the lowest time being around 10. Even when it is busy the food still comes so quickly. The food quality is also amazing! The vegan tacos and vegetarian power bowl are my favourite!! They have also taken great precautions during Covid to ensure a safe environment! It is also very reasonably priced! Three tacos are $16 and the veggie power bowl is $18. With a drink and a tip I am spending about 35$. So worth it!! Pics of the tacos and power bowl below!! YUM and thank you Moxies!!!!

Went to get some happy hour munchies after 9 p.m. Ribblets were tasty, tacos were average (not out standing). Disappointed on fish in the tacos. They were pretty blend and not crispy at all. Tried their house ale and larger which were average. My wife loved her Bellini which is always a safe choice for people with sweet tooth.

I have always loved this restaurant. Staff is always highly attentive when it comes to expressing my issues with food allergies. Still Miss the Moxie's location that was in Guelph that closed a few years ago. Oh well, Kitchener is not that far to go to enjoy great food from Moxie's Grill. This location's patio is particularly beautiful and sheltered. It's a nice alternative when the air conditioning is too dang cold!

We visit the Kitchener location quite frequently and have always had great service! The food is really good, and with a few dietary restrictions, they always accomodate and go above and beyond. Personally I go there for the sticky toffee pudding, it's the best!

This is a nice restaurant to dine at in the summer. Their patio is perfect for enjoying time outdoors with friends and family. The food is definitely gourmet, every dish I have tried has been fresh and flavourful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the service is not consistent. I have been brought the wrong meal on a few occasions, sometimes my partner ends up finishing her meal before what I actually ordered arrives.

I can not say enough about this business being wonderful and compassionate! They just agreed to remedy an issue that was NOT their fault at all - but my skip the dishes driver failed to deliver our food, and completely disregarded our complaint. The managers at moxies informed us they packed up our order and sent it perfect- and that once it left the building there wasn’t much to be done on their end. Instead of letting us chase down our driver and try to find our now old missing food - they remade our entire order for us , at no cost. Beyond grateful , thank you so much for going above and beyond Moxies Kitchener !

We came here for our anniversary. We were greeted by friendly staff when we came in the door and seated immediately. The server Dana, was ever present to see if we needed anything. She was very friendly and professional. The meal was delicious. Top of the line food. The atmosphere was relaxed, great music in the background. We loved the layout of the restaurant and the decor. We were given a complimentary drink for our anniversary which I've never received at any other restaurant! That was a wonderful addition to an already great meal. And to top it off, the manager came out to greet us at the end to make sure everything was good. It was a great experience and we will be back for sure!! We will be telling everyone we know about Moxie's!!

Great time at Moxie's Kitchener yesterday. Our bartender /server Britney was fantastic. She made our experience that much better. We were in town visiting my inlaws and popped by for some appetizers and drinks. Will definitely be back!!! The COVID regulations were adhered to by everyone and made us feel safe. We are regulars at Moxies and were very disappointed tonight. Service was good but the food quality has hit rock bottom. Prices have gone up and the quality of the food does not match the prices. They have taken away a lot of the items that were good on the menu. Very disappointed. I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes, they dont have the baked potato anymore, mashed potatoes looked like they were taken out a box put in the microwave very gross. Steak was really bad quality. My son ordered pasta it was undercooked and cold. You can eat better at home. Will not be coming back. Why come here when you can go to the Keg

Stopped in for dinner tonight with some family and it was a great experience! The calamari was done perfectly, and the fried chicken was deliciously crispy and juicy. Our server Kelsey was very attentive and made sure the evening was a success! Admittedly, I never used to frequent Moxie's, but the Kitchener Fairway and London Downtown establishments have swayed me. Thanks for a great night!

Amazing restaurant. Been here a few times pre-pandemic, curb side pickup and dined here on the patio. Amazing staff, patio is one of the best. Rained and no issues, fully covered. Did not have a reservation and got seated within 10 mins. Staff did everything to accommodate us. Food was great, drinks amazing. Must say the Tomato bisque is one of the best I've had. This is the greatest place since sliced bread. We've gone a few times and the service is always impeccable. If I'm unsure of what to order, they give me tips on what they are fond of. The large nachos have 1 pound of cheese which means they have eliminated my pet peeve of naked nachos under the top layer. This place not only rocks, it super rocks! Speaking of rocks, their Manhattan and Old Fashion are really great. I love my manly cocktails and they've got them.

An amazing place to meet and eat. We had a friendly and amazing waitress who was very knowledgeable about the food. The food was delicious as it was full of flavour and very fresh. There was such a variety of choices it was hard to pick only one thing to eat. Service was fast and what stared out for a quick lunch ended up taking 3 hours as the environment was comfortable and you were not rushed out by the staff. We will be going back there frequently.

Most overpriced and under-delicious fish tacos I've ever tasted. Also, as a 34 year old covered in tattoos, was carded for alcohol. I didn't happen to have my ID and was denied service. No, it's not flattering. It's annoying. Long story short, ate a mediocre, overpriced meal while miffed at an overly officious waitress. A pox on Moxie. A pox I say.

Have been there twice now and well the service wasn't bad it wasn't over the top either. Our server checked in on our table of 7 twice during our time there once to take the order and once to bring the bill. On the other visit there was 1 additional visit. The food in my opinion was overprice for what was offered and rather bland. As I live less than a block away if it had been even average they would surly see much more of me, Oh well the Boardwalk isn't to far to go and the " Other " guys just do it better

Moxie's has a great happy between 5.00 - 6:00 . $5.00 hard lemonade and bellini drinks. Taco special were $3.00 ea and very good. p.m. Food and drinks were great. Service was a bit slow. The patio is very nice and has ceiling so you're not in the sun. We also ordered nachos to share and were pleased.

I had my 6 month old baby, my sister (and her 2 children ages 4 and 6) and my mother and they sat us in a booth beside two men having a business meeting lunch. I am sure the two men were less than impressed, not to mention we had to walk across the ENTIRE restrurant with the baby carrier. We would have been MUCH happier in one of the circle booths right beside the door. We should have asked to be moved, although any hostess with any sense would have known NOT to sit us there. Next time, we will choose a different restrurant.

Another member of my table order the Thai curry, which I tried and it was also delicious! Our waitress had a great personality. We went late on a Sunday and it was like dead , had to wait for a bit for someone to show up front to greet. The server was actually very good, nice and polite and did make suggestions about what to chose. The food however was was very mediocre. Tasteless and bland. I have never experienced better customer service at any other establishment than I did here. My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday dinner, which, being on Valentine's Day, made for a busy time, but they absolutely did the best they could to seat us quickly. Our waitress Allie was the BEST girl I could ever want! She was so sweet and friendly, and even talked to me about how much she liked my shoes when she came up to greet us. On top of that, she was prompt, checked on us often, and congratulated us when I got a promise ring for my birthday gift!!! Moxie's could NOT ask for a better staff member than her, Allie, you made my birthday!! Thanks girl!! On top of that, the food was AMAZING, steaks cooked perfectly, and you get a TON of food for your money.

I haven't been here in years, and I remember why now. Have always loved their drinks, their appetizers are pretty decent, aesthetically they're food is beautiful. I was definitely craving a margarita, so I thought I would try it out. It was good but definitely missed something. I don't know about you, but margaritas commonly come with salt on the rim. Maybe covid restrictions don't allow for it, but not a fan without it. Asked for gluten-free, dairy-free options, was told that there wasn't very much on their menu but substitutions can be made. ???????????? Like what ????????????? I guess I have to make the assumptions for myself, to be told no, everytime I inquire. Only found out wings & dry ribs can't be substituted. Ok good, the rest of the menu is fine. No... Nachos it is!!! To be told it is cross-contaminated. Ok no. I didn't eat, I just watched my date eat. Aesthetically the nachos look beautiful. Chose spicy beef, which I could pick at, for it to taste like boiled ground meat with a bit of spice to it, but no flavour. Pico de Gallo was delicious with a little kick. Guacamole wasn't too bad, just not alot of flavour. Impressed by the amount of toppings. Definitely loaded with toppings which is great! Margarita it is!! Love Margaritas!! No salt.... there goes my faith. Friendly front end staff, bar tender... Atmosphere beautiful.

By far the worst takeout experience I've ever had. The food took close to an hour to arrive, the burger I ordered didn't come with any side (even though I chose fries), I asked for no pickles and it had lots of them and the vegan burger I ordered gave me stomach pains (I'm guessing its because the burger was made on the same grill as meat-based burgers, which defeats the purpose of ordering a vegan burger in the first place, though I hope that's not the case as I've not eaten meat in years). Won't be ordering from them again. Edit: I sent the manager an email over a week ago and still no response. Shows how much they really care here.

Nice layout and friendly wait staff. Food options are very diverse which is nice. Had the bite size ribs which I felt were to fatty and you had to really work at it to tear of the bone. They were a nice size but not the best. Also had the guacamole dip which was served fresh and was delicious but had to order more chips as you didn't get a lot to start with. I did find it to be pricey so be prepared for that.

After their re-opening food quality just went down hill. My fav plate cod fish bowl is off menu now. Calamari was chewy and cold. Ordered blackened chicken burger might as well just ordered a bowl of salt. Their burgers went down in size drastically! But prices didnt. The only thing good and tasty were their sweet potato fries. Moxies went from being my FAVORITE restaurant to my least. So sad!! Very disappointed.

The food was really good and they accommodate that I needed gluten free options. Wait staff was amazing and polite. However, the receptionist when you walk in was extremely rude and petty. She ignored my friend and I when we 1st walked in because she was on the phone and then laughed at me because I was trying to adjust to a new phone and couldn't at 1st figure out how to register my info for contact tracing. I suggest finding someone with better social skills Moxies.

I went there a few days ago with my friends. Good service and great presentation, but that’s about it. The quality of food did not meet our expectations. The meat was tasteless and dry that left not so savoury experience for which I paid around $30. Honestly speaking, there are other places in town serving better food for the same/lower price. We started by asking what they had on tap, the waitress brought us a menu with no beer on it stating "it's all on the menu" then when she came back to take our order, we asked for the beer menu as the one she provided (to share between 4) had no beer on it, she said "oh that's not on a menu" and recited 3 beers, went up to the bar and came back to recite the rest, at least she has her looks to rely on in life. As for the food menus, there must have been a shortage because we were given 2 for the table to pass between 4 people as well.

The servers are great and the managers are trained so well. They know exactly how to please a customer. Went there today ordered a chicken sandwich and my boyfriend ordered a chicken entree. His was cooked to perfection while my chicken was over cooked. They were sooo nice about taking care of it. Exceptional customer service! The food is usually always perfect here theres always going to be a one off anywhere you go.

Went to this location on a July Tuesday night to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday. I had called a week ahead of time in order to make a reservation and was told that my family (of 6 people total) would be able to sit together at a table not under the patio with the roof and that if it rained we would be able to move to tables in the covered section at 2 tables right next to each other. Keep in mind " the right next to each-other" part. When we arrived we were seated at two separate tables in the covered section. I asked our server why we were not be seated at our originally promised table in the uncovered section so we could all sit together. She responded at said that they were seating NO ONE in the uncovered section due to the potential rain, keeping in mind our reservation was at 6:30 and it wasn't supposed to rain until 9. We were not given the option of sitting in the uncovered section and then were forced to sit at 2 separate tables that were not even close to each other despite all of us being from the same household. None of the staff seemed to care that we were not seated at our originally promised table and a table near us had 5 women seated at one table clearly not all from the same household so not sure how that makes any sense. My mother was not able to sit with my brother and sister at dinner and we were so far away we couldn't even speak to them. Near the end of our meal a party of 6 who were once again not from the same household were seated at OUR original table in the uncovered section. Overall very disappointed with the lack of communication and effort towards this birthday dinner we had planned. Our server Taylor was very kind and was very attentive I understand this was not in her control, but confused as to why someone got our table and we were forced to sit inside when I was promised priority seating when I made the reservation a week in advance. Wouldn't recommend going to this location if it is for a special occasion since it completely ruined the birthday dinner for my mom.

The wife and I have been here numerous times, on the bar side, and have always had a great time. The servers are on the right side of attentive, nice and happy, engaging in small talk but not over bearing or 'false'. Service is smooth and quick, no long waits, but enough time to be a relaxing experience. Food is consistently good, although some people might argue the portions are small. I would argue that the fresh ingredients and excellent flavours are worth the extra spend. We bring our newborn son here now while the wife and I have 'dates', and while it's not the most baby friendly, we're here for the two of us and the staff are happy to help where necessary. There are changing facilities and high chairs in the restaurant, but the bar doesn't really cater for car seats. That's ok though, the staff help are great and we know it's not intended to be a fully restaurant. Plan accordingly. Great place. Thanks to all the Moxie's team for the nice nights. We appreciate it.

We have had a consistently good experience at this Moxie's! Back when we could dine in we would stop there before a movie, and I have taken my in-laws there for a meal. With COVID-19, we are doing a lot of curbside pick-up. Ordering online is super easy, and their service and food continue to be outstanding! I would particularly recommend their cashew chicken lettuce wraps *chef's kiss*. Highly recommend.

Steak was cold and overcooked. Being able to accomplish both of those on the same meal takes real talent. Fries came out separately from meal 10 minutes after the rest.

They made a mistake with our order and fixed it right away. We didn't even have to say anything. They were very accommodating and the wait staff and the manager were amazing. They have us a free desert to apologize and the replacement dish was back on the table 5 min later. All in all the food was good but perhaps the menu could use a few more options. I would go back

Went here tonight for the first time in a while. Had the loaded burger and a steak with potatoes. Food was great (burger was juicy, and the steak was cooked to preference) -> potatoe was excellent. Also came out in a timely manner, overall service from start to finish was less than an hour. Our waitress was very pleasant and courteous. Will be back again!

I order take out from here often due to the fact that I work late and they are open late. The other night I ordered their tuna salad which I’ve ordered many times. The tuna had gone bad, tasted very fishy and very mushy with no texture.. extremely disgusting. I ended up throwing the $22.00 salad in the garbage. You would expect a higher standard at this type of restaurant even though it is late night. Next time I’ll just order Wendy’s since they are open late.

Gorgeous location, the atmosphere is sleek and elegant, the wait staff were very friendly. It was a full house and the staff were rushing around making sure that everyone was happy with their meals. Speaking of meals the food was freshly prepared and very delicious.

Love the decor and ambiance. The table that we were at was right outside the kitchen which felt like a run way. Our server wasn't as attentive as I would have liked and my food was only lukewarm. Great flavour and I would have enjoyed it if I could have gotten the waitresses attn for it to be warmed up. I have ate at about 7 of these in Ontario. Never do you feel it’s worth the price. However this location is hit and miss on food. Staff is excellent and menu variety makes a great first date spot. This location and Thunder Bay mall are the best staff. Not a go out of your way place and overpriced but I could possibly cut and paste for Montana’s also. The poke is good, lettuce burger burnt and small side. Keg burger 5 bucks more and twice as good. Tuna salad good but also 22 bucks. Sushi a better deal. The pasta is good but expensive. No side at large price. Tried and true is good but tired. Save your money and YouTube a recipe

Oh man...still sitting at the table and I am so happy right now. Our server was a friendly, knowledgeable young woman named Kaitlyn. This was our first time here and of course we wanted to try everything. I had the Sushi Cones to start, AMAZING! My husband had the Potstickers, which I was lucky enough to try. Yum. My mother had the Honey Garlic Sirloin for her meal, I had the Chicken Tacos and hubby at the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. I only have really two complaints. $3.50 for iced tea, and the Tacos were kind of one note. I mean they were good, but I wish I had tried something else. The menu was well thought out and put together, something for everyone, and a beautiful decor whether in the bar or dining room. Enjoy :)

Service is good. Food is consistently good (Thai curry, seafood pasta, other pasta but without meat). The stir fry Veggies is okay but a bit too much sauce. They change up the option slightly if you need it ..for example we asked for pesto, garlic, olive oil sauce instead of tomato and they did it.

Good place. I usually sit at the bar, but the establishment is set up very well for dining. It's quite a fancy establishment with glassed in flames in the entrance. Very nice entrance and presentation when walking in. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but the experience and service is good. Is it an ultra high end restaurant. Debatable. It has the flair but it's still a middle class place in ways. Not so expensive of a dinner that it will break your bank, but a very nice place to take a date for a few drinks. It's more of a nice night out establishment. I would say slightly dressier environment. You'd be more comfortable there in a suit shirt with button undone and your date wearing a skirt or dress than just casual attire. But is it so fancy that it's suit and tie. NO. Good food, the portions for a guy like me were a bit small, but i'm bias because I'm used to American restaurants. The food was very good though. I had a steak my first time here and it was worth the purchase. The bar is good. They seem to want you to get your drink on, but that drive home says NO NO NO. But a good place to stop for a few drinks if your want to stay on the classy side of life.

So I first got there tonight and me and my date were told someone would come serve us. They never arrived. Instead Paige came to the rescue. Once she found out we didn't get any service yet, she took full control of the situation. She even let us know she's going on a break and who would tend to us while she's gone. I was literally ready to not tip based on the wait for service but Paige went above and beyond that I had to give a $40 tip. Thanks so much Paige. Oh and she also gave us a free dessert because we were waiting. Amazing person and great to have good people like her on the team. Definitely making sure I go back there. Oh and the food was amazing

This movie's is a tester restaurant. They test new menu ideas so its not always the same menu. The staff are friendly and ready to great you. If you want to sit on the patio though its suggested to make a reservation at lament as it can be up to a 2 hr wait. Seats are available inside.

The restaurant had a really nice setting, that wasn't too loud. Me and my date had an excellent time and could hear each other clearly. The food was absolutely delicious and came out faster than some Tim Horton's restaurants. My only cons we're the price is on the higher end, but not unreasonably. Overall great experience and I will come back, but only on special occasions.

We visited Moxies a years ago and it was the best food we had. My husband and I had steaks and tasted good. Good customer service. While I was having my food I found a live spider???? in broccoli which was cooked. I informed them. They inform the manager and he offerde to replace the dish, but I already had the steak so we said "its okey we just wanted to let you know about the spider". They didnt charge us for that food which we had problem with.

The outdoor patio is really nice. Open air with walls and a ceiling so you could sit out in the rain. We ordered fish tacos and Street tacos. They were served on corn tortillas which is perfect! Wonderful fresh taste.. perfect blend of heat. The waitress was friendly but a little slow.. either new or juggling a lot of tables indoor and out.

I wish there was an option of giving 0 star to the bar. Me and my friend had been waiting on the entrance from 10 minutes and there was not even a single employee who came to help us. Later, we decided to go on our own and find seats for ourself. Then a couple of employees knew that we had been sitting there but nobody bothered to take our order. After almost another 10 minutes they came to take the order and we asked them for another menu and just a minute to order the drinks. Nobody showed up for another 10 minutes and thats when we decided to leave. I am surely never coming here again.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The most terrible experience in a restaurant. Manager would not acknowledge that we reserved a week in advance and would not allow us to sit in the empty chairs. She kept saying that those seats are reserved so why even bother and reserve if some customers will be more favorable then others. We ended up leaving and going into another restaurant. Based on this horrible customer service my family will never return to this restaurant.

Amazing service. The staff all seemed to be happy to be there, so management must be doing something right. We went at 6pm on a Saturday, as we walked in the door we realized that might have been a bad decision and a long wait... we were wrong, and seated within 10-15 minutes. We both had (and loved!) the enchiladas. The craft beer (I can't remember the named, I asked for the least hoppy) was amongst the best beer I've ever had. I plan on returning to eat here with a side mission of asking the name of that beer again. The food came out pretty quickly, the waitresses were attentive but not intrusive. The only thing I didn't like was my Manhattan drink; but that is probably because I usually have a different recipe. I believe theirs was more authentic than the other recipe. It was still decent. Overall, amazing experience. We will be back.
