Lost my wallet at this establishment, called numerous times to no communication. Approached them through guest list the next day, with two pieces of id and offered videos as proof of my presence the day before, and was still declined entry. Deeply regret trusting this establishment, and wouldn’t want anyone else to feel this feeling. Simply cannot say anymore.

Horrible staff, self proclaimed head security was chugging a monster and kept saying that he makes a lot of money and only offered to help me if I gave him $1000. Also never in my life have I seen a coat check line so bad it took 15 mins for one coat to leave the room. Waited in line for an HOUR to get my coat and lost my friends coat which was on SAME hook. Disgusting attitude from staff we will not be coming back to this “club”. The place itself was way too packed, I’ve never witnessed such an unorganized establishment. Honestly, Dallas would’ve been a better time and that’s saying a lot as I’m a person of colour. Its honestly just a matter of time before this place shuts down.

Worst bar experience in Waterloo. First and last time for sure. The bar tenders all either don’t know how to do simple math or are purposely trying to rip you off. Literally 4 of my friends got the wrong change after paying for a drink at the bar and they played dumb like they didn’t know. One actually refused to give him the right change back.

They didn’t mop the floor before opening, so it was sticky like a mouse trap. Comically sticky. No beer, no debit, no visa. Booze selection mediocre, but drinks are cheap. Bottle service “booths” kind of lame. Sound system is low quality and very loud. Type of crowd: metal detectors.

Although I was completely attentive and patient with them, Urban culture was rude and impatient when it came to interactions with me and a few other people. If they were completely douchey when it came to treating their customers correctly. Got kicked out for no apparent reasoning, as well as they refused to give me my coat when doing so. Hopefully you don't experience the same. Other than that, the place was nice

Nothing but praise for this place. The vibes, music, and staff are all amazing. I'm impressed at how they've set up the place, very sanitary and COVID safe. The shisha was awesome, and the option to order food to your booth is the perfect touch. 10/10!

I arrived the other night to the private opening to check the place out. service is phenomenal and quick, bar tenders were fantastic and knew just how to make the cocktails I requested, and the prices are fantastic. The club itself is extremely roomy, well air conditioned, and very clean, all of the staff members appear to be well trained and I could definitely tell they have been in this industry in the past. If you have been in the area for a while you may know of this location previously as Beta Nightclub, I'm happy to say Erb and Culture is a promising tribute to the previous hotspot of Kitchener/Waterloo and will fill the void in the Waterloo nightlife we've all been missing. Erb and Culture is successfully aiming to be different from every Club/Bar in KW and I can't wait to see this place thrive!

Place is trash. Water down see liqueur they trying to make a few pennies. Bounces and staff are all like 17 working for minimum wage. What a joke

Absolute horrible experience. Let people wait in line for hours knowing they weren’t going to get in and not even letting them know. And $30 to get in? LOL not even Toronto has prices like that. They need to get off their high horse.

Terrible environment. Packed elbow to elbow and the staff are slow at best and terrible at worst. $10 cover, $6 coat check, stayed for 10 mins before leaving. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Awful experience. Too many poeple, not enough space to actually dance. Coat check is completely unthought, and they have no idea of their own capacity. Would not recommend, woukd not go again, completely ruined my night out. Had fun at Starlight instead, 0/10 recommended.

Went for the first time tonight, it was extremely expensive to get in ($30/person) and once inside the atmosphere was off and there were a few creepy guys that made it unenjoyable. One of them became confrontational with my female friend and was being very aggressive and security guards saw and did nothing, we decided to leave after that as that man stood in a corner and watched us in a manner that made us fear for our safety.

I like the club but I have to give 1 star because of your staff. I noticed one of the bottle girls(blonde) just shoving everyone out of her way in the crowd, and when confronted about it she would just threaten to get you kicked out, also the security would see it happen and pretend to not notice. Will change my review once she's gone
