My family and I visited this hotel and I was so disappointed in the hotel amenities. This hotel has no pool the website did not include, pool however it did advise of the waterpark tat is adjacent to the hotel. With the price I paid for two rooms, I had to pay for parking as well which was also not on the property, the rooms were small and clustered and the bathroom bath was so small my husband and I could not be romantic. To be honest I was not expecting this type of service from such a branded hotel as Sheraton. I was hoping to rejuvenate from this COVID lock down. Please be good for the next visitor because people are locked down for almost two years and are hoping to escape and this hotel to me was not the right selection.
One of the reasons I like the Sheraton hotels is their comfy beds. Wasn't the case this time, the bed was so hard. Woke up with such back pain. I guess there not adding the pillow top on the mattress but it was disappointing especially since your paying good money to stay there. The cleaning staff like to constantly bang doors.. not exactly a relaxing stay. Check-in service and location was great but overall I've seen a significant decline in the hotel itself. It used to be way better. I think i'll try staying somewhere else next time.
Clean and has good amenities. The stores, food options, and attractions are hard to beat, and the connected waterpark is great if you have kids. Only drawback was it was hot anywhere you went. It was hard to sleep because the room was too warm, and we visited in December. We had to open the window to chill down as there was no AC option. Despite that we still enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is located right on falls avenue with easy access to Clifton hill, the falls, the casino, etc (although keep in mind it’s beside the Casino Niagara, not the Fallsview Casino which is a 20 min walk) …
Touchless room access, superb location over Clifton key areas, got two story room on floor 22, lived the view! Could get out on the small balcony for an unbelievable view of both falls. Rooms were large, clean and had no problems. Better than Embassy suites in many ways.
Should have stayed longer. Room was very nice and spacious. Very few hotels that I have stayed in Canada had such spacious bathrooms as well. Floor to wall glass wall give a wonderful view of the falls. Balcony with falls view was icing on …
I've stayed here 5x before and this was my worst experience. Paid extra for falls view, fireplace and jacuzzi sweet. Got a room that could barely see the falls, a fireplace that was broken and front desk refused to answer the phone, when I attempted to call 5x that day. What happened to this great hotel? I let them know when is as checking out how disappointed i was and they didn't seem to care. I won't be back......
Great new remodelling of rooms. Hotel is very nice, staff is great. Pool area is beautiful. Prices at pool area very high for drinks thou. But be warned the resort fees are bogus especially if a Bon Voy member. And their are hidden fees for …
Nice view. Comfy stay. Good for hotel party's
Stayed here for 2 nights 3 days with my Hubby & two daughters & we loved it! We were in room 1661 Fallsview view. Very clean, comfortable beds, amazing views! Can't wait to come back.
We arrived at the hotel to a line up almost out the door. The hotel had 3 staff members checking in guests. We stood in line for 40mins. Finally getting checked in. The room was epic very clean and the views were awesome. We had a breakfast …
Pros: Walkable distance from Niagara falls Nice location Cons: Room is not really a Sheraton room(not good quality and too compact) There is a resort fee and I am not sure why that resort fee for a normal hotel room Paid self Parking($35+LF+HST) for a night and need to walk a lot from the parking building to hotel Highlights: Morning they knock your room and ask are you checking out today(3 hrs prior to check out time). It was not a pleasant stay and may not stay there again.
The floor that we stayed on had a lovely view but the good ends there. When you walked through the hallways of our floor we stayed on it smelt like it has always been a smoking floor. It also smelt of fresh marijuana each time we came up to our room. When I spoke to the front desk about it the answer was you are from Ontario you know the rules. We had deluxe package with a discount at the buffet but they refused to honour it. The toilet in our room was the right height for a very small child..............
Enjoyed stay. Room was nice . Parking is overpriced($35) . Additional resort fee which is unnecessary and brings no value( outside of wi fi which should be included but instead you are charged for separate from room cost ). View is good of …
We stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel for the last 3 nights of our vacation. Our room on the 22nd floor had spectacular views of both Falls. The room was clean and updated, the staff were all so helpful from the gentleman in the …
My partner and I absolutely loved the hotel, we were fortunate enough to have been upgraded from a city view to a falls view. The staff were super friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate every need. The hotel was very clean and we …
My room was fine, 14 floor Fallsview. My spa services were excellent as well. My issues that soured my experience was the following. I treat myself to room service for breakfast when I go away and this time it was horrible. Toast was cold and soggy, coffee was lukewarm and only 2 creamers. Normally you get a pot in a carafe and enough cream. It was one cup and 2 creamers. The home fries were half almost cold. The omelette was lukewarm but edible. It was in plastic take out containers instead of plates with metal trays and coverings that keep food hot. It was not anywhere worth what was charged for it. The reviews have been mentioning elevator issues for months. This morning a staff person had to take a group down on the service elevator. Are they cutting back on maintenance for them??? I’m not sure I will book again. I’ll go to spa still but stay somewhere else I think.
Lara gilbuena Front desk was the most amazing check in experience! She was so kind and helpful. I travel a lot for work and she made my day. Cannot recommend her and the hotel enough!!!
Stayed here for our honeymoon, had a slight issue with our room but the guest services manager on duty was a great help and very considerate, great customer service! Amazing shop located in the lobby, as well so Starbucks, also connected to an arcade, the Hard Rock Cafe, Casino Niagara and more! Makes for a great family getaway or romantic trip! Even though it rained for most of our stay we still had an amazing time! Will definitely be returning
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The newly updated room was clean, comfortable, and the decor was modern but still warm. We stayed in a upper level falls view room (1575) and the view of course was fantastic as well. …
This hotel is perfectly located at the foot of Clifton Hill with a perfect view of the American and Canadian Falls. The King room was on a high floor with a view of the falls, a Juliet balcony that opens to the outside, a whirlpool and a …
Great hotel, very clean and renovations are great. Enjoyed it with the kids!
We absolutely loved our stay. You can't beat the views and location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and promptly responded to a request I sent in over the app (asking for a fan). …
The hotel was amazing, however, there were some negatives. Pros: - very nice room with a great view - very clean - the hotel was close to Clifton hill so very accessible to food and attractions - the staff were accommodating and helpful Cons: - the elevators were not working for our entire stay and we had to take the service elevators which was a big hassle - DO NOT BUY THE STARBUCKS - the prices are purposefully jacked up - a few ketchup packets were left in the fridge so not thoroughly cleaned
We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary recently by staying at the Sheraton for a couple of days in Niagara Falls. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable. The room was very clean and the …
My fav hotel in the Falls!! After trying many of the hotels in the area over the years, this is a recent love that will not be ending any time soon!!
Fantastic, and I do mean FANTASTIC, views of Niagara Falls if you are able to get a room facing the falls on a high floor. Our room was lovely and had floor to ceiling windows facing the Falls. Additionally there was a small Juliette balcony that allowed us to get some fantastic photos. The downside was that there elevators were asbysmal - slow - crowded - out of service.
