Called Marc Raymond Martin regarding an old tavern he had for sale in Earlton hoping to get a few more pics and some more information on the property then what is listed but it was like pulling teeth to get anything from him. We own multiple buildings already and we didn't need a mortgage, we just wanted to see if it had a few things that we were looking for in possibilities before doing the 5 hour drive. This agent was very short on the phone and just couldn't be bothered with a possible sale. We will NOT be calling this agent again even if he has other listings we may have been interested in. If I was the one who listed this property with him I definitely would NOT be renewing the contract as he just pushed away a possible sale...lazier then my French bulldog on sleeping pills!!!!
