Came in for a pleasant meal but was rather disappointed. My server who will remain unnamed did an absolute amazing job, however, a male manager came up to our table and tried to upsell my son to get alcohol, but hes underage!!! I also noticed the same person check up on tables multiple times but the servers were already doing their checks, which I think would be annoying. Our food was fantastic as always and the service was lovely, just a bit irritated.

Went there few weeks ago for food and drinks, our bartender Kieu was very attentive and knowledgeable about drinks. I love the cocktail she made. The food was okay, chicken strips were overcooked, burger is a bit salty. I gave 5 stars to your excellent customer services.

My wife and I went here for lunch. Great food. One customer was being very rude to the staff and to my amazement, the manager stood up for her employees. She told him to stop treating her employee that way and that no one should be talked down to like that. I applaud her for having zero tolerance with rude customers. Finally a manager with some backbone. The customer isint always right, especially in this case.

Place is amazing and very welcoming staff would like to thank our server Jenna for helping my deaf AND I MEAN DEAF grandfather with his order. Geeze this man cannot hear and it took her about 12 minutes to get his order through, and I thought his 97 year old butt was gonna croke 3 times while ordering. Thank fully hes in a better place now(his nursing home) the only complaint I would have about my trip to smitty's is the fact that he drove, and he isnt afriad to die. She was busy in the kitchen area and forgot to bring us pancake syrup for our pancakes I said very politely excuse me to two other servers and they totally ignored us. So by the time our server came out or pancakes were cold I think the customer service sucks because if you're a server in the restaurant you're a server for everybody regardless of your table area.

No plant-based options on the menu. The one veggie burger option they did not have available. I applaud them for trying to find a solution for me, but ultimately my option was a couple side salad made into a larger salad. Sadly that salad only had greens and carrots for veggies and a handful of pepitas and crasins. Service was great, menu needs some improvement for plant based or vegan folks.

This location is just as good as any other Smitty's at breakfast, but not as good at other menu options. Stick with the breakfast menu items if you go to this location, they are very delicious and well worth it. To the purveyors of this location, can you please work on improving quality on your other menu items to the level of your breakfast quality??? Had the worst poutine and wings here, but other Smitty's locations do wonders on those items. Thought it might have been a once off, but I've given three chances already and quality always fell way short at your location on those particular items.

I used to come here almost every week for wings a long time ago. Last few times I've been there, the wings have been soggy... Even after I specifically asked for them extra extra crisp... On one occasion the waitress acknowledged that they didn't look crisp and sent them back. On another occasion I had to send them back again, only for the waitress to say that the cook told her to tell me that when you put sauce on wings, they won't be crispy... Only 1 of the flavors had sauce and the others didn't, so I just laughed it off, and haven't been back since. Everywhere else I've been for wings give them to me the way that I ask... (Sauce or not) I hate to write such a negative review, but in my opinion, when you go to a restaurant and pay for food, it should be delivered the way it was ordered. On a positive note, the service from the waitresses has always been excellent. 5 stars to them.

We went for wings. It was my husband's pick to go to Smitty's, my husband and older son ordered wings, I ordered breakfast and my younger son a grilled cheese kids meal. We ordered around 6:20 and only got out food at 7:15. The kids were so hungry and wanted to leave to go somewhere else. The manager came around after about 45 mins to say your food was almost ready. It was way to long to wait and there was no sorrys and money taken off the bill! Poor choice of going to Smitty's tonight

All the food is fantastic at this restaurant if you go there you will not be disappointed my favourite things on the menu are always their wings and I have to say that they have the best spinach Swiss omelette I have ever tasted on this planet they cover it with hollandaise sauce and they know how to make a proper omelette not some of this weird frittata stuff people try to pass off as an omelet Smitty's knows how to make omelettes but everything else too LOL this is a restaurant you'd like to check out

Very disappointed in service. Our server Ameerah was not on top of our coffee. Refilled one but not mine.. didn't get my food the way I asked. Had to send back...I'm a server so I expect better. I usually always leave a tip but today. Not going back....????????

$16.99 for one piece of of chicken wow. Cheese looks microwaved cause how the oil on the surface. Mashed potatoes cold on the inside and out. Delivery driver used whats looks to be a lunch bag. Won't be ordering from here anymore.

First table was not clean, you could see remains of syrup. Second table, the same. Restaurant was not busy. I think during this pandemic time, extra care good be taken cleaning the tables. Serving size was large - Omelet and lo-cal Eggs Benedict. Meals were good.

My husband and i went last night for wings. I remembered my celphone clock said 12:09 when we were sitted and ordered immediately for baileys, beer and 24 wings because it was tuesday wings night. This was the worst experience we have with smitty's because our order of 24 small wings arrived around 12:59am. The waitress who brought our order was very rude because she cut us out while we were still speaking (..of our disappointment to her calmly). She also reasoned out that there was only 1 cook and they were about to close. Like really?! Those are not reasonable reasons for having such late 24 small -wings -order. When we came there we ordered immediately and then after 20mins a bunch of guys came in to order wings too which we guessed that they waited for more people to cook wings???!! Uhmm.. Hello? It is wings night right? So expect order of wings please?! But the most disappointing thing was the rudeness of that waitress (white girl with long, blonde ponytailed hair). Anyways... We live in amber trails and we always do late night eats because i work til 11:15pm from the hospital. There are more restaurants near my house. I will go to Tavern, mcphillips casino or Boston pizza instead of here.

It is excellent in the restaurant side, if you happen to go in when there are no kids around, but on the lounge side, 90% of the space has been dedicated to VLTs, so unless you want to eat whilst listening to VLTs ringing in your ears, this is a great place to go. Just seems like every time they renovate the lounge, they are making more and more space for VLTs, and less and less space for eating and drinking in the lounge. It is getting to the point where they mine as well change the name to "Smitty's Casino and Restaurant".

Our experience at Smitty's is always a great one. Our group comes on a weekly basis and they never fail to accommodate us even if we are a big group. Melissa was our recent server and she is always hospitable and ready to serve us our requests. She never fails to provide great service and joins in on our conversation with some funny comments. Always have a great meal here. Wing night is the best place to go(if you have small children in tow). Since this pandemic, started and restrictions were lifted the first time, we started frequenting this restaurant again, we wanted to help jump start the economy again.
