Went for wing night. Very cheap wings, .39 cents a wing. They were close to the worst wings I have ever eaten. They were very small, tough and dry. I couldn't finish the ones I ordered. The waitress we had was very nice and made up for the terrible food. The cocktails are great but a little on the pricey side for what you get. Overall not a very good experience here.

There were two shark club locations at this one place. One was to sit down and have a meal and drinks, the other was a stand alone liquor store. I went to the latter as I just finished clapping a pizza earlier. There was a decent collection of bottles and some really good prices. The gentleman running the store was very knowledgeable about the products. Was very happy with my selections and enjoyed a couple drinks as well

Sucks seemed like boyfriends and regulars took precidence. We sat for almost 10 min. 2 customers that arrived after us, got served first after we arrived. 4 girls working, flirting with cooks and all constantly playing with their hair. Just from watching the hair playing this will be first and last time I go there. It is a shame as the decor is nice and the place is comfortable.

Have you ever walked into a place with no expectations of being impressed and walked out truly amazed? That was my experience with this location of the Shark Club. The food is well done and fairly priced. I've been here numerous times and haven't ordered a bad dish there yet. But the most surprising thing about this place is that the service is great! Despite the way they make the wait staff dress they are always friendly and helpful. This is hands down the best service I have received in a pub in Victoria consistently!

** Now charges full price for Soda refills , buddy had to pay 12 dollars for a few Diet Pepsi's and the glass was 1/2 full of Ice, no one advised anyone at our table of this change, I'm glad I was drinking water. Left a very bitter taste in our mouths.** To be honest I've been only coming here with my Group for UFC's , but overall I've been happy. I wish they would put more staff on during these events but lately the girls have been very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Had I wrote my review the first time I went this place would have gotten a much worse review(incorrect food/drinks, bill was a major mess), but they have shaped up and the food is fairly solid (it's pub grub) and I love the dirty chips. They always make good on their reservation I make and I'm pleased to be able to have a decent experience with my friends. I am not a bar goer so I can't really speak on the selection of beer on tap , though they have a good Apple Cider and my friends have always found something to drink. Other pluses is the large projection screen they pull down for the fights, and if I'm driving soda refills are free. I'll keep going to the Shark club as long as they show the fights.

I have generally always had good service here. The food is a 3 star. Nothing special. For whatever reason, and my buddies agree, the beer is a little on the warm side.. not sure if that’s how they have their kegs set or not. Get a booth, the chairs need replacing. In the summer, it can get pretty hot. Decent place to grab a beer. Been to better Shark Clubs, but this gets the job done.

Simply put, Shark Club is freaking awesome. I have never had a bad experience here. They are super accommodating and friendly. I've made reservations here on a few occasions for friends birthdays (do you remember the Smirnoff inside the birthday cake?!) and the Shark Club staff has always gone above and beyond to provide us a great experience. The manager especially is super awesome - they've given me sports memorabilia on a couple occasions just because I was ordering lots of Bud Light, and so they gave me hats of my favourite team, which were sponsored by Bud Light. And of course the food, it's the best bar food in town, from the wings to the pizza to the deep fried pickles. Everything on their menu is delicious, and it makes for great food while watching the hockey game on their bazillion TV's. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Shark Club and their staff, it's always a treat when I go there.

If you’re looking for that one place that is a true sports bar this is it. We couldn’t find the Calgary Flames game and phoned around to find a pub that had it. Shark Club was the only one that has the NHL package vs. SNP. The bar and hotel staff at the Sandman were very accommodating for the 10am start and made us feel pretty special. Had the breakfast menu which was tasty.

I went into the liquor store the other week and picked out a tall bomber bottle of beer. The price it scanned in was different than the price on the label and the manager Douglas didn't even mention it. He kept scanning the item and just rang it through without mentioning it. Unfortunately I was in a big rush and didn't notice until I was downtown. With many other liquor stores around this neighbourhood I think it'd be just best to avoid this seedy spot.

The great waitresses, engaging doormen, friendly and informative casino staff, good food and relatively tame atmosphere make Shark Club one of the most desired sports bars downtown, or usually at least, until the Jets start playing next door. Attending during a jets rush will highlight some key flaws, especially when it comes to the lack of roulette and blackjack tables, and the crowds that can make joining in on, or often even seeing, the fun near impossible, however, with the lack of good competition nearby it sets itself apart with its casino (open an hour later, and much quieter, than the bar side) and overwhelmingly welcoming atmosphere.

The wait staff was great. The food was not! The steak and frites was awful. The steak portion was 4 oz and tough as leather and tasteless. The fries came to the table ice cold and poorly seasoned.

My girlfriend's invited me to try the wings on wing night at the Sharks club because it was my friends birthday. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but for $0.49 per wing it can't be beat. All the wings were done very well. Service was good, though at times a bit rushed. We did feel like they are trying to get us out the door. We received a free dessert for the birthday boy.

Please, PLEASE teach your staff about beers. A revolving IPA was a saison. When I brought it to the attention of the server she was like a deer in headlights. She couldn't call comprehend that the beer was NOT an IPA (even though she said it was prior to service g it...and said it was hoppy. She literally knew nothing about the beer so she just made stuff up.) I told the bartender the same thing....that the beer I got was NOT an IPA. Same dead stare and same..."OK?" Finally someone, maybe a manager, said the tap was switched...or something. Still doesn't explain the lack of knowledge. I was actually trying to save them from selling the wrong beer to others but they just didn't get it. The wings were pretty good and the steak salad was as well.

Aside from one very stupid incident i do like this place. However they embarrassed me in front of important business associates last time. I walked in with several very wealthy chinese businessmen, it was about 3PM on a Wednesday. The place was mostly empty, yet for no reason we were all asked to leave with no explanation. No problem. We spent a couple grand at another pub. You'll never get my business again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had the calamari and it was great. Went with a beef dip for the entre and the au jues was terrible. No taste. Then I ordered a side of gravy and it was salty. I’ve recently made this my new football spot after becoming dissatisfied with my previous place. Lots of tvs so I can always catch the game I want. I’ve acquired “my spot” where I like to sit and watch the games. The waitress are usually awesome. The foods that I’ve tried have been great. The manager is awesome, so friendly and interactive with guests, always stops by to say hi or chat football. If you’re here on a happy hour, try some new drinks! I had a couple that I wouldn’t have usually ordered and they were so tasty!

Can honestly say was extremely surprised that I came in on a Monday evening and ordered some food have to admit the food took a long time to arrive and was getting a little annoyed with the wait didnt complain ordered another beer and waited. To my surprise the manager I think his name is Ryan came over apologized for the long wait on the food service I guess one of their cooks went home wich left them short staffed but offered me a complimentary meal for the next time I came in dk to the long wait. I can honestly say I'm not the vocal type and for him to acknowledge my long wait without me having to complain did impress me. So I did try the restaurant again on Friday and I can honestly say the food was great both times and the food did arrive in a timely fashion on Friday. So Ryan thank you for stepping up and I will definitely be back

I had the occasion to attend the Sharks Club for the first time the other day with friends for lunch. The atmosphere was satisfactory but management dropped the ball on staffing as there was only one server to wait on several patrons resulting in long wait times for drinks and food. I had the Sliders and fries and honestly they were nothing special as they were somewhat dried out possibly from sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be picked up. The staff checking cards at the front was pleasant. When I went to dispense some hand sanitizer from a 1 gallon container I discovered it was empty and brought this to his attention and he stated management was aware of it yet when we left approximately 3 hours later it still had not been replenished. So in conclusion staff worked with what they had but management dropped the ball. Will I return, possibly but there are so many other similar establishments in the area with better service. Try it for yourself and be your own judge.

That being said, I have been here 3 times and have received inconsistent service (some nights we waited a while before someone came around, and on another night we were served immediately). Maybe there are other factors to consider.

You have to try the big plate of nachos. Shark club is a place to enjoy music, drink and eat with friends. I'm alergic to seafood and they have made my food separately and correctly to avoid any risk. My second time there and a I had a good experience.

Some of THE best food I've ever had in all of the restaurant fare I've tried over the last few years with my girlfriend. Neither of us can cook a huge variety of stuff, so weekends when we're both off, we hit a restaurant or two pretty much every weekend, to give you an idea how many places we have patronized. The fries were amazing, the mains were both incredibly good and we are intending to return to try the food again to see if we were just lucky or if it is ALWAYS so damned good.

There for a Xmas party Friday evening. Catering staff were great then 20 of us went to shark club as we have every year for 5 years. One unfriendly, slow, apparently new waitress and a bartender on that didn't help her at all. Only two other small tables and I waited so long 35 minutes to get drinks, I just went to the bar as did over half our table. She was having real trouble with the register and bartender was on his phone while we waited. I was feeling bad for her till she delivered a tray of drinks to our table and said hand these out yourselves, I don't have time! I am looking for other venues for the next five years. It used to be a great place to go, hope it can make a comeback.

The wings were fantastic. They were fried to perfection - crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. I have tried six different favors now and they are all commendable. On Wednesday, wings are half price, roughly $6.00 for 10 wings. Crazy. Not to mention that the waitresses are very attentive, and the decor is nice. An all rounded restaurant and sport bar.

Service is slow and somewhat sporadic. Someone needs to explain to management that a pint is 20 ounces not 16, this is Canada, not the US and at $7.75 for domestic beer is seriously overpriced. Very disappointing since they also screwed up our wings order, definitely a place to be avoided.

Never been to Winnipeg before so we walked on the Street and asked people around where should we go on a Wednesday night. Everyone mentions the shark. It was for some reason extremely busy for a Wednesday night. Even if it was busy, we never waited to get a drink. Waitresses were fast and friendly. Food: delicious, decent portions and around the average price for the restaurant type. The reason for the 3 star rating is because of the varying levels of service. Sometimes we get the best service; great small talk, never have to chase our server down and always have a full drink. Other times, unless you're a rich looking business man, you're not getting served in a hurry. And when waved down, getting a big huff that we waved them down. Management on the other hand, when they notice that servers are being picky, do a great job of addressing it.. If you're feeling like this review bounces everywhere, that's my true representation of my experiences. Not enough to turn me away completely but I'm also not in a hurry to come back. Except for the dirty chips.... You gotta get the dirty chips ????..

Favourite new place for wing night Wednesday! We tried the Golden Shark, Hot and Maple Bourbon and they were all delicious and so flavorful!! We also tried the Mini Mac Sliders with fries and the quesadilla and they both great! I will for sure be coming back!

This place was the most happening space I visited during my trip to Winnipeg, everywhere I looked there was someone in a Jets Jersey waiting for the game. Speaking of games, one half of the space is dedicated to VLT gaming. Personally I enjoyed hands on card games so I didn't participate. But the fact that this Is here mere steps away from a great restaurant is fantastic. The food itself was top quality. The decor was functional and attractive. The televisions were bright and picture perfect. The only equivalent I could say Halifax has is The HFX Sports bar, but even then they don't have what these establishments do. . .

It has actually deterred me from wanting to attend. And for insurance reasons the owner needs to really consider this. I am completely aware of these concerns from a legal standpoint. Very poor experience. I went there to see the World Cup final. I got there at 7.30 am and I finally got some water after 8 am. Other many customers who arrived after me were served before me and my group. Simply forgot about us. Breakfast was finally ordered and they brought the breakfast after a while to 5 people in our party. They forgot about my order completely. The other ones who got some food they had the wrong bread brought and the girl next to me got exactly 2 potatoes bites which was ridiculous and funny in the same time. My husband told the Manager ( his name is Brian) that they completely forgot about my order..and he said nothing..just raised his shoulders. Please fire this Manager Brian, it is an embarrassment for your pub; does not understand customer service and he did not open his mouth to say 1 single word when told that my order was completely forgotten. I had to ask another server Destiny ( who was the only person who treated us like humans) to bring my order. About 15-20 minutes after everyone at my table finished their breakfast they finally brought my food. Not my choice of pub in the future, not recommending it and the Manager Brian should be really fired; he does not know how to manage anything; he cannot even talk.

Cannot say enough good things! A fantastic amount of TVs for any sport you could possibly want to watch, and they were immediately accommodating to specific game viewing requests. Some of the kindest, hardest working women absolutely dominate this place! Especially very much appreciate the impeccable service I received from Dakota. She provided excellent food recommendations, and my beer never went dry. The regulars pick her section for good reason!! Overall very pleased with this establishment and will likely become a regular myself :)

It's nice to find a popular Sports Bar that can cook good food. I ordered a med/rare steak and they nailed it! (see pic) Thanks to Holly, Rachael and the kitchen for taking my Dairy Allergies into account when preparing my dinner. Bonus, they serve Gluten Free Beer, Bard's and it went perfectly with my meal. Plus there is a casino next door if you are feeling lucky, so no excuses for not stopping in. They also offer daily appy specials and Happy Hour drinks Monday to Friday, plus a weekend brunch special. See you there.

I wanted to watch UFC 254 and asked the young lady at the door if I could make a reservation...this was on Friday Oct 23,2020. She told me that there policy was to only book to 70% reservation and 30% walk in and that if I got to the door by 10:30 am Saturday Oct 24,2020 io would get a seat. I showed up at 10:15 to make sure and a rather cold young lady informed me that the place was totally booked?? I asked her about the policy but she just put me off.....very poor skills really. This place is often understaffed and wait times are usually over an hour for a burger and fries. I find this even when the restaurant isn't busy. Food is ok quality, portions are average, but meals are over priced. The seating is falling apart and needs some work. If time is on your side then this is one of the better spots to watch sports and grab a bite.

Rarely do I go to the Shark Club. But when a friend wanted to watch the Seahawks game there today, I jumped on it. I had always remembered the food being average but today's Nacho's were some of the best I've had. Our servers were friendly and always aware if we needed drinks. I mainly go for wings on wednesdays, and generally the wait times are high and somehow the food manages to come out warm/cold. I see the food being left under the hot lamps for WAY too long, when a server could have taken it to a table many times but instead is clearing tables. Also you are kept waiting for bills and such. I think the priorities of the servers are a bit off. Probably won't be visiting again due to the consistent unfortunate events.

The chips and guac were not on the menu but they still allowed us to get them thought they would be less expensive. This restaurant/bar never disappoints. I have been there a few times in the evening but today was the first time I visited for lunch. When we arrived we were seated immediately and only waited a short time to be served. As this was "Burger Week" in Winnipeg we tried the Shark Attack burger and fries and it was awesome (see picture). Unfortunately they only have it on the menu for the Burger Week but how great it tastes is an indicator of how good the rest of the menu is. It's not a fancy restaurant but the staff is great and the atmosphere is light, friendly and worth a visit.

Went to Shark Club for a friends birthday. The place was fairly empty except for a Christmas party. The waitress came over and advised us that our service would be slow due to the other party (lots of staff standing around, doing nothing). We ordered the queso and bacon dip. The cheese wasn't even melted, dish was barely warm with a thick sheen of grease on top. Our friends order 20 minutes before us and it took another 20 minutes after we received our food for them to get theirs. The waitress was nonexistant....waiting forever for drinks so we left. Horrible service, horrible food.

They had us on hold for 10 minutes, had to call back to even place the order. They don't tell us they're unable to make one of the meals until it's ready to be picked up. Obviously, we don't want to come pick up less than we wanted. They then proceeded to offer frozen sushimi, which I argued wouldn't taste fresh and the chef told me I was wrong. I was told if I came there I could have a $15 voucher. When I got home I saw that it was expired last year. I called back and he told me I'd have to drive down there again to get a valid voucher.

I would love to say that this place had horrible food or something, sadly the service was so terrible on this Monday night with only 2 other patrons (3 servers 1 bartender) that it took 15 min for 1 of the 2 servers with their backs to us (table directly behind them) to ask us if we wanted a drink. So in short horrific service..!!!! So bad, while having a beer I noticed the bar tender ignore a patron (single patron) twice and a server ignore the same patron 3-5 times before she finally went and served him.

Took my brother out for a quick bite before his first Jets game in Winnipeg went to the Shark Club for the first time. We ordered a couple drinks he had a fruit fly in his beer but our waitress did notice it before giving it to him then brought him a new one that was room temp so we sent that back and got a cold one k i dont really think thats beer but it was cold lol. Saying that though it was crazy busy standing room only. The food was pretty good and our waitress was on point for a place the was swamped thanks again. Great atmosphere for a sports fan.

Ordered a Shark burger with onion rings. Was absolutely horrible all the way around. It took 40 minutes to get to my table. It looked like something they scrapped off the bar floor, the bacon was burnt to charcoal, had raw onion instead of sauteed mushrooms and onions like advertised, the bun was stale and the lettuce was wilted. The Onion rings where sad too, very thin with hardly any batter, wouldn't surprise me if they are frozen store bought. I paid for this disgrace, a Pint of beer and 20% tip for the poor girl running off her feet, grand total was $41. The worst Dinning experience I've ever had. Never again.

Refused service while wearing a mask, spraying hand sanitizer on my hands from my own hand sanitizer bottle. Shark Club is adamant that it has to be their slimy cheap garbage or you don't get the honour of spending your money with your sanitized hands at their place. Good luck with COVID Shark Club. And in response to your response that this is lgca rules, that is plan incorrect. There is no mention of such a rule where as a patron must use your hand sanitizer in their Covid-19 prevention orders. In fact it makes no mention of hand sanitizer therefore you’re making stupid rules up and enforcing them.

Fast and attentive staff, great prices and an great place to watch the game with friends. The ambient is loud, so be prepared for that, and it's located in a rather interesting place, but do not be dismayed, as shark club is a great place to spend a afternoon.

Such an awesome place! We had a really big group coming out last second after the Jets game and they were able to put all of us in the private room. No other place was able to do that, so thanks Shark Club. Best place in Winnipeg.

Our Lions Club has been meeting here for months. The Pond Room is great and the staff have been more than accommodating. Even though my steak salad (which is excellent) was only slow to come out, they still comped it and apologized. That's the kind of service that keeps people coming back!

Recently went to Victoria Shark Club to watch Champions League Soccer with a few soccer buddies. What a let down these past few times.... In past years multple TV's with ALL SPORTS of almost every description. Soccer, Motor Sports, Football, Hockey, Baskey Ball etc. in January and February this year went multiple times specifically for the soccer games, called up several friends to watch a big FOOTY MATCH... Example Champions league games. Wasn't even on any of the numerous big screen TVs. Man united vs Man City or Real Madrid versus Tottenham hot Spurs which is watch by millions and millions of people. SOCCER is the most watched SPORT - SHARK CLUB ARE YOU LISTENING? Had to ask several times again for the program to be turned on, and to make things worse NO Volume, Sorry CANT Lip read. Again asked the volume turned up several times. Why do they call soccer is world sport?, Cuz its the most popular. But maybe there is cuz its not hockey they don't want to put it on... won't go there again because it's happened 3 times now and my circle of pals now go elsewhere. Boston Pizza sports bar at Saanich plaza or the Podium are much better if you and your friends want to go watch soccer/football.. Maybe will try again in 2014, give it a year

This is a awesome sports bar and restaurant . It isn't fancy by know means but it isn't a dive either . If you want a busy but fun place to watch a game and have something great to eat and wash it down with a fantastic drink come here. The staff are awesome and the food services are crazy fast .

Food was average which is no issue, was looking for a quick bite late at night anyways. The thing that warrants the 4 star review was the staff. Server was super nice and friendly. The manager was pretty intense, but in that pure friendly “I wanna do you good job” kinda way. All in all for a hotel bar this place was pretty fun.

LOTS OF PAN HANDLERS !!! Visited for the first time to play slots on Saturday night. Club itself has a good atmosphere. But not sure if we will go again. Had 5 different pan handlers ask for cigarettes & money on the way in. Then every time we went for a smoke were bothered again. Told the front door person & he said mall security is responsible for removing pan handlers. Front entrance on Hargrave is dark and needs better lighting and a security guard at the front door. We noticed there were 4 security guards in a group talking inside the mall. They should be patrolling outside. Girl friend was too nervous to wait at the door while I went to get the car. The club itself is nice, but they will lose alot of gaming revenue if they dont address the aggressive pan handling out front.

Their wings are awesome! I once ordered through skip the dishes but the dips I paid for were forgotten. They refunded me the cost of the dips with no hassle. As humans, mistakes happen and that is okay as long as the issue is rectified which exactly happened in this case, which I deeply respect. The combination of the delicious food and good service is the reason why the Shark Club gets 5 stars!

Was in the area for a work trip with a colleague and he wanted to watch a game. This was the nearest sports bar to downtown. Customer service was great, 5 stars, I believe our server was Kyra. Drinks came quick but food took a really long time, which was weird for a slow weekday. Food was good.

I would say this is a sports bar that tries really hard to be a hooters but fails at it. The food is bad, mostly dried and salty. There is a pool table almost no one uses on Wednesdays and even Fridays, depending on the time of the year. Lots of parking and not too far from downtown are probably the best features of this place. Basically a perfect place to take a bunch of guys who watch sports but have never played any sports, or someone you just don't want to see again anytime soon.

Love this place! Have had a great experience there every time I've went except for once where despite the place being mostly empty, the service was dreadfully slow and the server ignored us until we actually had to get her attention. Let's just say that was the one time I didn't tip. That would have knocked the rating down a star but they have had 2 AMAZING burgers the last 2 years for Le Burger Week. The one this year was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! The Optimus Prime Rib Burger. 100% Prime Rib beef patty (Best Patty of Le Burger Week 2020 hands down), spicy autobot sauce, zesty cream cheese spread, crispy bacon, shredded radicchio lettuce, banana peppers, tomato, red onion, and pickles. All rolled out in between a naturally colored blue brioche bun made locally by La Belle Baguette. Blew my mind! Was my second favorite out of the 12 I managed to try this year!

Bartender was one of the nicest people i met on my trip (new guy, bald and had sleeve tattoos) and the waitress was nice and when a mistake was made, they corrected it immedeately. My girlfriend and I went in hungry and miserable. Left full and happy. If you are in Quesnel, you gotta go to Sharks Club.

I went there with a fella from Australia and he didn’t understand why there was no sign of sharks. I had to try and explain this to him but I couldn’t I had no explanation to why it is called the Sharks club. However the food and service was great and I was happy to hear they didn’t serve shark.

Went on Friday night for dinner b4 an event. Service was fantastic. It was not a busu night but the kitchen took over an hour to turn out our 3 burgers and 1 stir fry. Because of a mix up on half of the meal. 2 orders came out fresh the other two were cold. They did give a discount. In the end we were late getting to our event too.

What a way to end 2020! The service I received when my skip the dishes order was wrong was above and beyond from the sharks team. While skip the dishes were being a hassle and having me on hold for 1hr(over 5$) The staff and managers went head over heals to accommodate the issue with skip the dishes! I was able to receive a refund for my order threw skip the dishes but this is where the beyond comes in. They offered to have the chef personally deliver my order to me even when I was refunded! And well you guessed it 15 minutes later the chef was knocking on my door. For it being NYE and receiving this quality of service speaks for its self! Thanks again Sharks team for leaving 2020 on a positive note!

Ola! What an exceptional place this is! My goodness, it all happened rather accidentally. I was hungry, finished work and wasn't sure where to go.....but once I hopped off that bus and saw Shark Club, I knew dinner was served and sure enough, I had the best Jambalaya, crispy calamari and prawns, rolled zucchini and roasted cauliflower ever!!!! There's more - Dakota, you rock my world! Dakota, Alex, Ally.....the manager, Candice.....these individials treated me like family......like family!!!!! Shark Club, if I could have dinner there every night, I WOULD! Thank you so much for making my evenings sparkle with delicious food and absolutely exceptional divine service!!!

Great atmosphere before a Jets game. Food is exceptional and service is generally good. If you want to go before an event at MTS Centre, it is recommended that you arrive a few hours in advance. The gaming centre attaches is also fun and well maintained. Overall, it is a great place to check out.

I was enjoying my beer quite nicely until a gentleman walked in looking for employment. Only to be responded from the bartender "sorry we don't hire male servers." I don't support inequality or discrimination in any way, but clearly from that sentence, your business encourages it. Shame on you. You lost my business shark club. I always ask to be sat in her section because of the great experience we've had with her! 100% recommend coming to this restaurant, always such a good time :)

Shark clubs food is excellent, it's beer selection is pretty standard and of course it has the wide variety of gaming options including a vast selection of vlts. I've always had somewhat slower service here. So just come prepared to wait an extra 15-20 minutes longer then other places and you won't be dissatisfied.

I have enjoyed the Shark Club in Langley and have gone there to watch UFC fights. I now live in Victoria and went to the Shark Club here to watch UFC on February 22, 2014. I showed up at 6:30 and they wanted a $5 cover charge. That was a first. They only collected it for a hour and then stopped. I felt ripped off. I brought it up to the bartender and he didn't say anything. As far as the facility itself, the sound is terrible. I won't go back.

Mediocre food and slow service. We were there when it wasn't that busy (lots of empty tables) and waited almost forty minutes for appetizers. Not impressed as we were on our way to a show afterwards. When the food arrived the fries were lukewarm and obviously had been sitting under a warmer. The dipping sauce for the chicken fingers came in a dish the size of a thimble but good luck trying to flag down your wait staff for more. The sliders consisted of burnt little pucks of beef hidden under a mountain of shredded lettuce.

Was there on December 17th. Got there around 6:00. Walked right in. Nobody asked for my vax card. Afterwards, I could see the door from where I was standing, nobody was asked for vaccine card or ID. Won't be going back until after covid (if that ever happens). Good service and friendly staff though.

Had a few beers and got some chicken wings during their happy hour specials. All appetizers at the time were $7. Got the parmesan wings and they were the best variant of the flavor I have ever had. Crispy, light (not greasy), large size for price * (happy hour special) and packed with flavor. They have a pool table for those who enjoy shooting a round of billiards (how I found this establishment). Can't say much for the rest of the menu but based of the friendly environment and good wings at fair prices I would definitely go back.

The service at the ends of the bar, in particular the section nearest the casino section on the side nearest Hargrave, is non-existent. We tried several times to wave down a bartender, and when unsuccessful, we tried to ask a bar back and a waitress to take our order, both of whom directed us to order from a bartender as we were seated at the bar. I saw the bar back bring our issue forward to the MOD but we still waited for another 15 minutes for service. After we were served once, we waited another 30 minutes before we were able to place another order. This level of service is atrocious, especially considering that there are other establishments in the near vicinity that we have frequented which have provided service above and beyond our expectations. I am extremely disappointed in the service we received, or rather, did not receive, and will discourage my networks from frequenting this establishment.
