Went here tn. Ordered hookah and no one bothered to serve. I get it places get busy but that doesn't mean you provide customers with poor or no service and charge them. Was a waste.

Very arrogant manager/owner with a poor customer service, classism and nonchalant attitude. Poor business acumen. I’m never going back there. However, his sister was nice, she should own the business instead.

It's really an awful place with rude staff. They stick to you at the entrance to get your coat, remind you many times that it costs 2$! While you see a board that indicates that they are not responsible for missing coats!!! DJ plays the worst music you can imagine. There is no menu and service was awful. Not even a coaster for your drink

Pretty nice little place, music also seem to cut off during the good parts. Food as better than expected. We ordered some hookahs and staff were always attendant and nice. Place would be nicer if it was a little busier, but I'm sure the place will fill up as crowds get to know em better.

This is a new place, nice settings.. However, the manager/owner is arrogant, clueless and has a mediocre mindset. The only good thing was his sister who was pacifying us. Overall, poor customer service and doesn't deserve whatever hype.

Nice music.ordered Jackdaniels full bottle, came open and diluted already, i have had jackdaniels for the past 15 years...i have never tasted it weak as it was.confronted manager and he brushed me off. I paid 180 CAD for diluted JD. Worsty thing to happen on Newyears eve....this place is a scam.stick to your sealed beers.
