Repeatedly told us there were no reservations then kicked us out early because someone else had a reservation. Incredibly disappointing. The place may be renovated but the new management is awful.

We have waited for the boss to open the karaoke for half hour since she shows up late, and also the people in this place doesn't know how to contact the boss. It's so annoying!

We waited for a whole half hour and no one opened the doors for us. It needs more organization, because this so called "boss" didn't open up. Staff needs to be able to contact the boss because this is bad service. Also the online times is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, it's pissing me off

Strange place. It's like a hotel ballroom from 1975 broken up into itty bitty rooms with karaoke gear. Had a great time there :)

It was fun to sing alone in a room with your friends! Pretty cheap, 30 something for an hour. Kind of a sketchy area, you have to walk in the back of the building and go downstairs.

A little on the sketchy side. You enter from the back of the building and go down into an unfinished basement. Upon entering, the banister was laying on the ground and there was nothing to indicate a karaoke bar downstairs. Felt like out of an Asian mob movie Overall, a lot of things either broken or unfinished, but that didn't stop the fun. It's not cheap, but it's to be experienced with a group, so share the costs. Make sure to ask for help if you don't know what to do; they are helpful. All the controls are in Korean and the printed guide barely helped.

With a group of 10 the room was $35 per hour and the drinks were all around $5 each. So in my opinion very well priced! I would have preferred if the song book was organized by language and if they had an English remote. The song selection was okay. Good enough that we didn't run out of songs to sing but they were missing a lot of our groups go to karaoke songs. I've been to karaoke places in Japan that were more English friendly.

Really cool place. It down a flight of stairs and you get your own karaoke room. The menu is in Korean and japanese but they give you a translated paper in English. The cost was approximately $35.00 an hour

It was fun place however there were so many things that could have been better. When we got there we asked about a food menu, most of the reviews mentions food, and were told they don't serve food. They also mentioned they sell drinks but not until later, this was at 9Pm.

The place is hard to find had to call them couple of times to find it. When we got there it looks a little sketchy but when we check out the rooms its not bad a typical room to room private karaoke place... Good if you want a private room karaoke place with your group of friends ...

Before it was 8KKM, it was Q's and it was a lovely karaoke bar with Korean systems that were relatively easy to use. Then it got taken over, with newly implemented Chinese systems that don't make a lick of sense, don't work in the slightest, and lack any REAL updates to the music catalogue. The owners claim it has recent music but that's garbage considering not even the most popular hit of 2020, WAP, wasn't on it, but I digress. What's even funnier is that they have the karaoke machines in Korean but our room just did not happen to have one. How lovely. The worst part of this is how our group was told we were not allowed to make a reservation, let alone the fact we got there at around opening hours, ONLY TO FIND OUT 3 minutes before 11pm that a group made a reservation for our room at 11pm... hence kicking us out. Oh, and their parking lot is some kind of wonder... apparently, patrons can just box you in while you're inside making the best of things? I was lucky I didn't hit someone's car trying to get out. It also seemed really xenophobic while we were there - I guess if you could speak their language, you get all the perks! Lovely place. Not.

Very cool concept! Private kareoke rooms, one holds up to 20 people! Good food (wings, chicken strips, noodles). Fully licensed! The manager is a great guy as well!

I think new owner of the karaoke has not updated the open hours. However, this place is really nice place to chill with friends and I had a really good experience with service from workers.
