Okanagan Beach Club was a blast every time I was there this summer! The tacos were AMAZING and went down just as easy as all the coconut margaritas! It is an awesome place to spend a day out in the sun with beautiful scenery! All around great vibes and great people! Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend! We held our wedding reception here, and the staff was AMAZING!! Ryan and Jenn went above and beyond to make our day special. Even during a pandemic, we felt that we were not missing out on anything! The food was INCREDIBLE!! 2 enthusiastic thumbs up on the brisket! Everyone was super professional, but still made you feel like family. So happy we choose this location. Its a little off the beaten path, but our experience was well worth the few extra minutes drive. A hidden oasis <3

Rented a pontoon boat with a driver for the day. This is the second time and it was just as good as the first. We were picked up at our resort and had a wonderful day on the lake including a stop at 50th Parallel Winery (the first time we went to Frind Winery). OBC is our go to for fun in the sun! Ran professionally with great staff, we are always confident in their service! Highly recommend!

Ordered pick up from OBC tonight. The food was amazing. Portions are huge and we had way more food than we needed. Mostly because I didn’t believe the completely accurate description of the portions. We ordered the brisket, ribs & vegan curry. When it says it feeds 2 they aren’t kidding(more like 3-4). My husband and mom ate the Brisket and ribs, along with mashed potatoes and salad. I had the vegan curry. I’m about to portion out the leftovers for my elderly mom. She should have enough for at least 4 meals. I’ve got enough of the curry for 3 more meals. Thanks for a great meal. Also, it was great to meet you Ryan & Chef.

My fiance and I visited this resort to consider having our wedding here for 2021. Although we've decided to have our wedding outside of Kelowna at a location closer to our grandparents, we felt obligated to give Ryan and his team a 5 star review. First of all, we wanted to recognize Ryan for his outstanding customer service which we experienced first hand at our appointment. We were promptly greeted and given a tour of the beautiful resort. During our tour, Ryan was always quick to notice and respond to guests who needed his help. He was very helpful and professional, service with a smile! He showed us everything from the luscious green golf course to the fun and bumping tiki bar. Everything was well kept and stunning. We kept thinking to ourselves, "Wow, this place has everything!" Secondly, the food and drinks are out of this world! I've never had a coconut margarita before until I came to the OBC. Man, are they good! To top it off they have a culinary expert who brings tacos and poutine to a whole new level. As a born and raised Quebecois, I take my poutine very seriously (lol!), and the chef definitely nailed it, especially with those crispy onions--yum! Oh, and finally, I read the 1 star review on this page and I don't feel that's fair AT ALL. Ryan had recently bought this resort over from it's previous owners and basically had to rebuild this business from the ground up. It's not easy doing something like that, especially when the previous owners earned such a bad rep. He's already cleaned it up, painted the joint and has some pretty sweet plans in the near coming future. And to accomplish all this during a pandemic, this guy deserves some credit! My fiance and I believe that if he keeps doing what he's doing, the OBC will be one of the most successful and popular resorts in the Okanagan, hands downs. Our family visited OBC mid week for part of the day. Our 7 year old had a great time swimming/jumping from the dock. What really stood were the drinks from the Tiki Bar (tried both margaritas on the menu and they were fantastic) and the food from the Bistro. We ate outside on the patio. With covid it was a bit quiet, but wouldn't say that was a negative. It was nice to relax with the view without too much fuss. No doubt it's a big hill up to the Bistro/Restaurant area from the beach, but we were told to ask for a shuttle ride at the Tiki Bar and a staff member could drive us to the top if they were available.

Cannot say enough great things about our experience at Okanagan Beach Club! The owner and staff are amazing and took care of it all on our wedding day! the food was so delicious ( recommend the Mac n Cheese & Brisket, Coconut Margarita ) and the grounds are beautiful! Pointe Beach is private and a view of a lifetime for your photos. Thank you to the staff, Especially Ryan & Katie!

AMAZING lakeside resort venue! As wedding photographers, not only do we look for a stunning venue, but also a venue with wonderful owners and staff, who are passionate about couples and their wedding day!! We want a couple's vision to come to life and an all-around venue to help do just that. The food is seriously to-die-for, the location, absolutely breath-taking and the new owners and staff are professional, fun, accommodating and just plain AWESOME! We highly recommend Okanagan Beach Club! Great people, beyond beautiful location, incredible atmosphere and such great people :)

We were the first wedding in this new venue. And we have nothing other than compliments to give out to the owner Ryan and his staff. All of them were helpful as if it were their friend's wedding. The food was amazing! All our guests loved it. Ryan checked in a few times to make sure everything is running smoothly, escorted the bride on his golf cart and made us feel comfortable all day, especially with the current Covid situation. We don't think any other venue would have come close to the amount of effort and care that everyone here put into our wedding. Ryan was more than willing to accommodate our wishes. We recommend this place 100%.

I recommend this amazing venue - The food is high end and delicious. Friendly staff, great customer service! There is large banquet rooms for private events, boat rentals & pools. There is even a beach tikki bar with fun ambience!! I look forward to returning.

Called and booked our spot in the marina months before our august vacation. The day we arrive we are told that the marina was full, after some back and forth they found us a spot! With one of our party being disabled with mobility issues our spot close to the pier was great! Now having a spot would be excellent if that spot is still there when you return after a full day of boating. But every single day we got back we had to talk to marina staff about a boat in our stall we would have to gather up our ropes and bumpers and move every single day so much for the $500 slip rental. The rental shack was swarmed with the owners friends drinking and listening to loud music on 4 different boats with 4 different songs. The small rocky beach littered with empty plastic cups and cans and oiled up “beach babes” each trying to outshine our drink and flash more wealth than the other . Dated resort that hasn’t changed since the late 90’s. There is no first aid or medical staff on location. The golf course of a flooded joke over ran by drunk shirtless fools and marmots. After 2 weeks here I’d rather stay in a blue green algae filled Alberta lake. Although come late in the evening when all the owners friends go back the houses they rented nowhere near the resort the marina is much quieter and more enjoyable.

The people who love there were really nice and it could be really great, and probably was long ago, BUT it's really really run down and poorly maintained. The pools could be awesome but we stayed a weekend and all 3 days both pools we're full of leaves and bugs and the patio furniture is pretty weathered. The tennis courts are really beat up and haven't been swept in a while.

We did our weddings reception here, they were great to work with. It was bought by new management earlier this year, and they were open with us about how the place had been run down and they were getting it going again. We were a little unsure of it, but it was a good deal and they seemed to know what they were doing, so we did. Really glad we went with these guys, it was fantastic. The food was great, service was excellent, and I got so many compliments about the food, you’d think I’d been cooking it for 2 days myself. Was most impressed when the owner went to bat for us with Interior Health. They released new COVID guidelines that said zero dancing, even the first dance between the married couple, which is just dumb. The owner called them up, and got them to relax it for events so we could still do the dance. Really impressed with these guys. They’re so friendly, up front about everything, and they bend over backwards for you. Customer service is top notch, I’d be happy to do more events there.

AMAZING!! This place is literally Canadian Mexico! The OBC is utterly incredible with such an amazing staff! The overall ambiance, the food (new Bisto and new Tiki Taco Bar) , drinks plus all the fun activities one can do....I highly highly recommend checking them out because you will not be disappointed!

We were staying nearby and really wanted to rent a boat from their marina. A week or so before we arrived, i tried to call them twice to make arrangements and each time i got a text from different numbers saying they were on the other line and asking that i text them my inquiry, i did and then after an initial response from them confirming i had the Okanagan Beach Club Marina, my messages were ignored from BOTH numbers. Its totally understandable that its high season and your company is busy but a simple message saying sorry we'll get back to you a bit later or just letting people know you're booked would be the profesional thing to do rather than wasting someones time while they are trying to make travel arrangements. I would avoid this company, we ended up booking with Kelowna Boat Rentals and had a great experience. We did need to drive into town to pick up our boat but it worked out fine and we did a lil sightseeing before picking up our boat.

We had such a great day here! Took my kids and my nephew here for a fun stay-cation day. We swam in the lake and the pool and then headed to the restaurant for lunch. Enjoyed one of the best burgers I have ever had while taking in the beautiful views of the lake. Ryan and his team are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking this gem of a place out!

Well just have to say this place was fantastic this summer. Great food, great service and lots of fun!. Ryan and Chef Andrew did an amazing job with taking over a messed up place and putting it on the map for the place to be at this summer..tiki bar rocked! The tacos were so yummy and the higher end food up at the Bistro was just so flavorful and presented professionally on actual hot plates which few restaurants do now a days. GREAT JOB CHEF ANDREW. If your looking for a place for your meetings or for Christmas parties, this would be a great place to hold them as there is also accommodation so No need to drive. Can't wait till next summer for lots of fun, food and new friends ! Thanks..

Our crew had a great time at Tiki Bar yesterday, great vibe, crowd and cocktails. We DID have some major drama with the marina, which I understand is not affiliated with Tiki, just beware of the scammers at Lake Okanagan Marina & Rentals. 5 stars to Tiki, 0 stars to the marina.

Tiki & taco bar on the beach... Need I say more! Felt like we were in Mexico, the coconut marg was delicious and the tacos were awesome, super filling with both meat and veg options. Will definitely be back this summer to check out the new Bistro and indulge in more fun in the sun ☀

We had Chef Andrew Jacek and his assistant Jens out for a private event for a four course meal and it was absolutely terrific. The quality of the food was phenomenal. They were challenged to work in our tiny kitchen with no oven and they nailed it. They left the kitchen spotless after they were done and were just great guys. I highly recommend bringing them in to cater your event and give you the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy your company and some amazing food.

Please see reviews under “Lake Okanagan Resort”. Nothing has really changed but the name and some flags and signs. Thought we would go here for a staycation but decided to leave after an hour. It’s a lot of hiking up and down hills and this place has not aged well at all!. Smelt like rotten garbage when we were looking around the resort. The small beach area was overrun by obnoxious 20yearolds drinking at the bar. We couldn’t find a nice spot to sit on this beach so we just left unfortunately. Didn’t get to try the food. I have no idea how anyone would give this place five stars.
