Nice location. Food is overpriced and just okay. Quesadillas were way overcooked. Popcorn chicken was bland and the fries… I could have had McCain fries at home. Wouldn’t go back.

Great place for great cocktails. I asked for a Vesper Martini (they have Some lillet !) and also for creative drink. I wasn’t disappointed it was perfect ! Just sad that there are not sit at the bar directly.

Ordered from DoorDash. This is how I received my order. Box was open and there was a hair. And no, it is NOT my hair as mine is PINK!! Also, not sure why they used a cardboard box for pasta. With the covid situation I’m not sure I even want to eat this as I have no idea if it’s safe or not.

You clearly pay for the prime location here. 75$ for a beef tartare with fries snd 2 glass of wine is way overpriced. 17$ for a small glass of wine doesn’t make sense. The tartare beef was not a tartare in my standards, French fries were good, the view and service was enjoyable.

An experience like no other in Kelowna. Do yourself a favour and get the cauliflower & apple pizza, nothing else will ever sastify your crave like this 'za does. The staff are amazing, made some great recommendations and the decor will leave you picking out your favourite albums all night. Hearing every table singing along with the music makes you feel right at home.

We used to really enjoy this place. It seems like they changed staff recently and we've been disappointed with the cocktails and service since then. During COVID, this place does not feel safe with the staff not wearing the mask over their nose and high-fiving customers among tables. The place is cozy and has great potential, however, the staff over-friendliness with some of the tables made us feel like we were uninvited guests in their house. Kuddos to the chef though, delicious sandwiches!!

Love the vibe in there. Sit at the bar and they will explain the cocktails to you in depth, they clearly enjoy what they do. They just revamped their menu, it looks slick while still retaining their cocktail features. Meatballs and gnocchi were my go to appetizers, sadly they took the gnocchi away. Still recommend 100%!

Do not go here. The prices on the menu is not what they will charge you. When confronted, they said, it's out of thier hands and they can't do anything about it. The guy said it's a clitch on thier website and it's not thier fault. Drinks wasn't anything special, the decor was nice but not worth getting cheated.

Great drinks and great service, however the 3 stars is due to the time slot for our reservation. One hour and 15 minutes for drinks and dinner. We were not advised that we were in a timeframe to drink and eat until we asked. We left after two drinks to Craft, where the price of two drinks and a meal was the same price as two drinks each at Jack's. Cute place, good service but timeframe for resos needs work.

Neither of the combos that we tried quite worked (we had That's Not My Name and New Kid On the Block). The descriptions sounded better than they turned out to be - toppings were distributed haphazardly. The cauliflower was in larger pieces than I'd hoped on the one pizza, and didn't really taste like it had any seasoning - certainly it wasn't hot, as calling it buffalo cauliflower implied. I can't say I even tasted the garlic lemon cream on the other pizza. The one bright spot was the avocado lime crema - I wish it had been more evenly distributed. It was a very busy night - maybe they're better on quieter days, or if you've had a chance to have a few drinks?

We started ordering pizza from here during covid and were so stoked to go into the restaurant when the lockdown eased up. The service is awesome, it's a great atmosphere, and the amount of pride these guys take in making cocktails is stellar. Well worth the price point.

It's OK. Nice atmosphere. Pizza toppings are ok but I found the dough to be lackluster. Seemed like it was missing something, like salt. It was just kind of bland. Cocktails all look interesting but priced higher than I was willing to pay. Beers on tap were ok but none really spoke to my mood. My friends ordered some of the appetizers which looked tasty.

Jack's was recommended to us during our wine tour at Kitsch and it did not disappoint! We had the "Loaded Tater Tots" and the "Just What I Needed" pizza and they were both delicious! Great album work on the wall and great music vibes. Would highly recommend to everyone!

This place is amazing! The service is next level. We came later around 9pm looking for a table for 4 (Which we assumed we wouldn’t be able to get in) and they literally ran down the street to a different bar to borrow a table from them so we could sit outside on their patio. Then only after waiting 10 minutes for our drinks (which in my opinion is not long at all) apologized and offered free shots for the table. The drinks also are amazing. Such a good vibe at this place! Will for sure go back ✨

This place literally blew my mind, I am from Winnipeg was welcomed like I was family by Brian and Bree, which In itself was amazing, hospitality was insane like the best service I have ever gotten. Food and drinks blew my mind In so many ways not to mention. I could ask Brian to make me something and he was able to make me something from scratch that tasted, looked absolutely the most beautiful thing ever, Natasha fro. The kitchen almost made me cry by serving me n my finance something she created by her self, I was able to talk to the staff like my best friends absolutely mind blowing BRIAN You are the best bartender hands down And I’ve been a lot of places I can’t wait to come back and visit. Brian is the best, down to earth, person i have ever met!! If you have never been here you need this I. Your life love this place so much I want to live here thanks so much for making my whole vacation to BRIAN, Bree and Natasha. I would pay for the drinks any day but what topped it off was the conversation love you guys can’t wait to. Come back

Visited a couple of weekends ago, and after several bad experiences in Kelowna with service, we were pleasantly surprised with Jacks. Shane our server was awesome!! We were a bigger group and they accommodated us split across 2 tables. Cocktails were delicious.

Awful experience. The waiter was lovely but told us the bartender had a "mind of her own" and wouldn't make the drinks/shots that we ordered, so we kept getting random things we didn't want. Then at the end, after pointing out the problems on our bill the waiter accused my friend of being "too drunk to realize" and we ended up paying for $100 of drinks, and food we didn't order. When we only had 4 drinks and 2 shots... would recommend once management changes! ????

Ordered delivery from here because other places were closed so thought id give it a try. I ordered the smash burger, hand cut fries and a pizza. The pizza was ok, not good but not terrible. The hand cut fries were $8 for a handful with a tiny sprinkle of cheese and i didnt even get the dill ranch. The burger was basically a 3 biter for $8. Bread was crumbly for some reason and the patty was more like meatloaf. I regret ordering from here.

The food here was good and so were the drinks but the server ripped us off on our bill. We paid and then realized we had paid 1.5 times and when we talked to him he had a conversation with us but kept telling us we were wrong. I am giving 3 stars not 1 because I am hoping this is a 1 off situation. I won't be going back but the food was pretty decent.

Service seemed decent. The food was a major let down. I got the fried potatoes salad. There was no mystery as to what was in it. The only flavour I couldn’t grasp was the subtle taste of mildew. We got the double trouble and the new kid on the block. It was rather bland I don’t know if they forgot the lemon in their sauce but it was lacking acidity. We ended up dipping it in the balsamic vinegar from the fried potatoes alas which improved it substantially. All I can say is the reviews that are positive here were obviously trashed out of their mind

I was actually surprised by this pizza. It was very expensive so we were expecting some amazing ingredients or something different. Wow.. the pizza was tiny with very few toppings. Very thin which got soggy fast. You could make better pizza at home I would say for way less money. This pizza was $19 and it’s not even enough for one person. We felt so ripped off ????.

Excellent cocktails (average $16), efficient friendly server, food went from meh for the charcuterie to horrible for the beef and buckwheat dish which was a microwave reheated concoction of beef gristle mixed in with soggy red tasteless beets whose colour had leeched throughout the buckwheat. Dish had a very dominant sour flavour which was unidentifiable. Jacks has been described as ‘Most instagrammable venue in the okanagan’. So in addition to their great cocktails they have that I guess. That’s not enough, Won’t go back.

This is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever been if you like pizza it’s outstanding! Trendy ingredients that make an amazing pizza far beyond any place I’ve ever tried! We are from out of town and had to come here a second night in a row! The staff make you feel like family, BRIAN, BRIE, TESSA & NATASHA all amazing people with amazing customer service! I would honestly pay for the cocktails just to have the conversation I got here with the staff they are so down to earth and just amazing souls all around. Brian is probably one of the most talented bartenders and cocktail makers I’ve ever met, if you’ve never been here YOU NEED TO GO! Brian made us the craziest cocktails; very complex and intense flavours that are far ahead of the curve. There was not one thing I didn’t like about this place, very clean atmosphere dope vibe and even better people/staff. This place is very underrated. Can’t wait to come back for a visit these people are true gems honestly.

Seriously the guys there should just have their own performance show. I couldn't handle it. The descriptions when the food came out KILLED ME ????. food was insanely good- little upset that we missed our drink prices because the online menus made us zoom in, and sure enough we didn't even think about it until we got our bill. $15/drink was a bit steep haha, but lesson learned will be on that next time. Will be back, ALL OF THESE ITEMS WERE MIXABLE IN EACH OF THEIR SAUCES. Need. More. Jack's ???? ????

We had one of our best Okanagan nights at Jack’s! Great location, cool vibe, awesome food, and excellent cocktails were all paired and completed by the best server ever, Jay! My husband and I went to Jack’s to celebrate, and Jay made it best for us by recommending the most delicious things. When we asked him for our bill, he came back with three free coconut tequila shots! It is memorable as we felt greatly welcomed. Cheers to Jack’s and Jay! On an important note, we went to Jack’s as we have heard a lot about its pizzas, but they are not doing that anymore. However, the flatbreads were as incredible!

Watched as the serving staff let 5 groups before us talk their way into tables before us. Awful service waiting 60 minutes before they let you in. Staff clearly have other interests other than serving regular customers. If you're friends with the serving staff the drinks aren't bad, prices are a bit steep but for kelowna it's decent. Just don't expect to have a good time unless you're friends with the serving staff in which case you won't read this so no worries. If my friends didn't force me to stay here I wouldn't have stayed. Unreal watching litterally 5 parties walk in front of us and nothing happens other than they get way better service. There's way better bars in the area don't waste your time with this place.

Popped into Jacks last night as an impromptu evening out, because we didn't feel like cooking. We were met at the door by Jeremy, a down to earth, easy going guy. Unfortunately, the pizza oven was no longer operational, so we decided to just grab get a drink and appy. Jeremy was attentive, friendly, easy to talk to, didn't treat us differently for a small cheque, and even made my wife an off-menu mocktail (which he excluded from the cheque, making the bill even smaller). 10/10 will return - great atmosphere.
