My fiancee and I had a blast @FOD. Regulars had taken over a previous park's karaoke setup and were LIVING. I believe Tyler was on stage (pictured), singing his soul out. What an unexpected treat! Cocktail pictured is the 'Lions Tigers and Bears', highly recommend it for those who enjoy a bitters, cherries and rye! Missing a star as service was sluggish. Service was super friendly, though! Excellent use of space and decor. Looking forward to frequenting this LGBTQ haven!

It was my first visit to this little gem and I loved it! The décor is beautiful, even the bathrooms are gorgeous and to add to the ambience my group went for the Sunday brunch which is hosted by drag queens, so fun!! But the best part of the brunch was the brunch - so delicious! Our group had at least 4 different menu items and everyone was just thrilled with their selections, including the special coffees and mimosas (pink grapefruit mimosa is the bomb!). I had the eggs benny and it was absolutely perfect, right down to their house-made ketchup they give you for the hash browns. I would definitely recommend this experience, nicely done!

I literally just left, and I can’t wait to return!!! Such a clever concept, and perfect for the area! The name alone should attract those in the LGBT+ community! I think Kelowna definitely needed a “safe place” and this is the perfect venue for that! FOD is decorated beautifully, and all of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and just a pleasure to talk with! Stellar all around!????

Have now had more than one negative experience with new bar manager unfortunately. Most recently this weekend we had emailed and and called to confirm table reservation for a friends birthday, and was told it was booked - reservation was confirmed. We show up, to be told the booking wasn't actually made, and there was no space for us. 'Sorry' is fine...but it spoils people's birthday plans. Generally pretty unimpressed with the few encounters I have now had with the new manager Kieran. Hopefully everything improves soon - used to love this place!

So happy to see a LGBTQ+ space in Kelowna! The staff is incredible and welcoming, the music was great, and their signature cocktails are awesome! So many yummy unique appetizers as well as main dishes. The overall experience of this adorable lounge is unbeatable. Cant wait to go back!

My friend and I were walking downtown Kelowna and stopped in for the good vibes. We ended up getting Stratton to make us shots and he really showed off his bartending experience. For a place we stumbled across we had an amazing experience! Will be coming back! I recommend you stopping by for the atmosphere and amazing drinks. You will not be disappointed ! Definitely check it out.

Great patio, great atmosphere, food is surprisingly to my perfect liking. Only comment is service is sometimes infrequent in their times, but they acknowledge and apologize which i appreciate when ive been wondering what happened. Food and drinks do come fairly fast.

In Kelowna for work with my partner, and stumbled across this gem ???? Fantastic cocktails and excellent service. Just wish we had been hungry, because the food menu was definitely drool worthy. The decor is classy, warm, and welcoming, and we both had such a good time. We will be back to see a drag show next time we are in town. ❤????????️‍????????????

Quaint place, decorated very well, good selection of drinks and food.. A little pricey.. But good.. Service left a little to be desired, forgot our order several times, focused on a big group forgot us, entertainment was excellent Ella was superb.. I just wish the owner had gotten a bigger place.. Just a little bigger.. But for now I am happy we have a gay bar..

The atmosphere was amazing! It's beautiful and welcoming - even the bar tables have a classy antique feel. The service was the best I've had - maybe ever!! Anthony was charasmatic, welcoming and prompt, but most importantly, he was fun and engaging. Their signature cocktails were fun, fresh and new - I recommend the "I'm Melting"!! Prices are on the slightly heavy side, but the ingredients are super fresh and they source local ingredients and alcohol whenever they can. Honestly, it was a fabulous night out and I can't wait to visit again!!! Job well done guys! Kelowna has needed you ♥️

Give stars for the drag performers, and for the food, 4 stars for the server who ordered the entire wrong thing because she overheard us talking about the menu and didn’t confirm. Beautifully decorated bar with attention to detail, very beautiful surroundings. Cute place to go for a fun time. The entertainment was top notch and the Sunday drag brunch is what we went for- good time all around even with covid restrictions the drag queens interacted with every table and it rained and no one cared! Great job FOD!! Great job Kaska and great job Jenna!!! Okay food- could have been served to temperature was a bit cold on presentation, but over all a good fun time- highly recommended for the area!!!

This was our first time going to a drag brunch and it was exceptional! The staff performance has us laughing to the point of tears. The entire staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Highly recommend you adding a stop to your itinerary!

My spouse and I went for the first time last week for my birthday, and not only were we greeted with smiles, but Sean, Mia and owner Randy really took great care of us! So personable, the drink and food menu is great, the music and entertainment fantastic, and the classy decor ties is all together! This is what Kelowna has been missing! Can't wait to be back :)

I'm really disappointed with the experience I had at Dorthys lounge last night. Our server brought me a "complimentary" glass of champagne, because it was my birthday. I thought that was extremely kind and generous of them to do that. However, when we later looked our bill we realized we were charged for the glass of champagne that I didn't even order? I find that really strange..?

My wife, Brenda and I visited with friends in an Uber casual atmosphere, comfortable and sheik at the same time. Beautifully decorated Room, warm and inviting with an eclectic array of patrons as well as staff. We enjoyed the Charcuterie for two which was a very large sample of delicacies, more than we expected and very tasty! The hand made Cocktails reminded us of our visit to London with exotic blending of rich scotches, Gins and Whiskeys plus a local wine list. Refreshing after being disappointed in some other venues that we have tried. We chose a Thursday night and an early sitting which to our surprise also included a live entertainer, singer and not only beautiful but very talented choosing songs and music that fit the room and spoke to the patrons. If there was a six star rating I would award it for giving Kelowna a very big city feel, freedom for all to enjoy , diversity at it’s best, value for money and a dining/entertainment experience rather that just eating out! We loved our dining evening and are looking forward to attending “Drag Brunch”, something that will entertain and provide a unique breakfast experience for those wanting to live it up a bit in Kelowna..FOD is very high on our list. Two of my friends and I stopped in for a really quick drink just to check out the space, before heading out to an event last evening. What we thought would be 5 minutes turned into 30 because our server was absolutely amazing. It was a quieter evening (being Tuesday, and with the weather), but our server Anthony took the time to sit down and get to know us, and us get to know him a little. This was the best service I've ever had in Kelowna, hands down. Will be back ASAP to try some snacks and more beverages. Thanks Anthony!

The greatest most special place in kelowna. I love the bar offerings, and staff. The owner is super personable with the establishments patrons. Theres always something fun happening whether it be drag karaoke or brunch with the local queens. It's just worth the hangover.
