Large open space, was very clean. Great place to have a venue, meeting or get together. The staff at the water scapes do their best to make it an enjoyable experience.

Yesterday as I was attempting to find a client for a business meeting, I was approached by an employee who from the onset of our conversation had a very unprofessional and arrogant demeanor towards me. As previously stated I was searching for my client and after finding the Cascades lounge door locked(it was my fourth time visiting the premises and I do not have a key fob...) I continued walking around searching for my client and was then approached by the employee who I assume was working in the lounge asking if I had any business here and demanding I identify myself to him..I was taken aback by this lack of professionalism and asked for his name to register a formal complaint against him. At witch point he tells me "you don't want to try me" and "if I see you here again I'll call the cops!"He refused to give me his name and walked off with a gardener. I ask that management get in touch with me so as to rectify the situation and avoid further instances like the one I experienced in the future.
