UBCO Rock 'N' Roll Club

One of the few bars you can go to as a young guy with an interest in classic rock and blues. Bands are always stellar performers, atmosphere is always excellent. A top notch bar that I hope stays around until my later years where I will most likely become a regular.

The old grey mare just ain't what she used to be. Used to haunt this place weekly 15 years ago, but it doesn't look like it's had a coat of paint since then. The place is run down, no longer has food service, and charges cover on very middling talent. You don't need to look far to find better bang for your buck downtown.

5 stars for being the only worthwhile nightlife in town to go for the middle aged crowd! Great live bands on weekends. Place is lots of fun, good size dance floor.

Awesome live music & a more mature crowd that means none of the attitude you get elsewhere. A spit & sawdust bar. No frills, zero millennial instagrammer fashion victims quaffing overpriced poor quality 'ales'. Just cheap real beer, small cover charge, & open till late????

Have been playing the Blue Gator with EasyFix for several months now and must say that the staff is outstanding, warm, and friendly. The food is delicious and the music is outstanding. So come on down and join us for a great time on Wednesday November 21st, 2012 at 8pm. You won't regret it!!

Dumpy place great music would be nice to see some renovation give back to the people that support the club. Chairs are unsteady uncomfortable place.. the only good thing is the local music

Music wonderful on thursday night with Papa Dawg. Atmosphere great and easy camradie among people there on the night. Nice dance floor. Staff friendly. Best place in town. so happy we found it on our over night stop.

Blue Gator used to be a good choice of place to go but in past few yrs now it is getting so run down and no renos done ever. Now I never think to go in anymore. Even the outside driving by when I do looks awful. Come on, where is the CARE! I look forward to new owners I guess. Then will return.
