Beer, Sports, Games, Vegan food!!! 97 Street Pubs has everything I want in a pub. It's got a great local feel where you can meet up with friends for some drinks and food while catching the game. The staff are cool and the service is usually quite fast. The vegan menu has some of my favourite menu items in Kelowna, and therefore deserves my 5 star endorsement. Plus they have table hockey!

Not sure what happend it used to be good? The wings seem like they have been sitting outside in the sun for weeks, rock hard,dry and no meat on them, people in the table beside us also said all there food was overcooked, we also waited 45 min for our appys to arrive and we disappointed, watresses was nice and tried to correct the issues, felt bad having to send stuff back after the other tables I overheard doing the same. There's some kitchen issues going on for sure

3.5 stars. The pub is attached to a Best Western hotel that is centrally located. Clean, well maintained, good A/V, plenty of screens for watching sports. Average food, and the couple of times I've been there the single server was hard pressed to keep up. Quick service nonetheless.

Amazing vegan options! I’m not used to having so many options when it comes to vegan food, but this place had a whole section of their menu dedicated to vegan food. We got the cauliflower buffalo tacos and they were really good. The food was great, but the service was a little slow. Faster if you sit at the bar.

Friendly to customers? Not. Restaurants like this hold up the customers valuable time and proceed to blame it on the delivery driver when they’ve been waiting 30+ minutes AFTER the supposed pickup time. Not to mention rude staff that think delivery delivery drivers are less than them.

Visited here about a half dozen times over the last couple of weeks, in all cases bar one the service was excellent. Great variety on the menu, stuck with yam fries, burgers and potato skins and all were great. Plenty of televisions, clean washrooms, cold beer and a discount for hotel residents.

I mistakenly thought i was going to craft brewpub. The beer selection was mostly run of the mill, boring corporate beer though i was grateful for a few craft beer selections. The foodcwas very ordinary but acceptable. Many people mightvnot dislike but maybe it's just because i had higher er expectations

For a hotel bar attached to an upper mid-range brand on the side of the highway, this place very much has a 'neighbourhood pub' experience. They've upped their game on beer offerings, and added a bunch of free and low cost games and entertainment options since I was there a few years ago. Great service on a Friday night, I'll be going back again the next time I'm heading out with friends!

Best thing about this place is the staff, although the number of tv's broadcasting sports, the food and the drinks aren't bad. The food and drink specials are ok, slightly enhanced pub fare. The bar and serving staff go the extra mile to accommodate guest seating, food and drink requests. Friendly, and a great sense of humour. I'd go back.

Found this place through The Happy Cow and was not disappointed. Many vegan options available on their regular menu. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had the Buffalo Tacos and liked them so much I took another order to go. Would definitely go back next time I'm in the Kelowna area.

This place has been around for a long time. Great location,great food, and there's always a deal. The half price appetizers are definitely worth going for. The blackberry sour IPA is a different one for sure, but I enjoyed it.

This was a great experience!I enjoyed an evening meal of crispy fish and chips which was a wonderful reminder of my English grandparents and wonderful winter evenings listening to the fire crackle and playing Scrabble together. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is friendly and eager to please. All in all I really recommend the 97 Pub as a nice friendly spot to eat with great food and outgoing competant staff.

First off we waited longer then 5 mins.for waitress.2nd the waitress attire un suitable 3rd after our order was made our drinks took extra long time to get given to us 4th we ordered a club sandwich with fries what we got was a hamburger and fries? To top it off some guy hollars out after he opened the door order up then to top it off our culb sandwich was deliverd after 20 more mins on a greasy chicken bacon salteied onions on a Hogi Bun .it was worse service and food from a sports bar we have ever eaten and believe me when i say what ever country we go to we make it a point to frequent sports bars for good eats even Austrailia sports bars put your sports bar to real shame we wont be back and our frends will be passed on this in fo.

GROSS. went in for Wednesday wing night a couple weeks ago at 4:45, ordered 2 plates of wings... took over 45 minutes, waitress came out and told us they were actually running out of wings and the night barely even started! She took the wings right off our bill, didnt even charge cause we waited for so long. I'm not sure why we even stayed and ate them, were so small, no meat and tasted like they had Ben freezer burned for a long time. I would never come back here, so many other good places in kelowna to go to. Even our drinks were not good Haha and that is hard to mess up ha.

We came here around 6:30 pm on tues, march 5th. It didn't seem overly busy. About 15-20 minutes went by and no one came to even say hello or ask if we wanted anything to drink so we got up and left and went to a different pub. I asked a man working there if it was okay if we seated ourselves (which we did)/had to wait to be seated as well so we definitely were seen. Dissappointed in my first time here that's for sure.

We live in Calgary and go to Kelowna 3-4 times a year. Every time we stay in Kelowna we eat at the 97th Street Pub. We go often enough that they know us! The staff have stayed the same for a while which tells you something. The food is so good and they have an excellent vegan section in their menu. Our son is vegan and really appreciates that! The atmosphere is very nice, the staff very friendly, and the service is great. There are many great restaurants in Kelowna, but we eat there over and over. Thanks guys!

Ordered chicken Tikka masalla.. It was probably one of the worst saltiest disasters I've ever had. Ordered an Okanagan club sandwich with yam fries it showed up with regular. I was staying in the hotel and would not order from here again.

Newly newly updated... 5 stars today!!! (Dec 8/21)... Spot on service tonight! Excellent food tonight! Music was best ever and unlike any other pub ever in past 10/11 years! Was bang on excellent with so many great songs played! I take extra special attention to this aspect! You nailed it, thanks! I never ever can say this typically! Especially for a full 2 hr stretch being somewhere. The GM, (if he can just learn to engage and just smile), will bring their ranking up to a 6 out of 5!, no kidding. I just cannot understand this still and it is not just him to blame here in Kelowna but so many in Kelowna cannot simply engage and cannot just smile! I do notice these things, mask on or not! I do see things and notice things more than others I guess as some other frequently visited guests tried to engage with him and just nothing back their way! But other than that...97 St Pub moved up tonight to a top notch place to visit. Right up there with Tonics and Central and Company and Train Stn. Updated... July 6... Below was when they had pool tables still, etc But still an accommodating place when any troubles and we had some the other week. This has become a go to place for us as we now live super close by. Look forward to hopefully being there this Sat for UFC action as I tried to make a reservation tonite. (: Nice improvement! It had been many many months since I ventured back in and glad I did yesterday. Service was mediocre in past so I did not hustle back. Some may not like the new mini carnival atmosphere inside but I do. There's now bubble hockey, darts, foosball, skeeball and a pool table which was open and free last night. I went for the music trivia I saw on sign which was cancelled due to lack of sign ups but enjoyed the very massive tv in high def and the Olympic coverage with sound on. Maybe if that dj had a much bigger sound system more patrons would be interested in the trivia. Ordered the pecan strawberry salad and was quite good and beer special was a nice offer too. Will be back but probably not for the music trivia as seems weak.

Great place to watch the game and grab a bite to eat. Staff is absolutely fantastic and food is very enjoyable too. Huge screen tv and great drink specials make Saturday night hockey even more fun

The food was okay, nothing special. My wife wasn’t super impressed as the risotto wasn’t the real style of risotto. We ordered to go and they also forgot some of my order & I had to go back to get it after I realized it was missing. The staff were nice though.

So just had the worst service from this pub.... it's attached to a hotel and since it was a long day ..I ordered room service...I was asked how I would pay... Told them debit at the door.... 50 minutes later food arrived but was told there debit machine was not working...so I had to go down in my jammies to pay for a soggy sandwhich and soggy fries..... this was not the room service or meal i had in mind as a treat to myself. Not cool 97th st pub

My old watering hole before we moved. It's got good food, some good live music, very friendly staff and it's a nice, clean venue. Very central location, with some supermarkets, the mall, and other shopping nearby.

Not sure why I’m seeing comments about “decent food” and “decent service”. I’ve been here several times in the last year with of the pickiest eaters I know, one being in the restaurant /pub industry 23 years... This place is a solid 5 star experience in culinary and service experience. The flavours in the meals is amazing,, regardless of whether it’s on special. The quality of the good is deserving of higher pricing. Our server Brittany was awesome also. 5 STARS!!!
