Don't drink alcohol but they have a great selection of mocktails that are all fantastic. The food changes regularly and there is something tasty for everyone. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Great place to be social, interact and meet people. I highly rexommend you try it.

Four Torontonians on a day trip to Peterborough were tired and hungry. We got fantastic service from the Sapphire Room staff. The chef heard we needed vegan food and customized some entrees. The bar and its cocktail menu were impressively snazzy, even by big-city standards.

Such an amazing venue...my go to place on a Friday afternoon! They make the best Dirty Martini...and the blue cheese stuffed olives are heaven. I tried a Grasshopper because I couldn’t stop watching the bartender make them and the colour was so pretty! The taste was heavenly but it really needs a better name.I’m thinking a Poppa Smurf?:)

Visted for my friends birthday. This is more of an alternative type place and didn't like the amount of testosterone in there. One bartender refused to serve us. Two girls sat and made out all night in the center booth that could accommodate 8. I felt they made it clear they didn't really want us there.

We have never had a bad experience here. So welcoming and the lighting is my personal favorite. It's so nice to be able to ask a bartender to surprise me and always have complete faith in their mixology prowess. A little more pricy than some other places but the other places can't hold a candle to the experience one will have when patroning this 'cocktail boutique'

Accessible space, one of the quieter bars with a relaxed atmosphere. The drinks can be a bit pricier than the usual for Peterborough, and the beer/cider/wine selection is limited. However, that's not uncommon for a space that focuses on mixed drinks. You can pay your tab with debit here which is a big plus for those who don't carry cash.

Awesome little cocktail place, with a creative menu including things like lavender infused liquor. It is not massive, so it wouldn't be a place for a huge event, but it's a lovely, cozy spot to gather up a group and try new flavour combos. I went on a trivia night and enjoyed myself immensely.
