Went into source few weeks ago to order an Ipad air 4th gen was told they didnt have any in store so they were suppose to special order it for me, almost a month goes by havent heard nothing, now just tried calling the source to find out more information when im gunna receive my ipad and the women i spoke to was very RUDE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL! i will not be returning as a costumer.

Hey! I just wanted to give a major special shout out to a specific employee in Kapuskasing! Her name is Sabrina and she was absolutely wonderful with me! I had MASSIVE phone issues and MULTIPLE phone issues and inquiries.. and Ms Sabrina pleasantly tackled each problem and resolved each and every single one of the problems I was having. She made all the phone calls and never not once turned me away and told me “to call them myself” like what happens often in other places. She was dedicated and determined. She was personable and funny. She didn’t treat me like any old customer but rather a human being. I just want to point out too that this wasnt a quick and easy visit to the store, Sabrina was so patient, my issues cost her almost THREE HOURS of her work time. Thats pretty impressive if you ask me!! And not a single sigh or notion that she was fed up. Im thoroughly impressed and satisfied as a person and customer. Something that was taking me months to try and fix, and she did it in a matter of hours. Hats off to Sabrina!! Someone get this girl a raise!!!!!! Head office - if you see this - please acknowledge Sabrina in Kapuskasing! She absolutely deserves it!!!!

If you need some advice definitely hit Rodney up as he knows his stuff and does his best to actually suit a customers needs, i do however wish there was more product selection for this staff to offer there customers.. i think the only down fall was the lack of selection of products other then that the service was beyond great ????
