Disappointing. We were there to shop with a senior who has dementia. He needed to use the bathroom quite suddenly. When staff was asked if he could use the bathroom, the staff member said pretty rudely "upstairs in the mall" - the thing is, "upstairs" requires going outside, going all around the shopping centre and finding a place that has a bahhroom. We realize that with Covid, public use of bathrooms can be more limiting or complicated but there are way more customer friendly ways to address this. We left and will order what we needed from Amazon.

I had to leave my bag at the counter before I could go shopping. What an insult. I know there are shoplifters but it’s not a way to treat customers. I stayed for 5 minutes, I was so insulted I didn’t buy what I was going to buy and left. No going back there ever.
