Requested an accessible room, when I went to my room, I couldn't use my walker, even though the clerk told me it was an accessible room....the hotel is outdated and the room was not that clean...

TV didn't work on the first night, notify the front desk. The attendant checked it out. Notify manager in the morning. Second night TV still didn't work. No sound, picture would go to black after one minute. They had no problems charging the full amount $151 + tax per night. Will not be staying there next time.

Hotel looks pretty good, but the bed sheets looked like someone had already slept in them. The rooms on the main floor, and I tried 3, smelled of cigarette/cigar/lack of use.

Nice little hotel. Own door entrance type hotel that was perfect for our stay. No stairs no elevator which we love. Clean and comfortable!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I got in after driving for 9 hours and stopped for the night on my way to Winnipeg. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that breakfast was done so quickly. 9:30am is too early to stop breakfast. It should go to 11 at least.

Front desk lady was very pleasant. Water pressure could strip the Chrome off a trailer hitch, could have stood in there for a long time. Tv was pretty small/old and not on a high enough ledge. Room was pretty clean, no complaints there. Only 3 stars because housekeeping was banging on our door at 9am. Not sure why they thought it would be appropriate when we got in at 2am. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. A better system to check if people are still there and sleeping would have been cool.

The hotel was upgraded and in great shape. The complimentary food was fair and the receptionist was outstanding. The room was a little small but adequate. We were not impressed with the evacuees that were staying at the hotel.

Great rooms and breakfast is also good. Slight issue with door security but all in all its a good experience. Very clean and up-to-date.

This hotel is very convenient to the Trans Canada Highway, clean and well kept. It provides an excellent break on the Toronto to Thunder Bay trip. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast offering is good and the staff is quite pleasant and helpfull

Overall a good experience. This is the hotel that I usually stay at when in Kapuskasing. My only complaint would be the breakfast was not up to snuff as staff didn't seem to have time to refill the syrup bottle or clean/put fresh waffle …

It was a little pricey but it worked for what I needed at the time.
