My wife and I were quite disappointed with our meal last night. Though we can say the content of our steak sandwich meal was all there, there seemed to be a lack of care in the preparation. My steak was full of gristle, the fries were not fresh and there was a pool of water in the bottom of the bowl of Caesars salad. At best a C grade for meal satisfaction. Very surprised for a top quality establishment.

Was there from around 12am to 1am on a Friday night. Music is killer loud, no real dance floor. Would recommend other night clubs for dancing. Drinks were good though.

The service is in kamloops is surprisingly bad. At night when we spend $2000 or more, everyone wants to serve you. The complete opposite is true during the day. I've come here several times and received a cold welcome from all the servers. We were standing for about 10 minutes and no one felt the need to attend to us or even ask what was going on. Another evening, a fire alarm went off and the manager on duty decided to give us $10 off coupons that I discovered had expired in 2018 when I got home. I'm not one to pull the race card but the more I come here, the higher the tendency of that being the case.

Stopped in for 1/2 hour for a beer only. Service was quick and friendly. The inside of the building has taken a beating and could use some serious maintenance. Walls marked up, stained, flaking paint ceiling panels loose and drooping, veneers coming off the hanging decor, some of it looking ready to fall as another piece has. May look OK at night in the darkness but, daytime is rough.

The bartender needs to tend bar... restaurant completely empty except for me at the bar...staff disappears and pops their head out every once in awhile to see if u need a drink... u wanna keep people coming back...u need to engage them... the reality is u can drink anywhere..but it's the service that keeps u coming back!!

I can't justify a 1 says since I never really had the option to try anything more than a single beer. Nosed up to the bar. Bartender not busy. Me thirsty. Easy 5 minutes before I was served. Again he wasn't doing anything. Got my beer, drank my beer, sat with empty beer. Sat dry for around 5 minutes. Got up paid and left. At no time was I asked anything at all. "How's the beer?" "Can I get you another?" "Can I interest you in food?" All good options but no dice. Writing this it occurs to me that I wasn't offered a menu or shown where to scan a where code. All things I could have asked for, and I did see the QR code but considering its a business these are the very basic requirements for servers to point out or offer. The cherry was that while standing waiting for him to bill me for a single drink, he couldn't resist checking whatever phone notification buzzed his nuts... I usually love Shark Club, the one back home has the best serving staff. This one could be good. I never really had the chance to find out.

This has to be the best sports bar in BC! There is an amazing section of screens to watch any of the sports events. I was staying at the Sandman, and it's attached to the hotel, so it's in a convenient location as well. Our server's name was Brooklyn and she was absolutely incredible! It was the hottest recorded day in Canadian history but she never missed a beat. This will definitely be a must stop anytime I'm in Kamloops. The service, atmosphere, and location all add up to make this a 10/10!

Im unsure where you guys hire your servers but tell the other local restaurants cause they could use some o’ That. Must be a sask boy.

A very cool Shark Club. I was up in Kamloops for a golf tournament and some of the guys wanted to find a place to watch a UFC fight. The Shark Club took a reservation for 25-30 guys and put us in this lower area surrounded by TV's and somewhat isolated from the restaurant (which was a wise choice the Shark Club management lol). We had our auction/fundraiser event there as well. Our server (Brooke) was money and managed all of us animals with a deft touch. Great location and really cool decor. Great spot for casual food and the game. If we go back up to golf Kamloops again, we'll be staying at the Sandman above the Shark as the location really fits the bill.

My fiance and I were staying at the Sandman Signature and grabbed a quick lunch at the Shark Club downstairs. Huge place with tons of seating. Comfortable booths with amazing screens. Perfect place to catch a game or fight. I had a steak sandwich and my fiance had a burger. He said his meal was delicious and I was very pleased with mine as well. The special sauce they used on the sandwich was to die for. Steak was cooked perfectly. Our server was also polite and personable. Would definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere and food. Their Covid protocols made us feel very safe. Washrooms were spotless and you could see staff cleaning and sanitizing everything as people left to ensure the next people had a safe space in which to dine. The food came out fast and was perfectly cooked. Our server Sarah was a joy! She helped me with my food restrictions, made sure she checked with the kitchen and was very patient in helping me navigate the menu. The manager was active in the restaurant as well, helping to bring food out and stopping at tables to ask about our meals. Overall a wonderful experience and we will certainly be back! Thanks for a fun evening!

We were sat at a table that might not have been wiped down, so we asked if it could get a quick wipe. While we waited for that to happen, we noticed only one waitress serving the place. Then we had to start yelling at each other because they cranked the stereo sound up. After 5 minutes of awkwardly looking at each other, trying not to touch the table, we decided to leave. This location doesn't offer the same experience as the one in Langley.

Don't go here. As a woman of color I went out Jan 4th 2018 with my friends. Worst night ever. The bouncer forced me to leave while I was extremely intoxicated, I woke up with bruises on my nose, forehead, both arms and my finger was swollen and still is to this day. My ankle was also injured. My girls spent about 300 that night and I was treated so badly. The racial slurs. And to top it all off I have been banned not only there but everywhere because of this incident. I WOULDN'T WISH WHAT HAPPENED TO ME ON ANYBODY SO DON'T SUPPORT THIS BAR.

As a nightclub it's pretty fun! Fridays are more for the younger croud playing mostly newer music, but Saturdays play a more variety of pop music through the ages and draws a more young adult crowd. Definitely a great place to go for a night out with friends! As a sports bar it's awesome!! Great staff, awesome screen viewing anywhere in the building, and great food! I watch every hockey game I can there!

Food and drinks were pretty good and a very nice server that checked on us fairly often. A lot quieter on a Saturday night than we were expecting which was nice. Disappointed that a sports bar didn't have ESPN since we came specifically to watch a boxing match. Ended up watching UFC instead. Had to keep asking to hear the match because the sound kept being changed back to music (we were alone in the bottom-lounge area so we didn't disturb anyone else watching a different event).

We went to Sharks for a birthday dinner and it was a great time! they gave us 3 separate tables all social distanced but still close enough we could see each other. The food was awesome as usual and the manager even gave the birthday girl a bottle of champagne on the house which made her night! we appreciate everything they did for us and the amazing experience we had despite Covid. We will return again that's for sure!

Keith Bickert the bar manager from shark club in kamloops was standing out side our nite club in the okangan going on and on about how he isnt loaded calling everyone racists and dropping the name of this establishment. I would have thought someone who is a bar manager would conduct themselves more appropriately in public because they are the ambassadors of their brand.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I thought that it would be too loud and would be a boisterous sports bar, but instead it had a good atmosphere for a bar. The wings were excellent, the price, the portion, the flavours. Really great wings. They have a good selection of alcohol and the seats are very nice, noticeably nice. The service was friendly and timed all the interactions with us perfectly as to not disturb our conversation yet still be attentive. Very happy with our visit.

We have come here regularly for wings over the past 6 months. My girlfriend usually eats most of her 2 servings of wings. But tonight she was unable to eat 9/20 wings that she ordered. We have been allowed to take our wings home before here. But today we were told it is restaurant policy to refuse take homes. Unless we are really angry. Which was a really strange statement. Either way, we paid for food that we were not allowed to take with us. Too bad, because we enjoy the ambiance here with the river and downtown nearby.

This was our first time here. Very classy place but very reasonable prices. We started with wings because it was wing night. My husband and I have eaten wings at a lot of places over the years and these were some of the best. Nice and crispy. Only 39cents each. We had nacho and they were delicious. Definitely no shortage of cheese! Mmmm! The bar TV was huge! Well over 100 square feet. Now my husband wants one! We will definitely be back again!

Just had our third experience at Sharks club in Kamloops. Due to covid we have chosen to stay in most months but recently ventured out for dinner. Have to say we were absolutely impressed with the service and covid protocols. Our server, think her name was Aidan gave us exemplary service and she did it with such sophistication and humour. Staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is really nice, the menu is pretty decent. I've been here for a few different reasons, one of the times was during an event with the woman's wellness workshops, shark club provided a space for us and served us buffet style, I loved it. The other time was leisure dinner with friends on a Friday night, we had a wonderful time and I'm quite certain it was the manager who made sure we had a seat, our drink order was taken, and that we were happy before moving to the next group of people, so top notch customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Pretty lively place for Kamloops, particularly if there's an event going on at the venue next door. If so, expect the place to be busy! There was a DJ playing music, although I found the volume to be way too loud for dinner. There was a lower dining room, which I expect is a little more chill? Per any other Shark Club I've been to, expect lots of big screens with a variety of sports. It'll be loud, there will likely be food and some adult beverages in front of you. Found the service to be pretty responsive while I was there last. Good for groups, folks traveling solo on business, etc.

Our food was average. Our first request was sold out ( we came for dinner before the hockey game 5:00). The service was slow and very poor. We are lucky to have ordered burgers and fries as we are still waiting for silverware and napkins. Couldn’t get our waitress’s attention and had to go get the hostess to track her down for a second pop which we saw sitting on the bar for 10 minutes before it was delivered. Heading to Moxies before the next game. Very disappointed!

2 out of 3 times I have been to the shark club I was all but ignored by the staff, whilst the carry on meaningless banter with their co workers and attend to their social media posts. All this while only 3 patrons are in this establishment versus the 6 staff on the floor and one tending the bar. Unless you are part of their social groups, you won't be served.

AWESOME!!! That's all I can tell from my experience at this place. I had been there once on our road trip, just to grab some late night dinner, and the food was just so good!!. The service was quick and I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Moreover, the people who work here are just AMAZING. I forgot my wallet and left the place and continued our road trip to Vancouver. Not until the next I realized that I had lost my wallet and started looking for it everywhere I could. I was driving through Canada and had one night in Kamloops, I decided to stop by and check out the Shark Club Sports bar & Grill, I was impressed. For a city having just over 100,000 residents this is a place you'd expect in say Vancouver, BC, Seattle, Wa, or Portland, OR. With its up to date, modern vibe and abundance of tv's, and friendly staff you'll be pleasantly surprised. There was no Blazers hockey game going on so it was fairly quiet but I was most impressed by the bartender Cage who was semi new to the establishment and how patient he was with the servers when they had questions and whatnot. All the employees were polite and inviting which made for an enjoyable atmosphere. Thanks for an enjoyable night, keep fighting to the good fight!

If you like fruit flies with you food and cold wings on wing Wednesday, than this is the place for you. You also have to pay extra for you veggies with you wings. $1.25 for 5 thin sticks of stale carrots and pay extra for ranch dip. You would think these things would be included. Service was good and atmosphere was great. This place had such high hopes but I won’t be coming back.

Great place for a meal especially if you're staying at the Sandman Signature. I used to be a regular customer at shark club, I m totally satisfied with bartenders, Justin and Caleb are my favorite, happy with managers Alex and Vadym, Jimmy is awesome. But today, I even left earlier because of Leini, the lady who was working in a black dress. She needs to be more professional, was so rude to me, to be honest I think it is more personal issue but she doesn’t need to bring it up to work. She haven’t explained to me why the security guys need to check my id again after I was already in a shark club and got a bracelet, thanks to Jordan and Vance who explained me this. I wasn’t in a shark club for 2-3 month, and I m not really happy to be there again. I am totally fine with following the rules but! She has to be more respectful with the guests. Me and my friends were offended by the way she talked to us I don’t want to experience that again .

I'm a server as well. So let me start by saying I am usually a great tipper and easy customer. The service here was absolutely awful. It was not busy at all and we had to literally go up to the bar and get our drinks after them sitting there for ten minutes and servers walking by. My friends and I didn't get checked on once throughout our whole visit and when we finished, we stacked our plates and put them at the end of the table. So far we've been sitting this way for 20 minutes and counting. nobody has came over. It's been an hour since a server came and spoke with us last.

Went to sharks to watch the canucks game and Taylor was our server, she was very friendly and attentive to me and my girlfriend and the food was really good and quick to come out! Will definitely come again :)

I was fortunate to be at The Sandman Signature hotel for the last few days while weather was creating havick on everyone....2 dinner nights at the Shark Club and can tell you it was A+...Food was fantastic, including the jambalaya on Monday night football. Ireland and Brooklynn were class hostesses...special thanks to Brooklynn for her attention to detail, and general care... Made an out of town guy feel right at home... Thank you ladies. The food was excellent and the whiskey smash was incredible. The patio set up was great with the large heat lamps all over. Visiting from Kelowna and we will definitely return. The Manager Braden was very professional and welcoming.

Went for dinner on Friday around 8pm, but I think this place is really meant for drinking and clubbing. The waitress was completely absent minded, no cutlery, no napkins, forgot to get us water. The food was decent and the kitchen was timely, the dj was good, but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner!

Food was great but the best part of the experience is definitely the staff. Friendly and easy going. They are attentive and take the time to get to know you. I am beyond impressed that the entire staff seems to be that way. We had 2 waitresses and they are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. Thanks Nicole and ..... omg :o I forget your name but you are both amazing! :)

Some of the worst service I've ever had. After 10 minutes of seating myself I had to hunt down a server to help me and my two lady friends. After taking our simple drink order it took FOREVER to arrive. Bored, and disappointed I had to hunt down my server AGAIN to pay. Won't be back, and will warn all my friends.

Was in last night for a drink, but your bartender carthick was able to convince me for some amazing flavoured wings. The old fashioned he made was on point, this accompanied with some good conversation about soccer definitely makes me want to come back to this location.

Took forever to get a drink, server didn't seem interested in serving me at all. Second drink (ordered the same thing) tasted AWFUL, I didn't drink it/I spit it back into the glass. Bar manager seemed friendly enough, he directed me elsewhere, where I did have a good time.
