We took the family here for a nice dinner to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was nice. Service was good. The food was amazing! I would definitely recommend this for a semi-fine dining experience.

Very small. The dance floor is tiny. The dance floor is by the bathroom and inherently smells constantly. Cash bar. Expensive cover.

The heavily vanilla scented air made it impossible to enjoy our drink. It's like they had 100 vanilla scented candles going. It just reeked and made me feel ill. If it didn't smell like a brothel, I would have loved it. Great atmosphere and average service. I'm not even sensitive to smells. Others came in and left upon smelling. It's a bar .... not the body shop! UPDATE: I did complain to the server about the scent. Her answer "like um yeah it really bothers some people".

Open Mic nights are a must have experience of the local Kamloops scene, usually on Monday nights!! all sorts of genres of music and an open stage!!! Step up to an open stage all comedians, magicians, poets and musicians are welcome!!

For those not familiar with this little gem I highly recommend checking it out if your new to town or just passing through, it has its charms of both being a choice eatery by day an into the early evening with a small out door patio and becomes an awesome venue for the night with a variety of music to match most every ones tastes dont miss out on this place if your ever downtown kamloops

Trendy local place for drinks. Its speciality is fondue (cheese, entrée, or dessert). Excellent selection at the bar. If you have a larger group, it's a good idea to make a reservation.

Really good food, but a little pricey. There is definitely a party atmosphere so if you're looking for quiet or a date there.. Be sure it will work. They do different music though and once they switched on something smooth it feels really nice. The tables are a little large and awkward even for bigger people and the furniture is a little worn.

Beautiful setting and building. Bar staff is good. Bathrooms are extremely small for a club this size. DJ was erratic and was all over the place. This place has the potential to be great for a small city, but they need to get a DJ that will keep the dance floor going, and not be too involved with their drug induced music mix.

Visit was for a private function. Food was varied and very tasty. Not typical pub fare. Proprietor seems to be integral to the kitchen operations and takes pride in what is served. Would happily return for more.

Had a pleasant feel as large patio windows open on a sunny day. Extensive drinks menu but no surprise as more of a late night drinking place/club than anything else.

Got a bunch of glasses shattered on me and wine spilled all over my outfit because of a reckless busser- now I smell like a stale garbage can and wasn't compensated whatsoever. I don't even think that anyone was aware that my friends got cut from the broken glass. Obviously terrible customer service.

We went here for our staff Christmas party last year and ordered one of everything off the menu so we could all share...and every single thing was UNREAL. We frequent the Commodore quite a bit on Friday and Saturday nights for drinks but I'd never eaten there before that, and we were pleasantly suprised! They have great lunch specials everday, and the owners are usually always present, great guys!!

What an awesome place to watch the world go by in downtown Kamloops. We visited the same weekend that the Back Alley festival was on and we had a super spot to watch some of the action. We ordered the baked brie to go with our beverages. What a cool appy! It had so many different flavors and textures, it was a treat to eat. Friendly but not intrusive service. An added treat was seeing the head coach and some of the BC Lions turn up.
