Awful food quality. the worst service imaginable. Pushy bouncers. I wished this place would have shut down instead of the Kicking Caribou. Oh well. P.S their "high end" eat in restaurant is also complete garbage.

Great place to hang out! They have great deals and events almost every day if the week! Wings and burgers are really good! Billiards are also great fun!

I didnt go to many restaurants in Iqaluit, but of all the ones I went to, this was the best. We ordered pepperoni pizza and the grilled chicken burger. Both were really good and not too expensive compared to other places in Iqaluit. It was kinda weird how they wouldn't let us in without checking our coat but I guess that is to prevent dining and dashing? Not sure but either way I would recommend this restaurant.

The food is good for the area, service is hit or miss the atmosphere is decent early in the evening (before the children come out). Prices are fair, they do have security walking around in paramilitary outfits who think they are Delta Force.. walking around and giving you the "evil eye" but I'm pretty sure most of these Muppets couldn't handle emptying a parking meter - This does make the atmosphere a bit less appealing.

I came here the first time dressed in dirty work clothes, denied a table. Came here a second time all showered up and in presentable service. Still denied a lit up area table. Got a bar seat, got worst service for a drink and food.

Great place to spend an evening in Iqaluit. Varied seating, bar, pool table offer lots of options. Menu is modest but food is good (char burger is popular). Some nights, like wing night Wednesday, it's busy with a lineup to wait for a table (inside the Frobisher) so try to head early. You will have to check bags and large coats (no exceptions) for $1. Service is good and staff friendly.

Service was good, only ordered pizza and it was gross, the crust under the toppings was as thin as wet 1 ply toilet paper. All my toppings fell off when I picked up my slice. Didn't go back not even for a drink.

Second time eating here and the meals have been amazing. I had the veggie pizza first night and the chefs salad the second. They’re so happy to accommodate your needs, whether you’re a veggie, vegan, etc. prices are fair and our server Jason was totally awesome. He really is a great server and it seems these days good servers are hard to come by. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming too. Whenever we pass through again, We will be sure to stop in for a beer.

Well it's back! If the pandemic wasn't a thing this review would be better. 20 customers at a time! Also Please, you need to wear your mask when walking around! Which is limited. Go to the washroom and pay your bill if need be. Besides that it's going to the bar to have some drinks what else do you need...

just no. when is the last time you had to pay to check your coat in a restaurant??. I had the prawn tempura with Asian slaw. the prawns wouldnt even separate when you bit into them and they were super rubbery. the"asian slaw" was rotted lettuce with salad dressing dumped on it. I paid my bill and made it out just in time to throw up in the parking lot. just no!

The food is passable. Ask what they are out of before getting your hopes up on any menu item. The staff put up with a lot, but the wait staff is generally cheerful to deal with during the supper hours. Sat for a long time waiting to be served this evening. They just don’t serve you at night. I’m not making fun of them: they actually don’t serve you. I’m guessing they have had a lot of people walk out without paying? You have to go to the bar to order. The problem is they don’t tell you this or interact with you are all while you wait. Seemingly no matter how long you wait.

I like it for the most part. It's my go to bar in town. I'd give them a 5th star but I find like 1 out of every 10 times I go, I leave disappointed. Sometimes it's the food, sometimes it's the service but those 9 good times make me keep coming back.
