When we went it was during Covid so there is only ten people allowed, The food is great and the service was amazing! We loved the spiced drink on the menu and the Asian nachos !! I can't wait to see what its like in the summer hopefully they can open as a club cause this place will be bumpin!!!

I love to party at night and it is an awesome place to take a break from day to day hectic work schedule. I visited them last on weekend with my friends. The experience we had was a thrill. The whole staff was welcoming and the services were really quick. The music quality was great and overall environment was enjoyable. I would come back soon.

Amazing decor, great layout of booths and bars and best of all exceptional service! Definitely the classiest club Hamilton has to offer. So far I’ve been to this place 2-3 times and highly recommend it! I love the whole vibe and atmosphere here. The staff are easy-going, welcoming and friendly.. nothing but good vibes and good times. The music is great, drinks/food are a bit on the pricey side..but it’s not that big of a deal. Definitely plan on coming back again!

After dinner, we headed to the night club to continue the celebration. We decided on Zen. The customer service in this place was outstanding. When I made the table reservation, they answered all of my questions. They even confirmed a few days before we arrived. We got to the table, and everyone was nice and attentive. Me and a number of friends decided to visit Zen lounge last Saturday for a night out. And I must say, I was extremely impressed with the place. For one, it was clean and spacious with a mature crowd & in addition, the staff were extremely impressive as well. We decided to have bottle service for the night and our server/bartender was extremely pleasant and attentive. The customer service was exceptional. The owners were also present and asked how our night was going, which I thought was a pleasant surprise and something I have not seen in any of the other night clubs in Hamilton. I would definitely put Zen lounge at the top of my list for Hamilton's night life. Mature crowd, exceptional customer service, cleanliness and reasonable pricing will have me and my friends returning in the near future. Thank you to the owners for opening up a club in Hamilton that i ACTUALLY enjoy going to. Keep it up and we hope to visit again soon!

The amount of work that was put into this venue is definitely unrecognizable from the last venues.The attention to detail is a great addition to Hamilton nightlife for the older crowd. The people running this place is out of their element! Was there with friends on the weekend and the place was dead. Was told multiple times to move to different areas because where we were was "reserved" through oit the night people never showed up in this areas. Trouble ordering drinks because the staff to busy on their cell phones. Hope things turn around, when it was the kitty it was a fun place. Stop trying to be something your not. Gave 2 stars because the DJ was the only good thing happening and had good music

My go to spot is always Zen lounge! The clubs vibe is all around amazing and the staff are always on point! Its great to be able to step out and be around a mature crowd. Dj's are always spinning the latest hits or the best old school throwbacks. If you haven't checked out Zen lounge your missing out!

VERY DIRTY!! Please be aware this place does not actually follow any COVID safety protocols. It is very unsanitary. Some employees did not even have masks on. There was large crowds of people that did not follow social distancing. The bathrooms were disgusting there was urine everywhere. When I asked if they had hand sanitizer the employee completely ignored me. If you go into this place please be very cautious and stay safe.

Nice to see an upscale, Toronto-like lounge in Hamilton. Visited on “Zen Saturdays”, a +25 event, to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The atmosphere was light and upbeat, good music, and well-balanced sound with what seemed to be just the right amount of bass. Bottle Service was reasonably priced, and our waitress was friendly + attentive. A New York style pizza was included in our package, which was a nice option to have. It was great to wrap up a fun night over a slice without having to change venues.

I must say, having my birthday at Zen Lounge was one of my best birthday. The place looked very modern with an amazing decore from ground up. Had a large group of friends that celebrated with me and the staff of Zen Lounge made every effort to comfort us and made us feel like we re at home. I ve been to alot of places in Hamilton and none of them compare to Zen. it's definitely one of the hottest places in town. I highly recommend this place to everyone here in town and all vistors to Hamilton. A big shout-out too all the staff and managemtn for making my big day to remember and all the great hospitality. Zen is the spot to be on weekends in Hamilton! An upscale and fun club without the juvenile nonsense you find at Hess. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, not to mention easy on the eyes. All in all if you find yourself wanting some drinks and dancing you won't be disappointed at Zen.
