Food was good and service was alright...Our waitress was rude and gave the bare minimum, but the main reason to come here is for the karaoke and bar atmosphere. Due to covid it doesn't have that same feeling, Hopefully soon.

Was my first time here and I would go back in the future. If you like to sing there's karaoke every night, and they got some pretty good singers. The service was excellent, waitresses were attentive, probably better then most 5 star restaurants They have a great decor; loved all the retro 70s and 80s record covers and lps on the wall. Calendar of events as well. They even have FREE WIFI! We ordered the wings, a bit pricey but they were good 3lbs for 30, perfect to share with a date or some friends. The crowd ranges from mid 20s to 50s on a Friday night. Great mix of people I had fun. Check it out sometime if you wanna head out for a quick bite and some entertainment. You can even belt out a tune if you want. Have fun.!! Also if you wanna be a responsible driver, they have a nice variety of non alcoholic drinks and 2 choices of non-alcoholic beer ( which not every place has). Over all its a great place. Tracie can sure sing. Wow. Thanks for a great time.

I ordered this place for my birthday dinner due to the enormous praise I see online, I was worried honestly about not loving it cause to feed me and two Littles I did pay quite a bit. But I must say I was really happy with the food it was delicious! And the kids 7 and 2 who can be picky loved it ! My only wish is that they'd made a kid size Mac and cheese instead of just the large size but it was yummy. I also want to say the driver was also great obviously with the pandemic I'm used to many making me go down for the food but with two kids it is difficult and the driver asked what was easiest for me and he was so nice and friendly ! Just great service.. delivery fee was a bit steep for where I live but I'm used to that cause I live far from all the yummy places I will definitely order again though :)

This is a cool karaoke bar. But my whole experience was ruined after the security guard start following me and harassing me with questions the second I walked in. I could see that it was probably racial profiling. I had never felt more uncomfortable in a bar.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and a burger combo. Absolutely delish. Beef very flavourful and tender, bun was outstanding. For the few fries I had, very, very good. They put a boat load of meat on these sandwich's. My son loved the burger. He asked for another one!! Lol. Definitely going back to try more of the menu.

I ordered the dill fries off of skip the dishes, and was disappointed. Very cheap presentation and poorly made in general, didn’t taste great, I didn’t even finish them. I understand this is a bar, so I can definitely see why their focus isn’t on the menu, I’m sure the whole experience of going in-person would have offset the poor quality of the food. For anyone who likes loaded fries, I suggest ordering them from “The Burnt Tongue”! The quality, taste, and ingredients are 100x better :) Nothing against this restaurant, they give off great vibes and I would still be up to check them out in person, just not worth ordering take out from.

Fantastic Place, I went there for a fundraiser recently and have since returned a few times. The atmosphere is super friendly with great menu options available from the kitchen. I was lucky enough to meet the "Tracie" in person and what a breath of sunshine. After the fundraiser she had karaoke and you want to hear the voice of an angel then you must stop by for a beverage and some eats. Will be returning again when I am in town. A must place to stop...

Do yourself the favour of experiencing Tracie's Place Restaurant and Karaoke in some shape or form!! I absolutely love that they have karaoke EVERY night, and highly recommend you dine in AND JOIN IN! Buuuttt I could see the karaoke not being your thing...in that case, you MUST order out!! Their website has a convenient ordering service that I believe even allows you to place an order up to a few days in advance (as well as immediately, to be clear). The apps I've had have all been delicious, the burgers are cooked perfectly, and check out those toppings on the (fresh-cut) fries. P.S. It's well worth the "risk" of a blind try, IMHO

Order Roast Beef with Gravy and deep fried pickles off skip the dishes. I'm giving this a 4 star because for the price and what they give you is incredible, well worth it. But The service was really long I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, and it wasnt skip the dishes fault, Tracies place said they need more time. Now for food quality, I didnt taste the fries or the gravy, the meat too strong and over takes everything. Wasnt a fan, recommend to order with less meat to bring out the whole platter. The pickles I did not have any issues with very delicious side.

Visited Tracie's Place for the first time this past weekend. I really enjoyed everything about this restaurant: the vibe, the decor, the karaoke, and most importantly, Tracie herself. She ensured me and my party were doing well throughout the night, and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. The karaoke system was loud with 2 monitors, and a ginormous book of songs to choose from. Although I didn't eat while I was there, I am definitely going to do so the next time I visit, as my work colleagues have told me her menu and food is great. A must go for a local bar feel, great karaoke and fun times!

Tracie herself reached out to me within an hour of posting this. She was sickened to hear this and has assured me its not normal and she'll deal with it. My experience was over a month ago, so next time I'll try tracies I'll update the review. 5 stars until proven otherwise now! (because the Hangover fries alone = 6 stars.) ====================== Phoned in an order for curb side pickup but when I arrived and called from the back lot she said they were busy and not doing it. I was forced to go in down a narrow hall and was shocked to see kitchen staff with masks down and the waitress with a MESH sequin mask. People playing pool unmasked as well. I won’t be ordering again, which is sad because I do enjoy their comfort food! Hangover fries are AMAZING.

Well what can I say, my group of 8 people had a blast at Tracie's Place. First of she is super awesome and nice and makes sure you feel wanted there. You can tell she has a blast doing what she does, and knew most of the customer's there by name. The food there was incredible. My husband and I started off with the deep fried cheese balls and well let me tell yha, we wanted 5 plates of them each after we tasted how amazing they were. I of course had the pulled pork nacho's cause I never go anywhere without eating nachos. They were very topped and the pulled pork had a great BBQ sauce on it. Everyone at my table had many great things to say about there food. My sister enjoyed the creamy dill fries, others loved the hangover fries. Jesse raved on about the chicken tenders and others enjoyed there jalapeno cheesey burger, or mac and cheese burger etc. Our drinks were great, they didn't have a sangria for me but Ali our waiter didn't hesitate to whip up a similar tasting drink for me. We sang our faces off, and cheered on others that went up. WE WILL FOR SURE BE GOING BACK, WE HAD TONS OF FUN!!! Thanks Tracie!!!!!

I went to Tracie's place for the first time to meet a friend of mine a couple weeks ago. Although this isn't my typical bar I have been back to this place numerous times since then. The karaoke is fun and easy to out your name in to sing a song. The food is pretty good however the beer selection on tap is very limited with lower end beers that are pretty pricey for a pint. If this doesn't bother you I'd recommend to have a drink or two prior so you don't spend more than you'd like haha. The community tables are a great touch as it forces you to interact with others which is awesome. Additionally, this place is supportive of LGBTQ which really shows at the bar here and there. Overall, if you're looking for a fun night out I do recommend but it does get quite packed but you'll make up for it singing along with strangers and friends !

Large portions and good food. It usually takes me an hour to finish if I happen to have a big enough appetite. When I try something I like, I stick with it, so I usually order the pulled pork poutine. I have a dairy allergy, though, so I just get pulled pork on fries.

completely understand the new mandates, but we weren’t told by any of the staff when we first arrived at 10:30 about the early close. ordered a round of drinks and my partner and sister were able to sing only one song each. it was my birthday last night and due to the early close, we couldn’t get a third song in, so i didn’t even get to enjoy myself at all. the staff was also extremely rude to me personally about my mask as i only got up to walk to a table a few feet away so i could record. we also weren’t told we needed to wear our masks at all times standing up until after i was spoken to rudely. (although this is understandable why). i understand they’re very tired from the night as i’ve worked in the industry myself, and this wasn’t my first time here, as the last time staff was wonderful. and it’s a difficult time for everyone with the mandates. but not being told about the early close and being spoken to rudely by not one but TWO of the staff there on my BIRTHDAY, ruined my entire night and i left in tears. i’m sure this restaurant is lovely otherwise and it was great the last time i was there. the atmosphere inside is amazing, as is the food, and i would have loved to meet tracie herself. but had we been told at the start of the night, we wouldn’t have wasted our time and money.

Went on St.Patricks Day unknowingly. We were ask if we made a reservation. We didnt. They still found us a great table. Staff is amazing. The environment and atmosphere is truly amazing. These were two of the biggest chicken fingers I have EVER seen AND they were absolutely delicious. Our server was an absolute doll and the patrons that met my daughter were so loving and warm. Amazing wings, Perfectly sauced and there is the option to add extra sauce on the side ???????? I forgot to ask them not to add hot sauce to the hangover fries so I called them directly to make the change and they were really awesome about it. How have I not been here before?! We had a large group that was completely accommodated by Tracie and the servers. To be honest I worried a karaoke bar would be kinda dull and that I wouldn't have a good time. Wouldn't you know with only a minimal amount of alcohol I was up on the stage myself! The regulars are friendly and Tracie herself was the emcee, giving names and songs and encouraging cheers from the crowd. The bar food was fantastic and the drink selection was small but absolutely adequate. The bathroom was the lowest point - a small setup of two stalls with the main door wide open. Luckily I only had to spend a minute or two in it! My entire group had an amazing time here - I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back again. The personal touch of the owner being present and dancing along with everyone made it very special. Unpretentious is the word I'd use (along with AWESOME)!

Tracie herself is amazing, but we hosted a work party there and the staff who was heading the karaoke night barely called any of us to sing. I don't mind being there with the regulars and having them sing too, but we paid a lot of money to go there and our requests were basically ignored. The food was great and the bartender was really professional and nice (we had underage people and she made sure to card everyone kindly). The food was good but overall we spent a lot of time waiting to sing, and it never came. Even the songs that were called were called for the wrong people. If you're going to host an event there, make sure you request Tracie. She was fabulous when she hosted us. I just wish her staff was as considerate to her high paying customers as she was.

After hearing a ton of this place on Facebook, I decided to try it out. I got a classic burger with cheese, man n cheese with Bacon,and Japanese cheese cake. The food was overall good, but nothing that you can't get anywhere else. The burgur was really lean, with a lot of onion flavor, and quite big - filling, but not all that gourmet. Mac was good, not great. I'd be shocked if anyone ate it and decided it was bad, but it won't be the best Mac you'll have, not even top 5. Cheesecake was super fluffy, and tasty. Pretty mild taste, and a touch sweet, but I like that - best thing on them menu for me. This place is just a bit better than average, but no better than any other chain restaurant.

We ordered takeout last night from Tracie’s after it being recommended by a friend. It was a little out-of-the-way for us, but it was worth it. The pulled pork grilled cheese was superb! My wife had the veggie burger which she said was equally delicious. Our daughter had the Mac and cheese, which was as good as any homemade Mac and cheese we’ve tried before. The portions were a good size, actually, we are having our leftovers for lunch today! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The owner greeted us at the door and assisted us through our transaction. Supporting local business is important to us, and Tracie’s is definitely a place to try in Hamilton. We will be back!!

Sometimes you just want to have roadhouse food! Well, this place I heard about from a fb neighbourhood group my husband found. We tried the big daddy nachos and pulled pork loaded fries. Oh my!!!! Delicious, big portions, We actually had leftovers lol. Easy to order and right on time as they stated. Note: first time we called to order on a Friday and they advised there was a time slot (2 hrs ahead) so they can get busy!

So we(family)decided to try Tracie's Place. We ordered the Chicken Ceaser salad, and sad to say it wasn't even real chicken(as you can see by picture) it was that mock chicken stuff. Also ordered 2 platter specials and other than the potato skins it was not very good(shrimp, mozza sticks, spring rolls jalapeno popper). They all tasted like cheap frozen boxed appetizers. From the moment I call (the friendly wonderful staff) to the decision, ample food portions they are a gem. Contrary to what I have read a bit below I find thwir prices INCREDIBLY fair. Not many places left I can feed my family of 6 for just under $100. They get very busy so it is ideal to order early.

First off, I just want to point out that I've never reviewed on here; however the experience was just upsetting enough that I felt the need to review it for others whom might go for themselves. Alright. The customer service was fine. Nothing wrong in that regard, but the food and the pricing is a whole different story. I went in with my mother for brunch yesterday and got to my distinct mispleasure was displeased with the order. Upon waiting 22minutes + the meal finally arrived.The "Crunchy" wrap was anything but, and when you ask for "no sauce" so it's not "squishy" you get just that. I could get over the food not being ok that's one thing; HOWEVER what really really really boils my blood is the pricing on the drinks. I ordered the Pepsi and to my surprise get this tall glass. Alright not bad. But it's filled with 3/4 of ice and the smallest amount of pop. I finished that 11 minutes into the 22+minute wait. The aggrovaiting doesn't stop there tho. Oh no it does not! When I ask for a refil I managed to take the time waiting and waiting for the food, I've removed a good amount of ice from the drink and ask for a refil. Sure enough I get a whole new drink, with 3/4ths ice. Now to you out there reading this you might be thinking. Alright well 2.50 is fine if it's a decent amount (without that much ice) and you can keep getting refills right? It's only syrup and water right? HA HA wrong. I was charged for two drinks and in the end drank no more then 355-410ml of drink for the price of 5$. Keep in mind you can get a case of 12 Pepsi ( one can at 355ml) for $4.34. So my advice until they change the prices, work on the food having a good atmosphere won't mean anything if they can't back it up price wise. Bandits.

This eatery is a diamond in the rough. Nothing fancy, but the food is great! Vintage vinyl albums and jacket covers line the walls. I didn't recognize Kris Kristofferson on his album cover from sometime ago. Quesadillas were hot and tasty, salads were freshly made. Visited during lunchtime. Great staff, wonderful owner, fabulous place! Hosted a surprise birthday party here and couldn't have been more pleased! We had a large section for our group, and the staff was overly accommodating to our needs (storing the cake, bringing out serving utensils, being wonderful!). Such a great vibe with the place being packed with karaoke lovers who just want to have a good time! Tracie was such a sweetheart who clearly cared that we enjoyed ourselves and made sure to have every detail in order before we arrived. Also an extensive karaoke library to boot! Would recommend booking a party/visiting Tracie's whenever you can! 100% a fun time!

I gave this place 5 stars because I was surprised how much I like it here. The interior design is beautiful with records on the walls and 4 or 5 lcd TV's over the bar some with sports and some with pub trivia. The menu is typical pub fare with reasonable prices. The main attraction of this bar is Karaoke every night. Kids are allowed from 7-9 and everyone else can sing 7 or later. I know they are open until 2am Friday and Saturday nights. Tracie the owner is really a great and warm person. She sings on occasion and I even saw her help an elderly lady in a walker to her seat.

I want to say there is a lot of potential for this restaurant to take it to the next level, but it lacks structure and quality when it comes to food and sometimes service by the waitresses. Here are my critiques to hopefully help you ladies push the business into a great position. First, your menu is absolutely packed with way too many options. I've seen people come in and look at the menu and wonder what the hell they are looking at. Its way too much going on. I'd recommend focusing on revising the menu to make fan favorites, that way you use less ingredients and specialize in a hand full of foods rather than have like 100 different dishes. keep it simple with your kitchen staff and waitresses to better communicate to the customers. Secondly, I find a specific waitress with long brown hair and mid-aged to be very unprofessional and seems always miserable at work. Other than that, every other worker I've come in contact with is amazing. The atmosphere there is great with the pool and karaoke. You got a great formula going on. Just need some tuning up! Cheers!

I'm not from Hamilton. I was in town with my soccer team for the OFSAA tournament. When I made the reservation, the schedule was very uncertain because it depended on the team's results. Tracy was very accommodating. The food was good, and the service friendly. The atmosphere is so welcoming, that even some of the shyest girls went up to sing. Tracy herself treated everyone like a friend. She even texted me the next day to find out how the girls did and congratulated them on their victory.

Absolutely love their menu. Burgers/wraps are my favourite. Recommend to pay the extra to have delivered. Stays hotter. Also awesome customer service. Definitely will be ordering again and again.

I wanted to love it, but I ordered the Big Mac nachos, which cost me a lot considering they forgot to put beef on it.. Most expensive vegetarian nachos I've ever had. Sorry Tracie's, but you guys left me feeling totally ripped off.

I have spent many nights partying at Tracie's Place. It may be the most welcoming, inclusive bar in the city. They also serve amazing food, and are open everyday for takeout. Let's do our part to help Tracie survive these lockdowns. Grab a breakfast on Saturday when you don't feel like cooking. Feel like a burger? Tracie's are up there with my faves in Hamilton. It's Friday and you feel like fish n chips? You won't be disappointed.

Wow, completely disappointed in the lack of customer service and management at this place. Allowing white people to sing songs that contain the N-word and staff encouraging people to say racial slurs. So unprofessional, not to mention just an overall disappointing and horrible experience at this place, would never go back!! Food was cold and hair found in one of my drinks. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemies

Tracie’s Place is a place where all are welcomed. The food is always great, the staff are friendly, and the karaoke is always fun. I don’t live in Hamilton, but make Tracie’s my second home on Saturday’s and sometimes I even show up midweek for an early karaoke fix I have met more new friends , so I guess Tracie’s Place is like you’re neighborhood Cheers bar

Just ordered Fish and Chips and potato skins for the whole family.. At first we were very impressed by the portion size! But unfortunately the Fish was incredibly nasty to say the least! Meat texture was totally mooshy like jello! (But Not raw) I'm not 100% but it looked and tasted a lot like Basa...A horribly unhealthy fish, from incredibly polluted waters! Potato skins were pretty dried out! We will never order from this place again!

It is an above average bar with a very good atmosphere. First time here in a long time. The girls put in a request for karaoke and we denied. Not sure why.. (Zombie by Cranberries) so that started the night a bit sour. Bought some drinks. Great selection of beers and coolers. But way too pricey for the bar.. A beer, a Mike's Hard Lemonade and a whiskey sour should not be $25. Its a dive bar with karaoke; cant justify $8 bucks a drink. Fun time for an hour or so but dont see myself spending an entire night there or Ill probably go broke.

I ordered off skip today, everyone on skip was ignoring my order. Tracies kept in contract with me and let me know that they were looking into the issue. After 3 hrs I finally got my food And it was fresh! Tracies remade my skip order and I really appreciate it. The food was amazing as always. Low end bar food. Huge menu in effort to appease masses which is working. Whether you crave indian samosa or asian spring roll, canadian burger or Italian pasta tracy has it. U fortunately all box frozen or bucket food. Nothing original. Menu that does encompass all beloved junk food bar food items. Fried everything. After eating you feel same as after gorging on McDonald's. If you have a hangover, or have grown up on food like this, then this is your spot. Nothing original, note-worthy-or thrilling. Basic ok junk food and largely heated from frozen box
