Attended Black Rabbit last weekend for a birthday party and ordered bottle service. Staff was attentive , quick and accommodated all our needs. Service was primo ???????? Shout out to Tommy and the crew for taking care of us and making the night that much better.

I have only gone twice but both times were great. Music is always good, fries supreme were AMAZING. Saturdays are busier than fridays. All the games they have are also very enjoyable.

Really fun spot. Bartenders were just wonderful and has a funky atmosphere. Went with a few people and kareoke was great! One of the few golden spots in Hamilton.

Not bad so far. The live music from an actual band instead of some wannabe "DJ" was a welcome change plus the fact that they play all the songs for the karaoke (and do a decent job of by the way) is also impressive. The games are fun, especially the beer pong table. I definitely wasn't expecting there to be a room for Bocce ball so that was a cool surprise. The drink selection wasn't great but hopefully that changes. The stools at the one table are a bit uncomfortable as well. Overall, this place could have been worse and hopefully it improves because I think it has potential.

New to Hamilton from the US, this place made me feel right at home. 5 star service. 5 star cocktails. 5 star food. The pizzas were the best I had in town. The drinks are hella strong. And don't get me started on how classy the joint is; dress code, lack of young idiots, top notch bottle service. Looks like I found my new home away from home.

Amazing atmosphere. Both the drink and food menu offer a variety and well executed. Flavour is top notch. Bad and Boujee Burger was incredible. Attention to detail is evident in both the menu and atmosphere. Tom (Manager) and Nevada (server) were very attentive and efficient. Highly recommended.

My partner and I just finished a paint nite here. I absolutely love how they've decorated everything and the premise of the social house. There is a room for everyone and the food is incredible! Try the sweet potatoes fries - they will blow your mind!

Super nice place. Came to the Black Rabbit from out of town specifically to see the live entertainment (Brad James). Was pleasantly surprised that we were greeted immediately by Tommy , the manager, who welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere and decore of this club is amazing! The wine selection was perfect and Brad James was incredible, as always. Look forward to visiting again the next time Brad is playing. Thanks for the memories! (the only issue, which was a small one, is the bar didn't serve much in the way of a cooler)

Went in on Friday December 14 to only get poor service and overpriced in the sports lounge. The bottle service girls in the club are even ruder. Not happy at all.

Came in for a friends birthday this Saturday and had bottle service in the club part! Music was great, the bottle girls were very attentive and nice. I felt like VIP. Glad there is an upscale lounge in Hamilton now. Will be coming back.

Amazing atmosphere and amazing food and drink menu. We had the fries supreme an bad and boojie burger. Played come bocee ball and pool and then went to the bunny lounge after wards staff was very knowledgeable and attentive (Meghan) (Tom) will be returning for their service again

Such a cool space. Got a bit of something for everyone. If you're not into the club scene, they've got tons of stuff going on on different nights with different vibes. And who doesn't love a bar with bocce ball?

What a great spot! It has 2 separate bars with games, live music & even an epic “godfather” bocce room! Not to mention the art work in this place is incredible, very unique! Had such an amazing time last Saturday- the staff was really friendly, washrooms were clean, food was delish. Finished off the night in the nightclub/lounge which also has another bar with a DJ. The vibe in that room is amazing! Such a great time!! 5 Stars to the owners and staff :)

Weather it’s a night out with friends or just celebrating a birthday black rabbit is an awesome place!! Between the live bands,game room and lounge it has everything to offer!! Every time I’m there the staff is always so nice and always making my time there that much better!! It’s an amazing establishment and every time I’m there it’s always an amazing time!!!!

Will never step foot in that place again. Read the reviews and figured it would be a hit but was so disappointed. Staff are extremely rude , especially security. Got screamed at for being in the “wrong line” to go into the dance floor - which by the way costs money to go dance. 2 out of the 4 women’s bathroom stalls were over flowing with water and urine so my friend was forced to use the men’s and as she came out a security guard forced her to leave the building and kept shining his flashlight in her eyes and laughing as we left. Tried explaining to security outside what happened and all they did was laugh. Which isn’t the first time I’ve heard this happening. Over priced drinks , entitled and power hungry staff. Avoid it at all costs. They need to bring back serve ping pong and get rid of this place.

We've been looking for a classy lounge environment in Hamilton for a while and we've found it at Black Rabbit. The ambiance and clientele create a relaxed and carefree environment and the staff are personable and oriented towards guest experience. Tommy made sure we had the best time. Definately place to visit.

Checked out this place yesterday for the first time and its a super cool spot! Huge. Lots of different areas and things to do. They have a pool table, fooseball, ping pong table, and bocce. Super neat. The live band last night was called Driven and they play awesome hits and are super talented. Bartenders and servers were all great at their job and approachable. My ONLY complaint is the amount of bouncers walking around like morons.. they were definitely overstaffed last night and both bouncers and bartenders weren't too busy since the place wasnt super packed. I would strongly suggest to management that if this is the case, done have like 7 bouncers standing around and walking around almost following you around the bar. Makes people feel uncomfortable and definitely gives off a bad vibe. Most of all the one bouncer there I've seen at other places. Dressed head to toe in some knock off SWAT tactical gear with bullet proof vest and tactical belt. If you've got more staff than needed and arent as busy as expected, have the extra staff hang out out of site if they are just going to walk around trying to intimidate. Just a bad vibe to give off at an otherwise really unique and fun bar.

There’s no way that ppl actually enjoy this place because it is an absolute joke. Overpriced bottle service, bad manners of staff and security, there’s too much to list. Managers or owners should take note to try and improve.

Had a reservation booked for Saturday night for a large group (14) for dinner and drinks. Booked a few weeks ago to ensure we had a spot by the band. Was excited to try it out cause it looks fun but then saw on FB that they cancelled the band we wanted to see. I called them to reconfirm that our reservation was still ok. Received a call a few hours later and they said that they had a visit from the fire chief and they are over their limits and were cancelling our reservation, two days before. Brutal. Basically advised that they are closing the bar area and only keeping their DJ Lounge area open .. guessing because they can charge cover there and make more money. No offer to still come for the DJ and waive the cover or any kind of offer for a future reservation to make things right. Just offered a potential reservation at Out and About. Terrible and will never try to visit again!

This google review is a little different than most, its a review of my experience as a previous employee of black rabbit. I can honestly say that the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect that I received was like no other place that I have ever worked. It was so awful I forced myself to resign because it was an environment I no longer wanted to be a part of. I was not the only one that felt this way so I wouldn't recommend supporting a place that treats their employees so poorly!

Very cool atmosphere...you can never be bored there!! I like the option of going for a more relaxed night with friends to eat/drink and play bocce or dressing up and going to their lounge on Saturday nights!
