Audaciously Me !

This place is so laid back and popping at the same time. Food is so good. I ordered artichoke dip, hummus and two orders of deep fried zucchini and we ate every last bit. The white/rose wine was kept Outside of the fridge so it was warm. Not a huge deal.

Came here for my Birthday on a recommendation. The layout is quite nice. The service and everything else is not that good. Most of it felt like self service. Other than a few people staff bringing the Shisha, the Manager seemed to be doing all the work. The menus were all old and torn. No good middle eastern food options. They played random music from youtube and volume kept going up and down. The establishment is located on the 2nd floor and is not accessible for anyone with mobility aids.

This place is trash ???? they don't know how to make hookah and we asked him if we can get discounts and refused to give us any discount and credit card machine don't work so I had withdrawal money from the atm which costed me more anyway this place is fake and they rip off customers not worth it

Great service and food! The shisha itself can be a hit or a miss in terms of quality. You can really tell when they've made it beforehand and stored it for a while vs. having it made fresh.

Overcharged for our bill. Was harassed through friends for apparently not paying. Drinks were taken away from us that were only half full when we got up to go to bathroom. Alot of us were not impressed with the service. Will not be going back. Had 2 great times there before this unfortunate, Very unprofessional.

Honestly, this place is amazing for food. I wish they would do Uber Eats. Their sharmwa flatbread is TO DIE FOR. Everything is priced really well. Always fun on a Friday and Saturday night if you are looking for something to do. Let you bring in a cake for your birthday. Amazing customer service. Owner is awesome!!!

I've been there for the first time with my friends and we all hated the experience there. We just wanted to get some drinks. They wanted to force us to get either 2 shishas or food altogether. One of the orders was made wrong. Then when the owner came to us, he claimed they have minimum charge on saturdays ( something that wasn't mentioned to us when we came in or even written in the menu). So we decided to leave the place and only pay for what we've ordered, because we felt we're not welcomed there.

Really enjoyed everything about this place -- I showed up at 530pm and didn't leave until 1am. The shisha was on point and great -- as someone whose been to the Middle East on numerous occasions I was really pleased with the shisha they offered. The food was great -- I had a salad that was very good and the chicken shawarma was perfect. It wasn't too big or greasy -- the ingredients inside were just the right amount and it didn't take too long for my food to arrive. All in all I can honestly say I'll be back at least once a week if not more. At around 10:30-11pm the place started getting packed and presented itself as more of a "club" but that was perfectly fine and it was clear that everyone was enjoying themselves (it was a Friday night). Definitely a great establishment and the owner of the place was a friendly and phenomenal guy who clearly has the right idea of how to run a proper shisha cafe/bar.

Visited this location on Nov 09 2016 with a large group of people and we were all very impressed. I had the peach mint hookah and everyone else enjoyed other flavors. Friendly staff and great layout. Will be back again.

The music and atmosphere were awesome! But, the service and quality can be improved, significantly Firstly, we were there for less than an hour when our shisha leaked water because we blew into it. The server guy came over and was visibly upset/annoyed but said he'll replace it stating don't blow into it or this might happen. 5 mins later he cameback and asked if we wanted to order a replacement; we declined because he had initially said he is going to replace it but now refused saying it was "done" (apparently in less than an hour). We are no experts but can't be that quick. Secondly, we ordered nachos and probably one of the worst I ever had. They just stacked what looked like cheap, store bought nachos and put the bare minimum of toppings on top to make it presentable. Finally, we weren't aware or notified they don't accept credit cards. I was quite embarassed to have to ask my friend to foot the bill when I found out. All in all, should be an ok experience if you are expert hookah users but for newbies prone to mistakes using an hookah, may not be a good fit. Also, would suggest skipping the food ordering.

I was so excited to go to Al Omara after a long time and I was so disappointed with the owner's attitude. Ridiculous services and super rude staff including the owner. I was talking to my friend about something and this guy tells us that he doesn't want any drama in the hookah place like excuse me. The worse part is that I was an old customer who moved away and was very excited to come back but guess will never happen again after my experience.

Loved the place.... great shisha and the food was good but a bit overpriced, especially for the portions. The music was too loud I couldn't hear my sister talking but the service was awesome. I definitely recommend it but next time I will ask if they can turn the music down a bit.

This people are thieves! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They always change their prices from menu, they charge u more (3 dollars more) And the bartender is so disrespectful. I ended up paying $14 dollars for my food when menu says $9.99 tax included. I confronted him and he gave me only excuses this is not the first time.

Terrible service. After receiving the wrong food the server got angry and started blaming us. we were very polite about asking if we could get what we initially ordered but the server raised his voice saying we were in the wrong. he continued to scream which caused a huge scene and said he would call the cops if we didn’t pay for the food. As we were still trying to talk to him he got up in my friends face pointing his finger at her continuing to say we were wrong and that we have to pay for the food he took back. If we had read the reviews before hand we would’ve never came because it sounds as though a lot of people feel the same. very unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time here. *edit* the server did not offer to change the food once. he argued the whole time saying this is what we ordered and never once said he would fix it. We were not the ones who created the “unnecessary scene” the server was the one who raised his voice first. my friend was very upset so i left with her while TWO of my other friends stayed and payed for the drinks we got. When our two friends were done and came to meet us in the parking lot a group of other girls came over and said they heard the whole thing and talked about how rude the server was to them also.
