Went to the Shark Club to have a beer with a few co-workers. Pretty decent little place, great selection of beers, sort of a rough crowd (the kind that has a baseball cap glued to the head), but you can’t do much about that part. Next time I’ll have to have a meal.

For someone who is a vegetarian, I actively seek out the best place to eat. I extremely love the veggie burger from here, the burger itself is not tasteless nor hard like some places. (Mr. Mikes, Montanas) The bun is soft and with all the fixings it makes a perfect veggie burger! Had to come twice this week.

Saw the server 3 actual times, once for order, then for food, then we went to her to pay. She did give us more water, but I wanted more ketchup, tried to walk around to look for her, oh well no ketchup. Who's craving breakfast, asked if I could get the breakfast and burger but instead of a beef patty out of veggie patty. She said no, that I would have to order the veggie burger at an egg on the side, I changed my French fries to tater tots for an extra charge and charge me for bacon if I wanted it, I'm vegetarian though so I would not have gone the bacon, thought that was obvious from the veggie burger. I just settled on the veggie burger and fries, but whoever made the Patty definitely did not mince e sun-dried tomatoes or roasted Peppers or whatever it was that I was getting large chewy chunks up in my burger. I usually love shark Club veggie burger but I was incredibly disappointed that time. I really wish I had just went to denny's instead, never ended up finishing my burger, went out to get some real food after that.

With the new renovation, Andrew the manager has taken the customer service to the next level and makes Sharks my favourite place to watch sports in town. Other than the massive array of TVs and reasonably good service, Shark Club doesn't have a lot going for it. Very limited beer selection (big guys only, nothing local) and pretty bad food to be honest. We had wings, burgers, typical sports pub stuff and it was all bad. The sauces all sort of tasted the same on the wings (ketchupy.. very ketchupy) and it was pricey.

So when you pay to enter the bar, kinda expect to have decent service. The waitress we had was super nice when she was around. She forgot about us 4 times. We waited at the table for 20-30 minutes waiting to order food and ended up having to send someone on a mission to find her. Then again when the table was getting filled with empty plates and cups we had to hunt her down again to get her to take some of it back. Resorted to just bringing our empty cups to the bar whenever we wanted to get more drinks. The food was amazing, love the the shark decorations XD the drinks were good and mostly reasonably priced. But it got annoying constantly having to send someone to the bar to order our drinks and bring the empty cups back. And I do get if it was a busy night that waitresses might not be at your beckon call but the place wasn't even that busy. The dance floor had no one, the 2nd story seatin area (where we were) was empty besides us, so idk what the waitresses excuse was for coming to the table only twice well we were there.

The Shark Club is quickly becoming my go to establishment in Grand Prarie. Servers are very friendly and know the menus well. Drinks come out made perfectly and the food is out of this world! The parameasn tots are otherworldly and we have never been disappointed in anything we've ordered.

Piss poor service, myself and several co workers went for lunch. It took the majority of our lunch hour to get our drinks while male tables around us got all the attention from our server, who, appeared as though she would fall victim to a nip slip at any given moment. I will never go back to this establishment and will certainly NOT recommend it to any clients, or friends.

Went to Sharks on the Saturday after the grand opening, the red carpet was a nice touch but the line took a while when waiting to get in, reasonable since it had only been open a day before. Once inside, I can say the atmosphere has completely changed from what it was since the the renovations happened. Although everything has been updated to a silver/black colour scheme (tables, chairs, railings) I can't say much else is different other than a few barely noticeable changes (coat check, ceiling over dance floor seems more open, upper floor seems to have been pushed back from main bar.)

I didnt mind the place. I didnt mind the environment. It's a good place if you wanna party and hang out with your friends. The service was great and lovely. Just didn't like the fact that the workers looked so bored with themselves. Like I know it's a slow night but leaning, chitchatting with your coworkers about how many sex partners you've had was not appropriate in front of paying customers. I was trying to eat my food..... but couldnt finish. Then the waitress took forever to take our order and then bringing the drinks. I just seen them standing there chatting up a storm on the latest tea. But .... I want my drinks. Talk on your own time. My friends told me how great this place was. But I guess they were just drunk.

Group of 3. Service started good, waitress was super nice! But, just like the other reviews, service is ridiculously slow. When you order Appies and beers and the appies show up first....that is slow service. You got it right with the server, she is polite and cute too but stay on top of your servers as far as following up with your clients. I would rate you less due to the slow service but your waitress made it up to a higher score! We will be back again :)

The manager here was completely unprofessional and very rude too, I went with my group of friends some of them were Asian. I'm pretty sure he went rounds to each table and greeted them but skip our table and as we were paying, we asked why we're paying more when we come here every Wednesday ordering the same thing and paying the same thing but the manager did not bother to ask what's wrong, He just went straight to argue with us. Our server didn't bother to inform us with their happy hour rules. We didn't even need to asked as we come there every Wednesday. What a terrible experience and very overprice to how the chicken wings were way to small.

Tried almost everywhere in town and Sharks is the only place that can handle a big group on Wing Wednesday. Great food, amazing service and even better management. Sharks is my go to for an excellent night out.

This is a hard review for me to write but I think it's for the best. The staff and management are very friendly and impressive but the budget cuts are too obvious. I've been going to shark club for years. DJ shows, party nights and so many great times. I've been there twice since the renovations and they've obviously cut cost on all their food. The shark bites are not the same. In the past 10 years the best place to get fully loaded nachos. The size was still the same but the lack of toppings was extremely disappointing, hardly any meat or veggies and just low quality everything. I can spend the same amount and make incredible nachos at home.

Food and beer are what you would expect from a sports bar, although the lettuce wraps are above average (in taste and price, you get what you pay for). There are daily specials and otherwise the pricing is on or slightly above market par. The hiring policy is mainly about looks, however they dont hide that fact and I havent had a bad service experience in several times being there. Good for a night out with friends, or a friendly work meeting as the atmosphere is light and fun. But can get too noisy to have intimate conversations.

I had a server named Cassidy, whom greeted me promptly and advised me of the daily drinks special/ offered me the menu.Couldn't drink as I was driving, but I did take some time to thoroughly review the menu offerings. Which if I might add, isn't very much. But I believe or should I say rather; the perception of their offerings were more on the level of "Quality over Quantity".

I’ve been coming to this bar for almost ten years, haven’t been since the Reno’s, decided for my one year anniversary wanted to check it out to watch the hockey game. Can’t say I’m impressed. Our waitress was nice, but the prices have sky rocketed and the menu seems to have a HUGE downgrade. Must say I’m super disappointed and most likely will not be back. I can honestly say aside from a few decor upgrades everything is still the same. Also if you have any eating restrictions like Crohn’s disease or celiac or even vegan there aren’t really options for us and wouldn’t recommend.
