Ordered takeout for 6 the other night. Everything was hot, tasty and prepared in a timely manner . The service was great as well. Also, I really like the idea of sending their patrons out with a reusable bag and encouraging them to come back with the bag on following orders for a discount.

Bad service from the shorter short haired older women who works over supper. I was going to pay her a cash tip but when she noticed no tip on my debit she made it extremely noticable that she was pissed off so not only did I NOT give her a tip I took the change off the table that my buddy was leaving for her and gave it back to him in front of her....Other then that never had had an issue

We attended a craft event and decided to eat supper here. We ordered the two specials of the day. The western special was pretty good but the Asian special was not what I expected. The almond chicken was just breaded and deep fried chicken covered in gravy, it was luke warm and the fried rice was soggy and bland. But otherwise we had a good time.

Bad service and bad slot machines. Never met anyone who has ever won there. Plus bad service. The lady gave my grandfathers food to the people across from us (the only other people there) & it sat there for 20 mins before she realized she gave it to the wrong people. Had to share my meal with him on my birthday. Never again

Jackpot is a good location for lunch and for staff parties in GP's industrial park. They have a daily Buffet with western and Chinese cuisine. The staff are friendly and professional. One of the few places you can be in and out in a half hour if needed.

BEST Chinese food in Grande Prairie! Not greasy, ginger chicken is lean chicken breast and the egg rolls are fantastic! Large portions. They are fast too....we can order and then pick up in 10 mins or so. Even delivery is quick compared to everywhere else.

The waitress was very nice and it has a relaxing feel to the place. HOWEVER, i ordered a vegge quesadilla, basically NO VEGGIES AND A SPRINKLE of cheese. VERY Poor portion size for almost 18 bucks, bland at best. Pop came in a can, not impressed. I thought with the upgrades the food would be upgraded too.

Went there today for the first time, i heard the food was good, too bad we didnt get to eat. We waited for half hour to get our order taken and the waitress was not busy at all. She stood around the bar not doing anything, So we left and will never return again Cant complain about the service cause there was none.

It was the worst chinese takeout I've ever had, biggest waste of 70 bucks. Rice was the worst very old. And the chow mein meat was grey with arteries through the meat. The sauces were all off tasting and weird colored. It was very very bad just try somewhere else.

First time coming here last night and all I can say is why did I wait so long??? The food and staff was amazing! The burger patties were homemade and enormous. The staff was very friendly, and one of the owners even took the time to come and chat with us for a few minutes and he was one of the kindest humans I have ever met. He even gave us each a free piece of cake to take home! I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and will definitely be supporting these guys again. Thanks JP!

They often have a dinner smorgasbord with Chinese dishes. There are actually 3 parts to this restaurant, the one I refer to is more the lounge where it's quiet but there is a larger area accessible from another door that can also be rented for parties (we've done that) and its full at lunch hour, then another side near the lounge where families can dine.

My Uncle brought me here years ago saying this was the place for the best steak sandwich in the city. I was not disappointed. Last night I met someone there and was once again happy with my experience. The service was excellent, the gentleman who spoke to us was friendly and informative, as well as very patient with us (we sat for hours without ordering). Our drinks were perfect and delivered in a timely fashion. When we finally did order (deep fried wontons) they arrived faster than I've ever seen. They were delicious and prepared to perfection. A few things that stood out most for me on this visit were: When he was describing the menu, he had pride behind his voice; when he described that everything was made in house, he was definatly bragging. An opportunity arose for him to assist me in some networking, I was too engrossed in my conversation to want to leave it and yet he swung by the table and passed my number along. When we finally decided that we weren't hungry there was obvious disappointment (not because we weren't spending more money, but because the food would go unappreciated). I appreciated every moment of my visit! We too were disappointed that we didn't have the appetite to order dinner and will definatly be back to give those burgers a try. If your trying to decide if this is the place for you, I recommend that you stop checking places out and head there now, you've hit the JACKPOT!
