(Translated) East Side ... My dear Mario, you've seen better days. The service at Bromont was great but the utensils were not very clean, up to a long eyebrow (?) On my knife and fork (we lose our appetite). The Italian noce soup was good but pretty salty. The gluten free penne pasta was very good and the pizza also very tasty but their cooking was less even. Desserts: the little donuts with tiramisu cream were disappointing. The donuts were gorged with oil in places and perfectly elsewhere. The cream is more like shaving cream in terms of its texture and the flavor is a mixture of frozen and instant coffee. The mini strawberry shortcake is refreshing and offers a pleasant texture on the palate. The little strawberry-flavored pearls that explode in our mouths are fascinating and fun while offering an explosion of fruit. The cake is not a cake of angels but it plays its role here and there cream at the bottom links everything to make a nice bouquet in the mouth. If only he were on the regular menu! There are points to work here but for a quick meal, on the road, with friends ... why not try your luck? (Original) East Side...Mon cher Mario, tu as vu de meilleurs jours. Le service à Bromont était super mais les ustensiles n'étaient pas très propres, jusqu'à un sourcil(?) bien long sur mon couteau et fourchette(on en perd l'appétit). La soupe noce à l'italienne était bonne mais drôlement salée. Les pâtes penne sans gluten étaient très bonne et les pizza aussi très goûteuses mais leur cuisson moins égale. Les desserts: les petits beignes avec crème au tiramisu étaient decevants. Les beignes étaient gorges d'huile par endroits et à point ailleurs. La crème ressemble plus à de la crème à raser en ce qui a trait à sa texture et la saveur est un mélange de surgelé et de café instantané. Le mini shortcake aux fraises est rafraîchissant et offre une texture beacoup agréable en bouche. Les petites perles à saveur de fraise qui explosent dans notre bouche sont fascinantes et amusantes tout en offrant une explosion de fruit. Le gâteau n'est pas un gâteau des anges mais il joue bien son rôle ici et là crème au fond lie le tout pour en faire un joli bouquet en bouche. Si seulement il était au menu régulier! Il y a des points à travailler ici mais pour un repas rapide, en route, entre amis...pourquoi pas tenter votre chance?

We don't have a lot of family restaurants in Bromont, it's sad. Hoping it closes and another settles there, like Score or Boston Pizza. C'est notre problème !? 1- Le serveur ne maîtrisait pas du tout le menu, il ne pouvait pas répondre à des questions très simples 2- La personne à l'accueil nous a apporter un "booster" pour notre plus jeune qui était sale, avait de la sauce tomate et n'avait clairement pas été nettoyé - totalement inacceptable même en temps normal (on ne veut pas que nos enfants partagent leurs microbes) - encore pire en temps de Covid 3- La salubrité du restaurant laisse à désirer : la coupe de vin de ma conjointe avait une trace de rouge à lèvres, elle l'a retourné, les toilettes étaient sales, les banquettes étaient collantes, le système de ventilation semble mal fonctionné, donnant une impression de smog dans le restaurant 4- La nourriture était très décevante : les salades étaient défraîchies, les pizzas peu garnies et les pâtes très fades 5- Le service était nul : on ne venait pas nous voir, nos assiettes sont arrivées 10 minutes avant celles de nos enfants, et un de nos enfants a reçu la sienne 10 minutes après les autres. 6- Nous aons quitté à 20h40, soit 2h40 après notre arrivée, totalement inacceptable pour un restaurant familial lorsqu'on y va avec 4 enfants, l'heure de leur couché était dépassé. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de restaurant familiaux à Bromont, c'est triste. En espérant qu'il ferme et qu'un autre s'y installe, comme le Score ou le Boston Pizza. Sinon, le Mikes à Bromont est beaucoup mieux, personnel beaucoup plus expérimenté, beaucoup plus propre, rapide et nourriture honnête. Plus jamais pour nous.

Les serveurs sont t tous jeunes et ne savent pas où donner de la tête car ils semblent n'avoir pas grand expérience. Il y a un très manque de formation là bas. Je ne conseille aucunement ce restaurant même si ça serait le dernier qu'il reste. Vous allez être mieux servi au McDonald's.

A nice welcome place just next to the ski bromont. The food is well cooked. Medium size of portion. It's nice to give a little toy with the kids menu. A happy lunch experience.

Quand je suis allé me laver les mais aux toilettes, il y avait plein d'eau sur le comptoir des lavabos et plein d'urine sur le plancher devant les urinoirs. Le service était ordinaire, j'ai demandé par 2 fois d'avoir des huiles piquantes pour ma pizza, je l'ai eus lorsqu'il me restait ma dernière pointe de pizza. Je n'ai rien contre le personnel jeune (très jeune) mais l'absence de personne mature manque grandement. Dat de notre visite, le 11-08-21.
