Went on a day trip and drove an hour out here to try this place. Was not disappointed. Got the déjeuner(Breakfast) burger. It's basically the Canadian style burger with a cooked egg as well. Well sized portions and the patties are cooked to a perfectly. Definitely a spot to try if you're around/thinking about it already. I'm gonna have to come back and try more of their menu offerings.

t me start by giving a huge shout out to Sandra!! She handled all 18 of us like we were a table of 2. She brought pitchers of water which was perfect for all of us. Then she started with drink orders which was a little hard because we all came at different times. She was so efficient that no one waited for drinks!! Then she proceeded to take dinner orders. She never missed a beat. All our questions on the menu were answered. Most people ordered the burgers. They were juicy and very tasty. I had the breakfast burger. The egg on top was perfect sunnyside up. After cutting that egg and the center dripping down was so delicious! Throughout dinner Sandra kept the drinks flowing. We also asked for 9 separate checks and she got everyone's bill correct. I watched the system she used for taking our orders and it worked. I wish I used that system when I was a server. Great job to all that assisted in serving our food!!

We were four. While the portions were very generous and the burgers well prepared and presented and most satifying I would have rated the meat higher had the patty been made in house - seemed to be from a Costco package. I believe the language of service rests with the client, not the server. We were 3 who sought service in french - our english companion addressed the fluently bilingual waitress in english (due to limitations in vocabulary on options he wanted) and she kept responding to him in french - he understood but I felt she was being rude to him. Dropped them down half a point for that.

Very nice staff. The seating is a bit cramped inside. The burger selection is amazing and their mayonnaises for the fries are great. The beef patty should be of a higher quality for the very expensive price of the burger. When you're in the ~$16 range, it needs to elevate from "pub fare" to "gourmet". Five Guys has better meat for way less. A better patty would have made this 5 stars for me.

Excellent and attentive service. Brew-master Patrick is exceptionally well versed in the intricacies of small batch brewing and use of specialty hops sourced around the World. Their great portfolio of seasonals have never disappointed us over the many years we've been patrons. My favorite dish is their "poutine"...the Italian sausage iteration. Poutine isn't for everyone, however IMO theirs is the best (they have a good poutine selection) I have had thus far, over my 60 years tasting this specialty in Quebec.

Fries were really nice with interesting sauces. Burgers were excellent and what this place is all about. 10 burger options at least. Nice outdoor deck. Friendly staff. Nice to be able to sub half salad and half fries. Large portions. Glad we stopped here after the spartan Montréal race.

Really bad hosting experience. We arrived during the day with our 9 month old baby. It was pretty quiet. The main host, a middle aged man, acted like we were the biggest nuisance right from the start because we had a baby. We asked for a baby chair and they said they didn’t have one. Finally one came... very dirty, and not usable as it was missing straps to attach to the main chair. The host proceeded to say that if we don’t like it we can leave... we had no choice but to leave. I think a lot of guests were a bit shocked with this but the real issue was that they didn’t care right from the start. A shame really. We won’t go back.

Après encore une dizaine de minutes d'attentes (30 minutes au total), nous avons demandé à nouveau à l'employé de l'accueil s'il pouvait nous donner une idée du temps d'attente. Celui-ci nous a répondu sur un ton condescendant, voir même arrogant, que ce ne serait pas long. Il me semble que dès le départ, cet employé aurait dû être en mesure d'estimer le temps d'attente. On ne lui demandait pas de nous donner un temps précis, mais seulement d'avoir une idée du roulement, pour savoir si ça valait la peine ou non d'attendre. C'est son travail de faire ça, non? Nous sommes repartis sans pouvoir manger, sans même boire une bière, insulté de la façon dont cet employé nous a parlé, et frustré d'avoir perdu notre temps.
