Iconic Canadian coffee house that i wish could replace another, better known worldwide coffee house franchise. Prices are reasonable, quality is high and service is excellent. Coffee is not strong and not too weak. Glazed Buttermilk donuts are the best ever!

Just like every Tim Hortons you've ever visited. When I arrived, it seemed like bedlam had just broken out. It was very busy and they had just reopened from COVID lockdown. Things didn't run all that smoothly, but I suspect it was a lack of practice. I imagine they'll get the bugs worked out and resume normal operations very soon.

It's Tim Hortons. People that enjoy the coffee (I do not)must be ok with the customer service and poor order accuracy. I only use the drive through when asked by a passenger. My daughter and friend recently went and ordered a breakfast sandwich no cheese. When they got home there was no egg, no bacon no cheese. They were too embarrassed to being it back.

Location itself is fine otherwise, but ordered nothing but a large Pumpkin Spice Latte, and they made it wrong. Buddy put 2 pumps of whatever liquid flavouring in the cup first, then the coffee, cream, etc.. I didn't think anything of it until I'd already left, and noticed that the drink was weak throughout, until I got to the bottom where there was a slurry of nasty flavouring. They need to better train staff on how to make feature drinks. Disappointing to have stopped at all, for a mediocre (at best) latte.

Generally our go to for drive thru when on hwy 17. Great service. But, bathrooms need more monitoring and cleaning. In ladies restroom soap dispenser is off the wall, floor and counter covered with water and dirt. I realize that this stop gets alot of traffic but with covid its down to one stall for the ladies and the maintenance is just not there. Hubby says the men's is just as bad in terms of cleanliness

I have been a supervisor at an ottawa location for two years in the past so i have high expectations, the hospitality of this location exceeds my expectations. The staff were friendly and polite. I have been traveling and they allowed me to charge my phone in the back for 20 minutes. The cleanliness was very impressive! A little bit of leaves on floor but that was it. No scuff marks, the air filtration was great. The air was not stale like many locations. The air wa crisp. The washrooms were spotless. Amazed by the level of cleanliness, i even checked the chair and table legs, no gum, no salt or dirt stains, just clean. ALSO timbits! The timbits were so fresh! So good! So yum! The glaze didnt harden, nothing was stale. You can tell the owner takes alot of pride in his buisnesses and it shows. Good job owner and staff :) - a very appreciative Customer

Out of all the Tim's I like this one the least. That white plastic container thingy your passing out the window with peoples food and drinks is rotten ... crumbs and dried coffee all over it . Asked for a breakfast sandwich with bacon and sausage.. got just sausage. Prolly paid for both .

Depends on the time of day. Also depends on who is working. Sometimes its extremely fast. Other times you wait 20 minutes for your coffee (and its wrong/burnt). The staff are mostly always polite though.

From the US, on vacations on the island! Came to this Tim Hortons a couple of times in an attempt to try their "Poutine". First time was "we run out of potatoes wedges" second time" we run out of cheese curds". I was asked if I'm willing to exchange my "no where to found Poutine" with hash browns, which is kinda of ridiculous, since I got only two tiny ones for the price of a Poutine ($5.00). It's hard for me to believe that Tim Hortons is losing on customers with these kind of excuses. You ain't gonna see these kind of excuses in any fast food stores in America. Otherwise, Tim Hortons has great coffee and the staffing is competent, helpful and courteous.

Washrooms were a mess & allow you to wait in line for coffee but wait outside for Washrooms. Could easily set up second line (where table space is roped off) to form separate Washroom line & still be able to distance appropriately.

Wasn't that busy but ended up standing around for twenty minutes to get a chili and bottle of coke. Didn't get my bun or a spoon or napkins. Multiple employees standing around gossiping. Multiple orders backing up and other customers getting frustrated. From what I could see it was only a few orders on the screen and the employees who were working were scrambling around.

This Tim Hortons has some of the best coffee in the franchise. They are busy at most times I have been there but always have a good selection of doughnuts, cookies and muffins.

I have been looking for places to sit comfortable in Lunenburg and work on my research reports. I found this Tim Horton’s location on my GPS and decided to give it a try. I have been sitting there for about a week now for five to six hour everyday from 9:30- 4:00 pm working on my research project. I have never had any problems here and the service is excellent. The staff are always smiling from morning to afternoon and the environment is very comfortable. They have excellent wireless connection and comfortable booth to sit and work. The staff are always making sure the service is fast and the tables are cleaned when customers leave. It is a great location to sit and focus as you get served with the best coffee and breakfast wraps in town. I think I have finally found my little working corner! - T

I know that it's grad time and that teens need to hang somewhere. .but, when a group of 5-10 young people cone in, buy only 3-4 drinks to share between themselves and take up the best seats in the place .. ( usually right next to plug ins next to the handicap tables or the tables in front of the fireplaces . . It makes it difficult to have a lunch time business meeting outside of the office...????????????

Definitely one of the worst Tim's I've been too. Unprofessional service combined with frequently messing up my orders. The quality of the baked items are also lacking quality. And, why can't we use the garbage cans? Seems to be a trend in Pictou county. Did they not know that restrictions are lifting? Time to get the staff better training.
