Two people working both kind and generous. Mihir the guy who served me his services were great I cannot just stop myself for writing a review. I asked him can he change the g’oves after serving previous customer and he himself brought a fresh(washed) knife to cut my bread. My footlong was perfect. I wish I get my sandwich just like this at all subways.

Ordered a French Vanilla cappuccino for my great grandmother. When I ordered the guy just looked at me and scoffed. When he was finished making it, he didn’t read the price out. I guess he just expected me to read the price. He dispensed the change, again, not telling me how much. Before I left I said thank you, only to have again no response. This place really needs to work on customer service. The man was very rude, and seemed to not care much about the customers. Not impressed. Will be contacting corporate about this.

Service is good for having only one employee but when line up starts it's that time you wait 30 minutes plus just poor management or to cheap to hire they know the busy times but it doesn't matter just more money in there pocket.

This store is the pits!! They skimp you BIG time on toppings and you very rarely get your order right.....even after u ask for lots and lots and lots of spinach....but it was still only a little bit of spinach???? What are you gonna do, go all the way to Liskeard for a sub... In Kirkland, they aren't very professional. While the guy at the counter was taking my gf's order, the other guy that was there bailed on him, and left everyone waiting in line, wth Could have been our guys attitude but it's not supposed to be the customers fault.

Does not offer free wifi anymore. Place is still very clean & staff are friendly, so ok if you don't need wifi. Only has bottled pop. Very small restaurant so may never get the new mixer fountain machines other locations have.
