My wife and I were a little worried upon entering the restaurant for the first time with our 2 little girls, but were pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. Don't get me wrong, the place is clean, it's not a dive or anything, it's just plain looking and nondescript. And the food was pretty much standard fair, but our girls loved the soup and the fish and portions were very good (one of my daughter's could only eat half of the small soup we ordered for her). We did have a little trouble at the end trying to figure out who and where to pay because the owner, who was the one we had to deal with at that point, had stepped out for some reason. But all in all an ok to good experience.

We found a hidden Gem in the heart of Louisburg! The food was excellant the service by our hostest Terrilynn was just Amazing!! We had the fish and chips with onions rings cook to perfection and tried the chicken that tasted like heaven!!! Highly recommended by me and my husband We will be back! Mr. & Ms. LeBlanc

Where do I start, terrible service with not so nice server. food was sub par at best and barley edible & long wait times. the only good thing I can say is that the young man behind the front desk/store was very nice & pleasant. I've been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and the manager of this restaurant should not be happy with the dining room or kitchen staff.

Wait staff very good. Seafood chowder was watery like from a can. Food was good, but I don't think homemade.

Slow service and they didn't bring the food out at the same time. Food overall was pretty ordinary. Fries were okay but not seasoned or salted.

It was the only restaurant open in town. When we arrived at 615 pm we were told they weren’t taking anymore customers as the kitchen was closing. The server was rude and unapologetic about it. All of the hotels are sold out in town, this was the only place to eat but they decided to close at 6:15! Ended up having a gas station dinner.

The food was delicious, a bit confusing upon initial entrance on where to go. Waitress was friendly and it was very clean.

Excellent ,we went for lunch the food was very good the portions were great,the server was very attentive, it will be nice to not have to drive into Sydney to have a meal or take company out to eat .looking forward to tonight . Keep up the good job
