Clean and comfortable room with a good breakfast. Great location overlooking the bay.

Clean rooms ans bathrooms. Meeting COVID social distancing and other health protocols. Excellent location, walking distance to most places downtown. Plenty parking available. Gym, pool, business center available. Staff are ok, friendly, nothing extraordinary. Customer service subpar. Not isolated to this hotel, but bathroom amenities are always poor in North American hotels unless you pay $650 at a Ritz Carlton whereas in Bangkok, a US $22 hotel comes with slippers, bathrobe, sewing kit, cotton swabs, Q tips, shower cap, sanitary napkins. But understandable, all are looking to save costs.

Clean, and the friendliest staff

I was drunk & I was looking for washrooms. And I went to Holiday INN. I really appreciate how he reacted & suggested me the way to washroom. His name is Paul. And he is best in Hospitality.

Convenient location on waterfront and staff mostly friendly. Rooms and halls were not overly clean. Carpets were very dirty and halls not vacuumed over multiple days of our stay. Room had an unclean odour. We stayed 5 days so refreshing …

I stay here every time I go to Sydney. The location is easily accessible and right on the water. Great views. There is adequate parking and it's free. The rooms are nicely done and have all the plugs you need for everyone's gadgets. Hotel is always quiet. It's your best bet in Sydney for a good stay.

We had booked a 3 night stay. The first night the ice machine was not working, the bank machine was not working and the tv in our room was not working well. Called the front desk who said someone would be up to look at it. Nobody showed up and after 45 minutes of waiting, I went down to front desk to inform them about the tv, they said someone would be up. Someone eventually showed up, looked at it and said they would be back. In a few minutes the front desk called and said we would have to either wait until next day or they would give us another room, we took another room. We switched rooms with no apologies and no assistance with moving. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and the controls for the temperature control looked like something from the 80’s. Next day we went downstairs for breakfast and stood there for at least 15 minutes waiting to be seated without anyone even acknowledging we were there. We decided enough was enough and checked out after one night stay to go to another hotel, we were assured that payment would be processed immediately and that the hold on credit card for next 2 nights would be taken off……this did not happen as the hold is still on our credit card. Nobody asked how our stay was and nothing was said or done for inconvenience of switching rooms the previous night. Poor, poor service all around and not an enjoyable nor relaxing stay at all.

The location is perfect and the room was excellent and clean!

I stay at holiday inns a lot and this one is updated, clean. Negatives - they charge $7 for parking which is ridiculous. No fast check out. Not the most inviting staff at all. No breakfast included.

I loved my stay here but I had a room with windows that had very good curtains blocking all the exterior light but one circular window did not have any. That left the room to be very bright during the night. I would suggest to the hotel to add curtain to that window.

I have stayed here many times and the quality of the room and the ability to relax and have a good sleep is what keeps me coming back.

It was okay, bathroom shower head was less than 6 feet high could have been better. Paid 5 dollars just to park outside in the weather. Room was nice, good view of the water.

This Holiday Inn does not come up to the standard of others in the Holiday Inn group. The entrance was bland and outdated. It felt like only 1 somewhat bored person was working the entire building. The baggage trolleys have seen better …

I had the bad luck to get my daughter's daycare cold during our stay, and I took great advantage of the bed and the hot shower. Having them available while I was not feeling well made it possible to enjoy my stay as best I could under the circumstances. I look forward to staying again when I'm at 100%.

Very clean room, easy check in, great breakfast and all safety measures in place! Quiet, comfy beds, and great view of the harbour. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel chain is my utmost favorite above all. On occasion I stay elsewhere if I don't have a choice but this property and the staff are amazing. The value is also decent.

Very clean hotel and very spacious. Front desk staff didn’t have a nice personality, he wasn’t very welcoming and the $100 deposit which they put on your credit card wasn’t yet refunded to my credit card and it’s been almost two weeks.

I travelled from Ontario by car with my Mom and dog. The staff was super friendly and always eager to help with a very positive attitude. The only down side was not allowed to have my puppers stay alone while we ate, and we stayed 4 days and maid service wasn't available. But I do recommend this Hotel.

That's my only complaint. No electric vehicle charging. Lots of EVs on the road and the drivers need somewhere to stay. Trust me when I tell you that we talk on social media groups and will promote this property if it has charging options.

We had the best view! The staff was excellent! Had a great walk on the waterfront. Dinner and breakfast were just what we ordered.

Wonderful hospitality by all staff with great food and comfortable beds. The views of the harbour at sunset were stunning and being able to stroll the amazing boardwalk made it all magical!

Hotel was clean. Staff was great. My room didn't have a microwave and called the front desk and they sent one up within 10 minutes. The food at the pub downstairs was good altho a bit pricey. Would definitely stay again.

I won’t recommend this property. Preferred room was not allocated. Front staff was rude. Bed was horrible. Food was decent and the pool is a plus for kids.

Stayed 2 nights and was not impressed at all. Multiple things were broken in the room and throughout the hotel but was charged full price. Front desk staff was not overly helpful or friendly. Will be staying in the area again. But it won’t be at this hotel.

Love the waterslide and the pool area was clean and limited to number of people. I love that I could use my IHG points as part payment on this stay. Celebrated my son's 13th birthday and even with 4 rowdy boys in the room, everything was great.
