Great complimentary breakfast, large friendly cozy rooms, home away from home for a great nights sleep. Staff helpful and friendly.

Nice big rooms. Very comfortable. Very nicely furnished rooms and public areas. Air conditioning in room didn't work that well. Coffee in lobby was pretty good.

Always the cleanest and most comfortable place to stay in Sydney. Plus the staff and service are awesome. Highly recommend.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was included. It was the only hotel chain in the area from what I remember. Staff were friendly and assisted with where to go and what to do in the area which was helpful. Overall, good value. Thank you.

Disappointed that there was no discount for EHS workers. Paid $157.00 for a king bed that was lumpy spring mattress. Got woken up 3 times throughout the night with kids running up and down the hallways and parents parting. Call down and nothing was done.

Nice room and friendly staff with a central location. However: Bed felt a bit saggy/wore in on one side. The pool definitely did not feel heated, even the pool room was cold. I know theres no cooked food due to covid protocol, but the boiled eggs provided could have been warmed or labelled cold eggs.

Very friendly , comfortable beds rooms are a nice size. They had popcorn in the evening in the reception area. It was very clean. The kids had fun on the water slide.

Great rooms, had a bit of trouble with the TV. The pool was a blast! And the breakfast was good but lots of garbage.
