People have bad days I understand but this has been multiple times with different people young and old , I have better luck at sobeys .

Great place great selection and convenient location, if you are a truck driver you can park in the back bobtail only. No room for trailer, if you want to park and go shopping and you have the trailer with you you can park at the Walmart and just walk over

Great place to buy the chicken meal deal. Always great chicken and wedges and the best strips, unless they close early and force you to go to their competitor across the street to purchase the equivalent meal only to throw it out because its disgusting. Shame on you superstore for closing your kitchen early

Went in to pick up Ground Beef and Sausages. They had a sign on the cooler saying Lean Ground beef $3.49 a lb but all the packs were Med. ground beef. When I mentioned to the employee he went out back to see what the story was , came back out grabbed the sign and ripped it off and didn't say a work . Was over visiting my son and his family so not sure if he could tell I was from out of town and didn't care if I came back or not lol.

The produce is more selective but i have come home with many a rotten fruit at the bottom on a bulk fruit container. Cashiers are not helpful in any way if you bring your own bags and will pile all your food and may spoil your chips and bread items. This can be very anxiety inducing experience.

Hello, as a frequent shopper at GB Superstore I had to comment about todays visit. I frequently buy Scotsburn coffee creamer possibly 3-4 at a time. The price is good, generally. I asked at the courtesy desk for a raincheck for there were none on the lower shelf. The girl said because it was not in the flyer and it's an in-store special she could not give me the raincheck. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is courteous and friendly. Suggest self-checkout have organized queue lines as shoppers appear at multiple locations for checkout. This creates confusion and bickering as to who is next and downgrades the experience.

After filling out a survey that was sent to me, expressing my disappointment, I received a call from department manager Kayla. She was amazing! Not only was she empathetic and understanding of my unique situation, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I received the item I was missing (and more!). Always check the expiry dates, there are a lot of goods out of date in the store. I've brought it to the "produce manager's" attention and was told he was going to speak with back shift about it... These Atlantic Superstores are nice. I like the washrooms and Cafe upstairs. I like that they carry local strawberries. Loblaws, you need to carry more local food across the country though! Lots of variety of food and some choices you can only find in Atlantic Canada.

Was Just at Atlantic Superstore in Glace Bay. Clementines were 2.99 a box. When I went to put them in my cart I noticed 4 were mouldy and others were soft..I checked other boxes and those were the same. I took them to the produce manager and showed him and told him how the boxes had mouldy produce..He said that is why they are being sold so cheap. I said really?..you are knowingly selling mouldy produce..I thought that was illegal. I have been a customer

Just one thing that p$$$# me off. I paid for my groceries then left. On the way out I seen the chicken tenders n had to have some. To buy you have to get your order then go back in to the register you just waited in line for and pay for it. Way to go guys. Like where is the covid awareness/ prevention here?
