The food was pretty good, it came out within an okay time frame but not exceptional. The cheese on my sandwich was a little rubbery but there was a lot of chicken on it. It would probably taste a lot better with some sauce on it as well. The dessert I had, while incredibly delicious had large plastic bits in it and all they did was ask me if I was sure it was plastic even though I had it right on the side of the plate for her to see. It wasn't something that was edible and regardless of if it was actually plastic or something else it should not have been in there. They brought me a new one and didn't even bother asking if I wanted it taken off the bill.

The services way great but the follow through was bad There was a price on the menu that said 1/2 price wings. The price listed was $6.99 So you think it would be $3.50. But no it is not They say it is$13.99 Look at the advertisement. It never says the original price Flip it over and it shows beer discount prices The staff said read the menu. I read the menu I was given. Called and emailed head office never heard back. Jungle Jim's you dropped the ball

I have went there multiple times and my experience truly depends on which waiter I have. There are been a couple of outstanding waiter's. And then there have been a couple terrible experiences. Nothing is worse then going when it's not all that busy and only seeing your waitress twice. She didnt check back with us to see if the food was ok. We waited 20 mins after we were done our meal and finally just went to the counter to get our bill and had to wait there as well. Most recently we went on mother's day and although it was packed and bills were lined up at the kitchen the service we got made the time waiting feel like nothing at all!

Portions might be a bit small but very good quality. I'm not a big fan of heated plates and all of our plates came out hot. Service was excellent. Menu choice was very diverse. All four of us enjoyed the ordered meals. Plus was given a 10% CAA discount. Yes will visit again.

Food not bad, you can't drink at the bar unless you buy food. Unusual payment issue, only one cash out and there is usually a line. Overall I only would go here when there are no other restaurants. It is a great place for children and trays where their focus is.

Today was out first visit to Jungle Jim's Eatery on Airport Road in Gander. The food was delicious and the service was first class. This restaurant has a very cool and unique theme that pictures do no justice to. Lots of parking and full accessible location.

Usually come here with friends. Place has great service and great food, personally very fond of their ribs (second best in town, next to Swiss Chalet imo) and their steak. Only complaints really are the long wait and the prices, that and if you have a steak, you get charged extra for onions. Whereas at Lily's Landing, their steak comes with onions anyway. Overall though, great food and service.

It was very busy this time and they were not prepared at all. Props to the kitchen who still had the food out in a timely matter regardless the poor service. Food was still good. :) Second visit on our trip across the island. Quality def going down. Super cheap. Barely any cheese on th nachos and they charge extra for everything even sauce lol we will be choosing a different restaurant to stop into from now on.

My husband and I went in separately because I was on the phone in our truck doing some business. He needed a restroom. We ended up sitting in separate booths waiting for each other. We both ordered our favorite drinks while waiting. Finally my husband texted me saying he had a booth and had ordered drinks. So funny because I was on the other side, having done the same. I was thrilled to get wifi and use my internet after such a long journey. We both ordered a 8 oz steak, potatoes, with vegetables. It was delicious. Cooked just as ordered. Great experience.

I highly recommend the business updating their hours on Google. Staying at the hotel, I checked in to see when they were open till and was told 10. Figuring I had time for a cup of tea at the end of my meal at 9:20 before closing, was promptly told the bar was closed and they were closing. The table beside were a few bites into their meals with 3/4 full giant pints. Meal was okay, didn't receive dressing for my salad and had to flag down a server to get one as they didn't provide a two bite check. Overall, a typical Jungle Jim's experience that just reminds me why I don't stop in unless I have to.

I was in town on business and had a terrible experience. I had issues with both my food and service. During a shift change no one took over my table... I was asked if I needed my bill but I hadn't even ordered yet, no one followedup, and I had to go ask the bar for my bill. I tried to call and message management but no one would call me back or respond.
