Apparently they have made too much money. We showed up at 11 pm Sat Aug 29. And bartender didn't want to stay for 6 more people. We tipped guitar player well. He kept playing. Bartender doesn't get it. Doesn't understand bars going broke. Notice the table menu. Open 11 am until "late". Doesn't deserve job

Lovely local brewery with a great patio! I enjoyed the flight to try a little bit of everything: cherry sour being my favorite. Popcorn machine is a nice touch & the service was great.

I highly recommend Pilsner beer in this brewery company. It was so tasty and fresh. The drinks are served with free and warm popcorns. No food is served here but you can bring your own food.

the character in this bar is fantastic. the history of the building being represented through the fresh branding of the naughty otter beer. lydia was a fantastic attentive bartender and i would highly recommend kicking up conversation with her!! we will be back for sure.

Friendly service, a must go if you are in town, reasonable price for fresh draught beer. And they have beer-to-go jar, highly recommended to grab some before heading back to hotel. Good selection of beer and they tasted great (Your taste may vary tho.)

This is cute little place in a cute little town! The beer is really good and they're quite happy to take USD at a good exchange rate. The owner is super friendly - he gave us great information about the local restaurants and even gave us meter money so we could stay and eat without risking a parking ticket.

Cozy brewery in a historical venue (the Bell Tower) with exposed beams and tons of natural light coming in. During the winter months, you can warm up next to the fire while sampling brews. Tours are not always available, but the brewery setup allows you to view 'everything' in progress, which is very cool!

Super!!! The beer is very nice, people are very attentive. There is only beer for 7$ and free popcorn all the time. You may order cans to go as well. Although there is no white beer (wheat beer which I love), it really worths a try!

One of the highlights of our amazing trip to Gananoque. Quaint place, and awesome beer. The flight (sampler) is very generous. Hubby loved the blonde beer and I loved the Naughty Otter Lager. Definitely recommend this place if you are in Gananoque, and we will be looking for their products in our LCBO. Great staff as well.

Delicious beers, charming patio, great staff. Josh took great care of us while we chilled at one of their fire tables for the evening, sampled tasting sizes and pints of their creations, chatted with some local customers and met a couple of dogs. I regret not being able to make it to their Oktoberfest event, but I will be back!

Really enjoyed our time here. Got to speak with one of the owners as we were there on an offseason Saturday afternoon. Very cool story how they got started. Stop here for a pint or more if you have a chance. Loved the Black Bear Boch and Gael Ale Irish Red!!

Wife and I figured we would have a quick beer before going to dinner (Gan Brewing does not serve food). The band and beer were so good we ended up foregoing dinner and spending the night there. Wonderful cozy spot. Had a great time.

Got a flight of 4 different beers for a reasonable price. No food served here other than bags of pretzels. We sat outside with the kids and played a game of Jenga. Glad they provided a get for the kids to use. Root beer was really good. You can also get a mixed 6 pack of cans to take with you. Growlers and Howlers also available.

I drived there just to see the road along the St.Lawrence and saw that brewery... what a surprise! Like the small city, I loved the place, the patio and the beer! I'll return there next time I come around!!!

The town of Gananoque is a hidden gem in the 1000 Islands region. We found many local stores and restaurants. One of them was this local brewery where Josh made us feel very welcome and suggested some great beers to try. The complimentary popcorn was a nice touch.

The patio is great! We liked that they serve popcorn with your beer. Note that they only serve snacks; no food menu. We also really appreciated that the patio was dog friendly and that they even had a water bowl out for the dogs. The beer was good, they have a nice raddler for summer. Worth a stop.

I have been a few times now. The staff is always great, the atmosphere is nice and the live music is great. On top of all that, the beer is probably the best I have had. A good selection, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

We really enjoyed our first time visiting the brewery! Staff were so friendly and accomodating & knowledgeable! Offered samples before we decided to purchase the 64 OZ jug of Naughty Otter lager, which is available at your local Brewer retail store in cans! After paying the $4 deposit on the jug, we only paid $10 (Friday's only) for the filling of the jug! Great value, as it works out to approximately $2 for 12 oZ of suds!

I support local and craft breweries always... Limited selection, a nice building. Suggestions: ALL beers on tap and available for sale in cans/ bottles. Variety. Have 1 seasonal. Not expensive, use this as your creative outlet. Be different. Should have half IPA. and half malt based, minimum. Merchandise. Should have shirts, hats, umbrellas, etc. Be involved in local events (ribfest, etc.) Allot of potential. I will be back.

Friendly service. Decent brewery ! If you’re in town you must stop here. There is a patio so you can easily enjoy a couple of beers under the sun. Worth the detour if you’re on the 401. I recommand this place if you’re a beer amateur.

We went there as a newlywed on a Wednesday late afternoon, only us at the patio enjoyed 2 pints of draft and snacks. We love that feeling, so chill and relaxing, sat back and enjoyed traffic. The patio is on the right side of the main street so you won't feel annoyed by moving traffic, quiet town too, rarely people use honks, we loved the tranquility of this pub. Good location and they have free parking too, which is within walking distance.

Great indoor and outdoor seating. Four tasters for $6.25 a bargain and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They can also order food in from a variety of local restaurants which is cool.
