Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was terrible. Had three bites and could not eat any more. The burger was a frozen pressed burger with no texture. It did not even resemble beef. Definitely a letdown considering I've had good food there before.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. Our drinks were forgotten, my veggie burger was bad, and the waitresses kept touching their masks and taking them off to chat with each other. They also didn't ask for our information for COVID-19 tracking purposes, which I thought was mandatory. My friend's chicken was burned so she didn't eat it, but no one came to check on us. Will not be back.

This night was extra special for us as I proposed to my partner and we were out to celebrate our new engagement. I ordered online at 5pm to be picked up at 6pm. As I was about to park at 559pm, my phone rang. The woman on the other line told me that they suddenly had a lot of customers so I have to wait an hour before they can make my order. I told her that it was unacceptable. If they can't fulfill my order, they should have alerted me earlier and not a minute before the pick-up when I already drove to their place! She just implied that her walk-in customers are way more important than a customer who made an online order an hour earlier.

I Love love love St. Louis Ribs!!!!! Couldn't wait for it to open. I use to live in Moncton and went to St. Louise at least twice a week. So when I went to on Jan 25th....I raaaaaaaved about the deep fried bacon wrapped Man n Cheese. To find out THEIR NOT ON THE MENU!!!!! I told everyone about how freakin amazing they are. I can't begin to tell you how UPSET !!!I was I understand the labour intensive labour and cost as the employees told me. Because their sooooo amazing do you think you could over time do it as a LIMITED TIME ONLY . Once a year........PLEASE

Nothing impressive, except for the impeccable service we received from the waitress. Very ordinary food, similar to what you can get at all other fast food chains. - Very unsuitable for families. Our children had to sit on high chairs and we had to tie them up with a scarf to prevent them from falling. - Despite the fact we had a reservation, it seems that we were given the worst table... - Cobwebs, poorly maintained bathrooms and dust look good as a Halloween decoration, but they are not great for a restaurant. - The bartenders wore masks that only covered their mouth (not their nose). Is this an indication of how they deal with the health regulations imposed by the Public Health?

Overall, not a bad spot. It's your standard chain restaurant sports bar. The difference is, it's a type of food you don't usually get in this region, so I've had little exposure to it in the past. While the Honey Cajun Chicken could have had more spice and the garlic bread could have been more toasted, the flavours were still there. Hot honey is one of my favourite flavours. The chicken itself was nice and crispy and juicy. The fries were a nice mix of small to wedge size so you got both fluffy and crispy textures. The garlic bread was also pungent with the flavour of garlic, which I love. Again, overall a good enough experience for me to want to go back to try it again.

Way too many flies in the restaurant. It was our first time trying the place and since they have a big opening to their outside table area, all the flies are getting in and we could not eat in peace. The supervisor was great about it and comped our entire meal as an apology.

I think our server was John or some name with a J. That man was an absolute delight. He said he was only working there for two weeks (would be about a month now). This guy was funny, wasn't annoying and made the experience super nice. There was a homeless man that came in and staff were super courteous to the man and even gave him water. Respect for treating homeless people like human beings. The food was great and the drinks were sooo good. Honestly if you are downtown and want a chill pub/sports bar experience there is no reason why you should go anywhere else.

The service was great... We also lucked out that there was live entertainment... Unfortunately the food was not all the best .... Nachos for app, all the toppings were on top, nothing in between and really dry...felt like wasn't cooked at all... Ribs and sweet potato fries... Ribs were overcooked and parts of it wasn't edible... Sweet potato fries where also overcooked, almost to a crisp... Usually St. Louis has great food in other locations... Be cautious on menu items...

We went there my fiance , my daughter and me today ( about 30 minutes ago ).. we took garlic bread stick , calamari and cheese stick for appetizer Really good portion and tasted really great ... then we took poutine, ceasar salad .. ribs and wings plate .. chicken wing poutine .. again really good portion , tasted delicious .. and a few drinks as well Staff is really nice ,professional and smiley. It was our first time there and we loved the experience Will definitely go back and recommend this restaurant 100% !!!

Most horrible service! The waitress was older and you would think she has learned what good service it given her age. First off we waited a very long time and I had to ask for a server, when she did arrive she went to a table that arrived later then us. Once we ordered our drinks, she did not walk around to give me my drink but reached across a guest in conversation to give me my drink. Very rude. Food was below the standard of good. I will not be back nor recommend this place.

Well this was probably the absolute worst restaurant experience we've ever had. We ordered a salad appetizer, my wife specifically said bring us the salad first meals after. We started with coffee and tea, the coffee was cold, they gave us one packet of sugar. Than the meals arrive before the salad, my meal was missing the fries and my wife's meal was ice cold. Now we're eating the salad while the meals sit there. The food was good but we'll not be returning anytime soon.

We had ordered the Dinner for 4 through skip the dishes. First time dealing with St.Louis Bar & Grill. The meal consisted of 2 bacon cheese burgers and 2 kids chicken tenders meals, while there was a bit of an issue with the chicken tenders when it was brought to their attention it was resolved very quickly with great hospitality! The food otherwise was delicious and presented great! The way the issue was handled plus the delicious burgers has definitely gotten the 5 stars from us! Awesome job to the manager!

Just payed $41 for my order of 6 beer and a $12 poutine WITHOUT GRAVY. Skip the Dishes doesn't refund if you buy beer, left an EMAIL, Can't contact live support, Contacted the restaurant only to be met with essentially a middle finger, regardless if it's out of the restaurants hands with 3rd parties, maybe at least ATTEMPT at helping fix YOUR CHEFS mistake instead of shrugging your damn shoulders over the phone and saying that you can't do anything, it's lazy and frankly entitled. I will make sure I get my refund, unfortunately wont get my time spent f**king around back but it's the principal.

Last night at the restaurant July 21 between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm a lot of the staff did not have there mask on the proper way. The person doing the forks and knives did not have one on and the bartender had his hanging on one ear. Why have it if they are not going to use it probably.

The good - super friendly, attentive service, clean restaurant, tidy bathroom. The so so - the A/C was cranked and it was a pretty cool day to begin with. The in-house music was way too loud, especially at lunch time. Two in my group loved their food (burger, fried chick sandwich). My son thought their burger was best in town! I had the vegitarian option (plant based tacos) and I didn't love it. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't order it again. All in all a nice experience. Not a whole lot on the menu for a vegitarian but they're trying. 3.5 stars out of 5!

St Louis has distinguished itself as a place that wants to make a delivery experience that is truly great, especially with the deals that it has on apps like skip the dishes which is where I've made all my orders. I recently got the dinner for two with wings and was pleasantly surprised fo see that it also came with fries for each serving. The McCain's frozen cake makes it clear they are trying to offer an awesome night-in delivery experience with this package and I loved it. Got hot wings which were super spicy and delicious and also honey garlic wings which were just as good. I love the steakhouse style fries.

Went there Saturday and it was great. Atmosphere was awesome and the staff were enjoying the work. To me that's great when employees have fun because the morale is high which means more productive employees. The food was great. I started off with the double-breaded mozza sticks and it was perfect. The batter was not too tick and not too thin so this was a great pickup. The entree I had was the Bacon Cheeseburger and this is where I feel there is some opportunities to improve: The beef was cooked well done but I felt it was a little too well done as it was (very) burned on the bottom. Plus the taste felt like it was a frozen patty so there was virtually no flavour in the beef. I recommend they consider using fresh beef and give the option to the customer on how they like their beef cooked. Personally I like my burgers to be medium well. The fries on the other hand, were huge and full of flavour so there's a big win on that front. I'd definitely go back to try their flagship product: their [boneless] wings.

On various visits to this establishment the consistency of the food has been horrible. Dishes will come out different each time we have ordered them. Multiple items ordered have arrived arrived to the table cold. It often takes 10 or 20mins for a server to even show up at the table to take a drink order. Wait saff eating off patrons' plates and taking shots at the tables. Will only go here if I absolutely am forced to do so.

Decided to check then out for Valentine's Day, while we got seated quickly, and our apps arrived quickly, a couple arrived after our apps did, they ordered their food, got their food, returned an item, got it replaced, ate that and had desert, before our entrees arrived. While the server was apologetic about it, she said there was nothing she could do as management had left for the day. Staff need to be empowered to resolve issues such as this.

My husband and one of our daughter ate there. We've been to the one in Moncton which is fabulous. We got garlic sticks as an appetizer. We all enjoyed them. I got the all Canadian burger. It was ok. Disappointing though as the burger was just a frozen box burger, it was so noticeable. My husband got wings in hot and fries. He wish he got a hotter sauce. But he enjoyed them. ZERO stars. Just terrible terrible food. Service was ok but they forgot half of out meal in the kitchen when I came out. We both got the beef dip. Bun was the most food that was on the plate. It was cold and I has 2 peices of meat and soggy onions that were suppose to be crispy. Some sort of sauce was on it and it was slime made tasted like feet. Poutine was not even great I can't even say the fries were good. And paid 60$ for it DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY

We expected to wait but would have liked a nice hot meal after one hour. My wife and I went here for the first time last night for supper. It has a great atmosphere, with lots of room and excellent service. If you are looking for a spot to have some drinks and watch sporting events, this is definitely the place to go. Huge screens in all directions covering several channels. As for the food, our meals were very good. We got the wing and rib platter and the club sandwich and fries. They may not be the best in the city but were very tasty. Some of the specialty drinks were delicious - Absolut vodka sparkler flight. Although parking is limited beside the restaurant, there are plenty of spots in the area. The patio area would also make a great spot for outdoor dining or a larger group. We'll certainly be back. Thanks.

Save your time and money. We waited 45 minutes on a Sunday night for water, and an hour for food. It was not busy at all yet waited a while. Our waitress hardly checked up on us and wouldn't bring us the drinks we asked for. The staff also turned down the lights for a photo shoot for a group of woman. Completely unprofessional. The food itself was burnt or soggy. There are many other places to eat in Fredericton. Skip this one.

I've been to the Fredericton location a few times heard amazing things about the one in Moncton so figured I'd try it out. Service is unwelcoming and disorganized. Waited both times more than an hour just to have our drinks ordered and waited another hour to get food with no check ins or explanations as to why our food was taking so long when we had just ordered appetizers. Unfortunately won't be back as staff is unpleasant and unorganized.

I had a bad experience with the “owner”. I dont think the establishment itself is at fault for my experience but he was intoxicated with his friends then belittled me once I picked up a skateboard from underneath a table after I picked it up for the individual smoking outside then threw it onto the inside patio with one foot onto it while I rolled it forth and back. I dont feel the need to be surround by 5 cop cars when I leave the bar. I feel very belittled. The gentleman that told me he “owns the bar gave me a sence that he was there doing what he was doing (calling the cops) to impress his friends. As a customer that spend 163$ plus tip, I felt embarrassed walking out of this place because of the way the “owner” handled this situation. It was blown out of proportion and wasn’t necessary. Kicked out for “skateboarding and ive never skateboarded a day in my life.

Extremely sweet staff, and the food and drinks were so good! Loved the atmosphere, was lively and upbeat even in the middle of a snow storm. Their fries have a big thumbs up from my husband and I, as well as the cauliflower bites. Excellent variety on their menu but not overwhelming. One minor mistake was made on our order but was fixed right away. Will definitely have to make this place a regular for us!

When we arrived we waited 15-20 minutes after we were shown to pur table before someone came over to even say hello or take our drink order (by this time we were ready to order our whole meal). When the waitress arrived she didn't introduce herself but did apologize for the wait and offer an excuse that she "didn't realize this was her table now". We order drinks, appetizers, and our main courses. Food and drinks were prompt and delicious (kudos to the bar and kitchen), however when the appetizers arrived we realized that we had not been given cutlery or napkins so we attempted to get the attention or our waitress but to no avail. We ended up having to retrieve these items ourselves (which nobody seemed to notice). While eating I finished my first drink and set it to the side of the table in plain view and waited 15 minutes before our waitress came over and asked if I would like another (we had finished with our meals so I declined). To wrap, food is good and they have a good variety of beer (domestic and local craft) but unfortunately the service was so poor I cannot see myself returning.

I had the triple decker clubhouse, did not care for it and will not order it again. Daughter had kids fish we have had fish here before and highly recommend it. Sister got the southern chicken wrap and found it extremely spicy, spoke with the waitress about it. The waitresses reply was "there's nothing in that to make it spicy " then just turned and walked away.

I never am one to give bad reviews or even talk about it when it is bad. Ordered a Wing Poutine from here. When It came, it was cold, soggy, and did not include the wings. It is okay, people make mistakes. BUT I called, and their manager told me I was wrong and there was wings in my bag because he put them there. First of all, is the customer not always right? and secondly why would I lie about that. He told me that I am mistaken and rudely said it is not his fault. I am very disappointed in this manager. The girl who answered the whole was nice and polite, this one star is for the manager. I will never eat here again because of this.

The serving staff was the only plus. Every thing else was poor quality. The ribs are not slow cooked, they were tough and chewy, no meat on the wings, the dry rob Cajun had zero flavor with even less spice, burgers were dry, quesadilla had way to much onions with very little of anything else in it, the starter salad was the only item made right and like I said the serving staff was nice.

I found my meal very salty. Was with a group and they found their meal good. I had the buffalo ceasar chicken wrap and i think the combination of hot sauce and garlic ceaser dressing may have been the issue. The reason for the negative review is that both my bill and the other couple we were with were incorrect by significant amounts. I had to get errors corrected twice on my bill. Also with covid restrictions just allowing restaurants to reopen i was surprised that the staff were ether were masks incorrect or completely not covering ther mouth and nose. One wait staff was joking and laughing loadly with guests while wearing the mask over his chin. For this reason i would not consider going back until after the pandemic is over. This is of course a personal decision as I am in a high risk group for the virus.

This review is based on one visit. First impressions: I arrived at open, 11:30am, and was greeted by quite a few friendly faces. I was seated quickly and in a booth. The seats are extremely comfortable and there are loads of tvs on the wall for entertainment. It's well lit and aesthetically pretty great. Ordering: This went well as the waitresses were very friendly and explained some of the menu and specials. They were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They brought the drinks right away. My only complaint here would be that there wasn't root beer available with refills like other drinks because their root beer came in bottles. The wait: Here's where my experience started to go down hill. I was one of the first people in the restaurant and I ended up waiting 40 minutes for the food I ordered. It wasn't busy enough to justify the wait, so I'm not sure why it took so long. The good thing is there are lots of TVs to watch. The food: I ordered the chicken tenders with fries. They came in a bucket, which was a little weird, but kind of cool. It was different so I appreciate that. I consider myself a man child when it comes to food and with that said I've eaten a lot of chicken fingers in my day. These chicken fingers were just fair, 5/10. The breading was pretty good, but the chicken itself and chewy parts that were at times almost impossible to chew through. I don't think they were undercooked, so I'm not sure what the chewiness was. I wouldn't order them again. The fries were the worst part IMO. They were chewy like they had been sitting under a heater for an hour. The 3 other people at my table agreed and barely any of us ate our fries. Someone at my table ended up getting some dessert, the brownies and ice cream which looked really good in the photo. It came with a brownie in a dish with ice cream on top and another brownie on top of that. What came was a brownie on the bottom and a little ice cream on top. It looked nothing like the photo. It was actually comical it looked so bad compared to the photo haha. Conclusion: Based on the food, I don't have much interest in returning as I think there are many other places around town with better food for money. However, this place just opened recently and maybe they are working out some kinks. Aesthetically the place is great, so I would return for that. Based on all of what I just said, I'd return if I was invited by friends or family, but I would not return if it were just myself or I would not suggest it if someone asked me where they should eat. I went into this with high hopes because of the hype, and just left deflated. I'm sure my experience was out of the norm and this place is fine, and I hope that's my experience if I'm able to visit again some day.

Came here for the first time with my roommate a few weeks ago, we were seated next to the bar. We waited over 15 minutes without being given a drink or a menu and there were 3 staff behind the bar. We decided there were better places to eat and went to find something local.

I was here on May 22nd around 9pm with a friend and ordered a salad. I was disappointed to find something that looked like a fly in the lettuce. I flagged the waitress and showed her the insect and she offered to bring me something else. Just wish that the food/lettuce/salad greens are handled better/washed thoroughly.

I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, I think this restaurant is not intended to be a takeout service...we were very disappointed in our delivery items. I've never visited the restaurant, we just wanted to try something different. My daughter couldn't eat her meal - she called it "wing soup" they were smothered in random sauces we didnt ask for...or maybe we misunderstood the "dry wings" part; her fries were buried in it as well. My food was ok, the poppers were delicious...I'm just not sure the quality of food is matched with the price.

I had chicken wings and they were pretty good. i feel its quite expensive and fails on the value scale. I would go back on a promotion. I dont like the bathroom lables. Im a good person so i went into the "angles" bathroom, and It led to an uncomfortable experience.

My husband and I went there Family Day for an afternoon lunch. Greeters and waitresses were terrific. Drinks were brought out quickly and orders taken super fast. The food was delicious, however, for the price point I thought the servings were quite small compared to other chain style places!. I got the Mediterean wrap which was delicious. I thought the fries were great as well, just wish there had been more! My husband enjoyed his meal as well. I would definitely go back and enjoy more on their menu! Gail E, Doon
