Food is very good am pleased with the food and the price for there food is reasonable but what am not happy about is the fact they do not have a kid's menu at all we had to ask our server if they had a kid's menu and she said no but they had a kid's chicken tender meal so my niece ordered that. They need to get a kid's menu in there restaurants and there bathroom signs are inappropriate men's have bikini brief's and the womans has a bra sign on the door

Atmosphere was great. All the servers were in masks and the safety protocals set up for covid seemed top notch and in order. Kudos! Our meals, my caesar, the dessert, and service were spot on! My hubbys shrimp in the surf and turf dinner was a little bland, and barely warm, but he ate it complaint free! We'll be back next time we're in Penticton!!!

I have worked at earls before and i want to say Vernon team is top notch. I was the first person in their establishment on Sunday May 5th. I was warmly greeted by one of their waitresses. The bartender made a perfect old fashioned for me. The waitress came over and reccomend a couple of dishes for me even though she did not need to. The cook who made my penne alfredo cooked it exactly how it should be (not over saucy and the chicken was juicy and tender). The teamwork was so welcoming and they were all friendly. My hat goes off to your team and I plan on visiting again before I head back to Edmonton. Anja did a great job with her team selection and I hope nothing but great success for her team. Great job and thanks for a great start to my day.

We visited this Earls location for the first time this weekend. All of the staff that we interacted with were excellent. Our server Pria was great and attended to us as soon as we were settled in (it took a minute to get our toddler in her booster thing). Serena, one of the managers, came by our table, introduced herself and played with my daughter for a minute. It's the little things that make or break an experience. The food was excellent.

Usually don't make low reviews before but had the worst experience with the staff yesterday evening - I made reservations for me and my cousins at 7pm before last call for my birthday - I was aware earls had to close earlier at 8pm due to covid, when we arrived the hostess said they are no longer taking anyone in because of short staffed and apparently don't have our reservations on the list but I for sure called them earlier at 12pm (it was a guy i didn't get the name i spoke to) they assumed I called the wrong earls since they have more than 1 location, but I called the right one!! even checked my recent calls it's the polo park earls number I called - plus me and my cousins had a negative energy vibe with the staff when we walked in they look like they didn't want to serve us at all, so we just decided to leave and go to a different restaurant in the area, didn't want to waste our time with some negative environment.

I didn’t expect such a service from a brand like “EARLS” the food was perfectly fine and was within no time but the service was so bad and the serves were kinda rude. Food was served unethically, I have to wait for servers to reach me to order food no one cares if you are waiting or what, when I asked for cheque, the lady just put the cheque on my table walking away without asking anything about the meal or something. After that I asked for utensils to go she again made me wait for 10 more minutes. fortunately when manager walked to my table I have to ask her again, the manager was really good though, but servers need a-lot to learn. Worst experience I ever had with Earls so far.

Always a decent meal and good drinks. They have some delicious gluten free options including my favorite calimari abs fish and chips. Only downside is is usually very noisy and the parking sucks if it's busy. Also the dynamite prawn rolls are really yummy and can be made gluten free upon request (steamed shrimp instead of deep fried) which I prefer to the normal version

We stopped by Earl's Polo Park for a cocktail and early supper. Service was accomodating when I asked to change locations for body comfort reasons. We each enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail: G+T for hubbie, Grapefruit Negroni pour moi. Very tasty. Next we enjoyed a lightly battered calamari which included chopped red onions and battered jalapeno peppers. Served with Tzatziki. Very yummy, flavorful and NOT greasy. MY main course was a baked salmon that had been seared on the skin side then baked, served with sticky rice topped with real bacon bits and chopped shallots. The side was broccolinni nicely grilled with three HUGE spears. The husband really enjoyed the Tuna Salad which had a variety of healthy greens. Baby tomatoes, avocado, whole peas and nuts. Seared Ahi Tuna on top with a dressing to die for which I can't recall. I had a spicy peach margarita;they were a Monday special. Hubbie had a 9 oz glass of red wine Pinot Noir which set us back $20, but he's a good hubbie and deserves it. Overall great service, tasty food and total bill with tip about $120, including alcohol and taxes. Don't recall our waitress' name, she was quite tall, long straight blond hair. She was wearing a sleeveless black top and black skirt that showed off her well formed and muscled body. Oh I can't forget her cute black booties. (Me being a typical Women: I can remember how she looked, what she wore, but not her name). She did offer to bring me a small little bowl of the dill sauce that accompanied the salmon, after we both agreed it was delicious enough to bath in.

Services was horrible. Our waiter came to the table maybe 5 times. I will give our experience 1 star because the food was good till we received our dessert and it was covered in black pepper. I use to love going but with the bad service and gross dessert I will not recommend or go back again.

I celebrated my birthday at Earls my bill was over $300. All the places I have been to offers a complementary cheesecake with a candle but this location is an exception. When I asked for it I got refused.It was insulting for me in front of my family and friends. It was a little disappointing for me because I never got refused for it on my birthday. I wanted to have some more drinks and desserts but after this incident we end up going to Boston pizza they offered me a free cheesecake with a candle and all the staff celebrated the birthday with me It was never about A free item for me it’s always about how you make a person feel special and thanks Earls for not doing that. Won’t be going here for sure

The service was great, very friendly and prompt, but the food was overpriced and not very good. $8 garlic fries were skinny McDonald's type of fries which were limp and I didn't like the way they were spiced. The new calamari dish was very oily. I don't think we'll be back.

Hate to say it but my colleagues and I had awful service. We came in and the host gave us a catty look and said they do not take parties of 7 without a reservation, she was interrupted by someone but luckily another staff member passed by and said he would set up a table for us. I probably should have made a reservation, we came at 6pm the restaurant had many open tables. Service was not good. The server did not come by to check on us after we received our food which had flaws. When we told our server we were disappointed in the food said “sorry” in a very monotone manner. The restaurant is so close to our work so it would be nice to have a regular place to go to for gatherings, however our needs were pushed aside so we will not be returning.

We visited Earls the first opening week and were amazed at how friendly and accommodating they were. My second experience however fell short but with that being said when I spoke to management they did everything in their power to ensure that my next experience matched my first impression. I revisited Earl's this Tuesday with my family and it was such a wonderful experience. Megan was wonderful and personable and left a lasting impression on us as well. We thank-you for being a breath of fresh air in the restaurant industry as feedback is usually not received well but you were understanding, welcomed feedback and pushed forward better than ever. Michael is in management and reaches out on these comments and genuinely has a passion for this restaurant and the customers in our community. I am happy to have an Earl's in South Surrey with such an amazing team - be sure to check them out!

We were craving a steak and decided to go to S&L but it was closed for renovations. We decided to go to Earls which is across the street. It was busy but we were seated immediately. We each order the steak frites. The food was outstanding. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The service was also outstanding. We enjoyed it so much we went back for the same 4 days later. Highly recommended.

The waitress was not friendly at all. When she was passing me my drink I accidentally spilled my drink. She did not offered to get me another one and she gave me a towel and asked me to clean the table. She did not come to check on me to see if I'm happy with my food or if I need water. With that said I had fun because the food was good, I had good company and the atmosphere was nice. Just really disappointed at the level of service.

Unfortunately, we did not have very good service, our drinks were regularly left empty, and we only saw our server a total of 3 times. As for the food, the salad was overdressed and a bit soggy and the crab dip had minimal crab in it, mainly just white cheddar cheese.

Waited 10min to order drinks. Took 25min for the drinks to show up and didn't even ask about ordering. Finally get to order and all the food was confused and wrong (big sizes instead of kids etc, to the wrong people, missing items) and took a little while for that to show up. All the waitresses seemed like they had no knowledge of how to work in a restaurant - honestly didn't know anything, and would ask stupid questions after they messed orders up, such as asking someone if they wanted their correct soup AFTER someone else at the table had already been eating it unaware it wasn't theirs...like ???? No...?? Multiple bad visits at this location through multiple years. Would not recommend. Needs a new manager or at least better staff to start. Get this place in check.

Update: Nov 29: Had happy hour brekkie with hubby and son!! Was so good!! I had the lobster/crab omelet with salad, hubby had the Forager/salad and my son had the eggs Bennie. A cappuccino and latte were also required and all hit the spot!! Deeelicious!! We plan to come back!! Tks This new location has an awesome vibe, stylish decor and fantastic service! Covid protocols are in place: partitions between tables which create a more intimate setting, all staff are masked and super cleaning of the eating area as soon as we left!! We just came for drinks and dessert. The pumpkin pie...mmm!! A big piece with whipped cream was devoured in minutes!! A suggestion..turn down the music to a level where the guests can talk to ea other at a normal level. My husband and I could barely talk to ea other as it was that loud! We were seated on the west side where the ceiling is lower. .

Odd experience. Went to the Earls Polo Park location at 8:45 on a Saturday. Walked in and told the hostess it was for 2 people and needed the patio since we were from different households. Hostess told us patio was at full occupancy and last call was 9 so by the time a table left we wouldn’t be able to order. We understood and started making our way back to the vehicle when we noticed a couple about to walk in. I was curious so I watched and saw them get sat on the patio. I was confused because the hostess told us the patio was at full occupancy. I walked in again to find out what was up and the manager was now up front. Manager said she would talk to the hostess and find out. Hostess came up and when she recognized me from earlier she ignored me. Another couple walked in and sure enough she tried to sit them on the patio too. Manager was quick to step in and I was offered the table. Don’t know why the hostess was against me and my friend eating there, the first couple the came ended up being for 4 people so there would have been more than enough room for us. We got sat and our server told us last call was actually 915. So hostess now didn’t want us to eat there and didn’t want us to wait so made up the last call time. Service was good, waitress was friendly but took over 20 minutes for one bar drink. Manager came by and made sure we had ordered everything we wanted but never apologized or offered an explanation. It was so embarrassing for me. That we were being denied their service for no apparent reason. Won’t be going to this location again

The hot Nashville chicken sandwhich is one of Earls' most precious gems. I've had it several times, including as a lettuce bun substitute (and then the remaining chicken, slaw, and best pickles ever as a leftover lunch the next day). I've turned my coworkers and boyfriend onto it as well, as it's one of the best chicken sandwhiches in town. The only downside for this sandwhich is that it can be messy, and "wet". They have a fantastic gluten free menu, and tasty and changing seasonal items.

I'm a Skip driver here in Prince George and so is my boyfriend. Almost everytime we go to pick up a skip order we are ignored for a long time. There are times when I see the hostesses (sometimes two or three) just standing at the host station chatting with each other. They never even look in my direction. I end up waiting for some time until I am acknowledged by someone. Even the servers see us and walk right past us. Even when we can see the orders waiting on the table they make us wait so long. It takes less than 30 seconds to hand over an order. One time I watched one skip driver knock on the glass to get a hosts attention and she gave us a very rude look. Then she came over and said don't knock on the window. I too am a server at a restaurant in town and even if I'm busy I never ignore the skip driver. I always stop and ask them their skip number or ask if they have been helped yet. Skip drivers are delivering food to your customers so we should be treated with respect and as if we are like customers. We are here trying to do a job just like you guys. I've talked with many other skip drivers in PG and they all have terrible things to say about Earls staff's treatment of Skip drivers. Everyone hates picking up orders from your restaurant because of the terrible customer service. Due to the bad attitude of the staff towards skip drivers I no longer want to eat at and support your business. I would tell the same things to my friends and family if this issue is not resolved.

Instead of going with Skip thought the Id support the store directly and instead wasted 30 minutes of my time to get treated poorly- Did a takeout order and they forgot to pack a whole meal- it happens I get it. But the girl at the front was unsympathetic and seem to care less- no apologies just said I could come get it or get a gift card refund?? - not an option when someone is expecting a meal. Not had this experience anywhere else in town and getting brushed off for a mistake that wasn't ours is poor customer service at best. Shame because the food was good- but in reading other reviews its clear the Hostess needs better training if she is going to rep the business.

Service was not to bad! But i ordered a 6oz steak and potatoes with mixed veggies, one for my 14yr old son and one for myself. The wife had fish and daughter had pasta. What we received was more like 3oz steak was literally 5 bites and a small scoop of mashed potatoes with green beans not mixed veggies! Ended up walking out of there hungry after eating half of my wife's fish and i don't even like fish! For $23ea could have got a lot more elsewhere would have complained but was there on holidays and didn't need the drama!

Tried the Grandview Corners location for the first time. I am a longtime Earls goer and have mixed feelings about my visit. The service was really good! Paige was our server and she was great. I liked how the hosts and food runners were very helpful to her, and assisted us with grabbing drinks/requests without us having to wait for our server to do everything. Had a small issue with only receiving one piece of bread instead of the two we ordered, but its not a big deal. Good teamwork at this location. The 3 stars is from the food. I had the lobster/prawn ravioli and it was too salty. We also ordered the prawn curry dish and was too salty as well. Our favourite, the pan bread is now off the menu. This was so disappointing as the replacement is a basic piece of garlic toast called Artisan Bread. The biggest issue was the chicken caesar salad. Something has changed. Its not flavourful or garlicy like it used to be. Bland Bland Bland, almost sent it back. Also, a diet coke is 4.75? Too steep.

Ordered a chicken Santa Fe salad through skip and it gave me violent food poisoning. When I called that same day I was told that I would get a refund and be contacted by a manager to further settle the issue. Over a week after that I still hadn’t heard back so I called again and got told to email the manager. When I did, the first thing they say is that so much time has passed that they can’t really look into it and there’s nothing they could do. And then had the audacity to say maybe it was something else I had eaten that day. If only the restaurant had been on top of everything I would’ve been contacted sooner and it would’ve been settled better. All I got for refund was skip credits. The staff seemed very dismissive and just wanted to pass me off onto the next person cause they couldn’t care less. Sucks that such a popular restaurant has bad customer service.

We’ve visited other locations in the past and always been surprised. Perhaps the issues we encountered were due to the newness of the location. Had to ask for the eggs and bacon to be re-done as they were both undercooked, I wasn’t asked how I wanted my poached eggs, but the whites were not set and I was scared of getting sick. Was beyond surprised to see that we were billed for the replacement bacon when the first was undercooked and not eaten. Doubt we will visit this location again.

I ordered the cajun blackened steak, and it was DELICIOUS. The mashed potatoes tasted so good with the steak spices, everything worked really well with eachother. The only thing was I didnt get the garlic butter on my steak, I can only imagine how much more delicious it could have been. I would get that meal again in a heartbeat. This Earls location just opened up today and it was a pretty fantastic experience. The building that was originally Montanas, is a bit noisy and this Earls ambience has that too. So if you want a quiet meal, id suggest somewhere else. Other then that, the service was excellent, wonderful and attentive staff. The food was as good as any other Earls I have been too and was served quite fast which was a delight. The only qualm about entering the Earls today was the Hosts offered Sparking Rose, RIGHT as you walk in the door. I am sure it was not a free glass of Rose, I declined the offer as it felt quite misleading. All in all, it's a worth while experience to finally have an Earls back in White Rock/South Surrey after a 10+ year absence. I will be returning multiple times.

If a nice dinner is what you're looking for, then go to Earls. Their steak was cooked excactly how I asked and the dynamite roll was delicious. The dessert was probably the best part of the whole meal, it was moist and extremely flavourful. Earls' menu had plenty of selection but not many healthy options in the shared plates section. Although, I have been there once before where my steak was way too rare and extremely chewy. I'm glad it was much better the second visit. I would recommend the steak and sushi, the garlic fries as well as the crispy calimari.

Earl's prides itself on being on the higher end of things. The food prices and quality normally reflect that, so although you are paying a little bit more you are normally getting better quality food. Which would be extremely nice if they were able to execute this every visit, I have been there on a few slow days and a few busy days, and it's just luck whether or not the food is going to come out edible. That being said I do enjoy the environment and the friendly service so I will keep going back!

It's really the only place to go and the problem is they know it. I ordered the quinoa and avocado salad. When I received it I noticed that there was no avocado I mentioned it to the waitress, who took away the dish and brought it back and said we are out of avocado. I was a little shocked that when the kitchen staff realized this they did not give me the option to chose something else or have it anyway. What was more shocking was when she said since we maid we are going to have to charge you full price. I somehow feel like I should have been able to chose something else or at least receive a small credit for the no avocado. As I said it is really the only place to go in the airport and they know it. Not likely to change much

My husband went for takeaway as we were staying at a nearby hotel and didn't want to leave our dog alone in the room. He picked up the Santa Fe salad and the Ahi Tuna salad; we cracked into the Santa Fe first which was delicious then moved onto the Tuna salad but to our surprise the salad was missing the tuna... after calling the establishment and speaking with Christie, the manager on duty, she promptly rectified the problem sending an order of tuna over via delivery - that's customer service! We quite understand that things can go wrong in a restaurant with so many moving parts, it's how companies deal with issues that sets them apart. Thanks Earls team!

Very nice new Decor in very nicely appointed restaurant. Felt like I was dying in a four or five star hotel for the fixtures furniture and everything else was extremely first class. I ordered the street tacos it was disappointed that they were only 4 inch diameter shell and the bacani sauce was just a taco sauce and actually had no Picante at all. I also had the ribs appetizer and other than bone and overly cooked breading there is very little to actually eat. Street tacos or maybe rims are definitely a no. Wife had a caesar salad, too heavy on the dressing, recommend ordering on the side the bread was good and a huge portion. This was not our cup of tea but it sure was a pretty restaurant

Absolutely fantastic time at Earl's, served by the very best. Came here to celebrate a surprise birthday party. Spent an enjoyable 4 hours here, and everything we needed was looked after very capably by servers and other staff involved. Food was excellent, drinks kept coming, tolerance for our loud table from other guests seated nearby (who also joined in the fun), and then the whole staff came out with the birthday cakes and helped sing background harmony on "Happy Birthday"! So for a 45$ meal I must say I was disappointed yet again with Alfredo that didn’t have cooked noodles and my Cajun chicken had no cheese and tasted like the breads been sitting out for 2 months. This is my favorite Earls location!! I used to frequent the one in Langley, but now there is no going back. I came yesterday with my girlfriend and we received outstanding service! Our server (I think her name was Hannah) gave us the best service I've receive in a while. She made sure our coffee mugs were never empty and that we received food that we enjoyed. We shared the crispy prawn roll, tacos, and spinach dip. Thank you, we will be back next week for more happy hour!

My partner and I went out to celebrate Saturday night at the prime time of 6:30 pm when we arrived to Earls we were greeted by very welcoming and friendly hostesses. Of course being Saturday it was very busy plus they had a lobster event on...As busy as it was the staff remained organized, calm and very efficient in managing the chaos it was just incredible. We sat in the lounge, the atmosphere was great and our server was fantastic! The entire experience was beyond perfect, thank you all for a great night and you ladies do your jobs phenomenally. This was my first dining out as a fully vaccinated person and a friend suggested South Surry Earls. What a dissapointment! We got seated at the high tables in the front. After ordering our drinks we decided to move to a booth. The server seated us and literally forgot about us that we were there. After about 40 minutes or so we asked her for a menu as she did not present on when we sat down. We got the menu, she once again neglected to come check at the table to ask if we were ready to order. Another 45 minutes or so passed until we waved her down to take our order. What a joke! such an negative experience. Looking around that evening it looked like the servers were more inclined to chat with the bar tenders, and they didnt even bother to see if we were ready to order, she pretty much left us unattended. We had to ask for the final bill, she didnt ask if we wanted anything else (not that i would have ordered anything, food was soooo average & over priced). Horrible, horrible experience! I won't be going back again. What a waste of $ 55.00 !

Polo park earls is the best one in Winnipeg. Always amazing quality food and the only earls that you get 100% consistency with awesome staff. I’ve been going to Earls for most of my life but the polo park location really takes the cake. The manager Julie has gone above and beyond for me and has even contacted the owners on my behalf when one of my favourite menu items that I have been ordering for 25 years was discontinued. She was even able to get me the recipe and now I have a piece of Earls available to me at home anytime. I have seriously never experienced such above and beyond service from any restaurant in my life. When the pandemic hit in Canada, Earls was the first to offer grocery pick up which I have been using for months in order to stay in isolation. The produce quality is always perfect and you get SO MUCH in your orders that it is super worth ordering through them and avoiding the grocery stores.

I have been a lifelong patron at Earls and they never cease to disappoint. From the unbeatable happy hour deals to exceptional food and drinks they always seem to go the extra mile to make your experience unforgettable. I used to come here all the time with my grandfather before the pandemic started as he lived downtown and this was a perfect location within walking distance of his place. I am glad that it is now re-opening and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone that is downtown. This is just one of those places that is worth going the extra mile to frequent.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a table. While we were being walked to our "reserved" table, we looked around and noticed about 5 empty, cleaned and set tables. Also, don't add tofu instead of chicken, because you'll sadly be greeted by plain un-marinated cubes of goo.

Jared was a lovely host. My boyfriend and I visited on a busy Saturday evening and we had a lovely time at the patio. Food didn't disappoint but more than anything, Jared made sure we had everything we needed. Took the time to introduce anything new about th menu before we ordered. This is my go to place for date night. Great food and love the drinks. But my bill has been wrong a few times. Food was wrong and or the wrong food came to our table and was told I'd get a free drink. When time to pay the bill my bill in the debit machine was a bit higher then what was given to me.

Earls Kamloops is amazing! Their staff and food are always 5 stars! It is a favourite of ours because the service and food is consistently great. They also have lots of vegetarian and vegan options which suits our family.

I want to reach out and thank the Vernon location for an amazing experience. I live in Kamloops and have had hit and miss service in the past so was reluctant to try it again but thought I’d give the Vernon location a try as an old friend was coming in from Kelowna and I was in Vernon for a few things. Our waitress Courtny555 made the evening. Food and drinks were great too but the service was phenomenal. Courtny was fun, friendly, sassy, attentive and was great at recommending items. Even made sure I got my ‘Manlinis’ right each time. Still hesitant on going back to the Kamloops location but will definitely come and visit Vernon again if the service we received last night is the same service we receive each time. Thanks again

Me and my brother are regulars at earls. No doubt the ambience is great, food is delicious and the service is always amazing. We always enjoy coming at earls and have a good time. I only have one complaint about one of the night manager i guess her name is Charmain, i have noticed from last 2-3 times that she is really rude to us. With two small children and Covid, I haven't been out to dine with my wife for over two years. I was a little taken aback when our server couldn't get through a sentence without sniffling mucus back up into her nose. I mean even without Covid, servers usually don't come in if they're sick like that. I called the manager over and said I'm fine with it if she's had a negative Covid test. The manager just said she'd take our table. My wife ordered some earth bowl or something and the salad leaves had turned, and many of them were black, wilted, and a little slimy. I brought this to the managers attention, she asked if my wife wanted another, she did not, then she said she would give us a desert on the house. The desert, a berry cheesecake came out and immediately we noticed that there were a few berries that had turned, one was completely covered in mold. The manager was kind enough and paid for our meal, which wasn't necessary, my pasta was fine. I would suggest a little more training in the apps department. I know that these days they probably don't employ an Expeditor (someone who checks things over before they go out) but in the absence of one the apps guy or the server should have noticed these things. Atmosphere was great, manager was great, quality isn't like it used to be.

Even though Earl's is advertised and priced as a higher-end restaurant, I was extremely unimpressed with the experience. The place looks beautiful, but it seemed like our table was placed haphazardly as my seat was about an inch away from the chairs and customers next to us. Service was okay, a little slow because of how packed it was, but my brother's meal came 15 minutes after everyone else's, and we had to ask to get it. My dad's Surf N' Turf came with: bare grilled asparagus, a steak that tasted like liver and had an off texture, and a separate plate of white, unseasoned and unsauced, steamed shrimp. For $45 you'd expect a great steak and flavourful sides, but my dad left majority of his food uneaten and didn't take it home. After mentioning how sad the dish was, a manager took it off the receipt which was appreciated but didn't fix the experience. Overall, it's a lively place for appies and drinks, but you'll be bargaining with the quality of a real meal.

But they have a dumb rule that if you aren't from the same house hold or all vaccinated you can't eat inside.. but can sit on the patio.. this is the only restaurant I've been to that had this "policy" in Winnipeg Manitoba. When I was in Brandon the day before we all ate inside at original Joe's we only had to sign a sheet with our names and numbers.. so I mean what's the difference between the two restaurants.. The waitress we had was amazing friendly and fun.

I had a Cajun cheddar chicken sandwich which was Hella good, but I also go the vegan buffalo cauliflower at the recommendation of someone and.. they were highly disappointing. Vegan ranch was very good so compliments to that, but basically no breading whatsoever on them to add a crunch or compliment any flavor, no spices I don't even think salt was on there just some light greens on them and they were barely covered with Buffalo sauce, a drizzle I would call that, some didn't even have any and it was too light to even get any on any other bites anyway. I would recommend they look at a recipe made by someone else before adding that to the menu and especially for $16.

Food was great and service was great however we attended a wedding anniversary and the patio area had been booked for months. Then Earls doubled booked the space. We ended up squished into half the patio area. The waitress did not have much room between tables to deliver the food. If there had been any kind of emergency in that area it would have been chaos and I bet if the fire marshall had walked into our area the place would have been shut down. or at the very least Earl's would have been written up . The noise level from the other group made it impossible for any of us to hear what was being said. I certainly would not recommend this venue for anyone wanting to celebrate something special because with Earl's in Kamloops money is the bottom line.

We experienced great service today, amazing food, and a quiet/ambient atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. This location currently has an operational heated outdoor patio to facilitate diners during the COVID 19 restrictions. They were very diligent in cleaning the tables and surrounding areas. Our waitress was very friendly, and our food arrived quickly. The Quinoa Avocado Power Bowl with Chicken was soooo good! The ingredients were fresh and the meal was filling. I'll definitely return.

I dined at Earl's for the first time this evening. Earls' Kitchen and Bar provides fast service, good sized portions, a modern and cozy atmosphere, as well as polite, well dressed servers (Thanks Morgan!). The washrooms were clean and well kept, the music was fun, the lighting apropriate, spicing was well utilized by the cooks. My only complaints were that the tables were too high for my liking and the gravy too thin. Will come back time and time again as long as that incredible Coconut Cream Pie won't be a one-hit wonder!

Food quality was very poor even for take out. we ordered the meals and consumed in our RV directly in front of earls, meals were eaten immediately upon receipt. Food was cold, soggy fries, stale buns. Waited on the phone for 10-15 minutes to order. Food ready in 30 minutes. We have done RV takeout at cactus club 3 times in past two weeks. Very slick on line ordering, text when food is ready (typically 15 minutes). Food was almost as good as restraunt dine in.

The Earl's Fort McMurray International Airport is the 3rd Earl's that I've been through this year. The 100 Avenue corner 178 St, Edmonton gave me and my mom so so bad service . The server at the said airport didn't even say thank you when I gave a 16% tip. Are you guys just after the tip? How much tip do you want 50% ? That's too much!

Mostly good but Not today @ Prince George when u sell a signature specialty burger for $18. Please back it up with enough ingredients on the burger. I was told 25% of my burger patty was missing cause that how they come in (Burger went to the kitchen And can back with addition of pickle)..really wow! Perhaps I should punch in a wrong debit card number and upon not approval I should say oh my bank account come short like that. Have no problem paying for expensive food but please back it up with quality and taste. and learn for this review. Only decent/helpful part of the meal was my Server.

Came in a few Saturday nights ago and got a table with my buddies close to the bar. It was my first time at this new location. The vibe was great here it was packed. Even busier than the cactus that’s nearby. My buddies and I ordered beers and wings and our server Rashni recommended the chicken tacos which is my go to dish now she even came back to check if we liked it. Both of our servers were very attentive and nice. Good location, good service, good food and drinks you can expect me to return very soon.

3 of us came on a Tuesday around 9pm and waited 20 minutes for Kelsey (I think her name was) to even acknowledge us. We never even got our drink orders taken, we ended up leaving and going to tavern after noticing she was serving people who arrived after us. Some of the locals aren’t expecting much with this rather high average. Depending on who’s serving you, who’s cooking your food, and who’s there to greet you and say good-bye at the door, this Earls is definitely hit & miss. Definitely not as good as others in the chain, e.g. Earls in Victoria. Too many TVs as well, TVs literally on top of TVs; didn’t realize they were a sports bar. Only problem is, they usually have the sound too low, or even off, so you have to create your own colour-commentating. And you have to crane your neck to watch while at the bar, of all places. On that note, definitely don’t sit at the bar: the barstaff only know how to mix and pour rudimentary cocktails & beer. You won’t get much small-talk, much chit-chat, from that crowd. In the words of the Irish – not much craic. Most boring bar I have ever been to; I can see why this Earls is so quiet in the wintertime. Some of the staff blame the inclement weather but Calgary or Regina have a busier vibe, even when it’s -20C out. If you are going to waste your hard-earned money at this establishment, make it worth your while and have Sarah or the guy with the bun in his hair (believe he has a Greek name) serve you; get a table in their sections, you shouldn’t be disappointed. The head-hostess is a sweet girl, if she’s still there. Washrooms are clean; the pizzas appear good. Try the Red Racer IPA draught… only reason to be at the bar. Don’t touch the Rhino Pale Ale… literally piss.

This restaurant is hands-down water polo Parks best! Along with Joey it was started by two brothers one with Joey and another with Earls. I had the clam chowder soup which is absolutely delicious and they bring up big chunk of bread herbed up to dip in extra virgin olive oil mixed in with balsamic vinegar.... Heaven! I also had the Caesar with a great big chunk of salmon on top. To die for! Management is excellent at this place and the service is prompt and very friendly!

UPDATE: Adam, the GM called me directly this morning. We had a a pleasant conversation. He went out of his way to ensure our feedback was received by his team so that they could directly improve their consistency with specific feedback. This is the type of management and fortitude restaurants need, especially with the pandemic. Bravo Adam! Kudos to you. Expect to see us soon as I know you'll ensure the absolute best experience for us. We've been here about a dozen times since it opened. Overall our experiences have been excellent. The food each time has been the best that any Earls location has offered, which is a positive note for this location. From a service perspective, although it has generally been positive, there have been a few instances in which the service was under par. Perhaps a lack of maturity or a lack of intuition. Either way, the service standards here could improve to match the quality of the ambience and the food. If the service was more consistent, I'd give them a five star rating. Overall, this location is one of the better Earls in the GVA.

Bad service and good food. Took us 10 minutes before we had a server come see us and that was only because I eye balled the manager. The server was slow, talked very quiet and I could not hear here. She would also serve on table at a time and constantly walk by our table. I would have loved another beer with my meal but after serving our food she did not talk to us again until we we're finished. It took us nearly a half hour to eat in wing night as we ordered lots of wings and appetizers. Wings were excellent and the spinach dip is amazing. I recommend trying this place out as my score reflects the poor service.
