The band once they started(a lil late) was excellent. Unfortunately, the young lady that waited on the tables was not only slow but she spilled my drink on me and it was not the right drink! Had not been on a Sunday to see the bands in a long time & I think it will be a long time b4 I return. Everyone at our table complained abt the lady serving the tables. They need more people on Sundays waiting on tables as they have only the 1 young lady and the crowd is to big for only l person working. The wait time for our drinks was 20 mins at least. So one of the girls from our table just went up to the bar and got our drinks herself. My 2nd drink was the one the young lady spilled on me. Not cool! So needless to say I left after finishing that 2nd drink.

Have been patronizing Mike's for decades when I want to go slumming. Tonight the All-Star band was perfor.ming, there were several seats RESERVED. I sat at end of table where evidently the RESERVED sign had blown away by the industrial sized fan. 1/3 way thru my Heineken I was told this is reserved seating. I have been thrown out of better places. I left probably never to return again. It's a neighborhood dive in an impacted neighborhood where you may have to park across the street in the library lot

The Music was GR8, The Old School Boys did a Tentation review which could have been done in Vegas. I ran into my former college roommate, Elgy Fleming who is an excellent keyboardist. His own band is called White Chocolate. There were a few unsavory folks in the house. I had an argument with this one young dude about my outfit. The Queen Bee of the house wouldn't let several quest use a chair which was at a reserved table but no one was sitting there. The house was packed as usual but a little more so because most people had just came from the Pine Grill Reunion. A lot of out of towners.. overall I had a nice time got some action and went elsewhere.
