My first time at this location, and we had a blast! We went for the 9:45pm session, which finished in about three hours. Just for a heads up! They have awesome cheap snack and entrees available ($6 for a poutine that has me wishing for more...) as well as plenty of drink options. Though you are allowed outside food and drinks! There's some options to play in between rounds, mini bingo games that are only three (versus nine) boards, one that was only nine spots (almost won this one!) And also some games in the back that are similar to slot machines though they're all automated. For about $40, ($25 for the bingo cards) I had lots of fun and good food. Definitely worth a visit, even if you don't win. Went with family, and we had a blast together :)

This bingo hall is a five minute walk from my house and I usually stop by a few times a year. It has recently undergone a renovation and it looks great inside and out. You are allowed to bring your own beverages and snacks and this can be a nice affordable way for you to spend a night out and possibly win some money. I would recommend this bingo hall. Oh, they also do sell lottery tickets and you are able to play any OLG game here.

This is a great bingo hall! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful! There's usually a wait for anything from the cafe but it's so good! I've never had anything less than delicious here! There are alot machines for more play inbetween games! Very clean place and attentive service!

Usually love going there just had a bad experience recently was very emotional and embarrassing, but yet all the regulars that know that I am a regular as well and part of the inner circle club stuck up for me because I almost didn't get paid the money I won and even an employee stuck up for me because she verified my bingo back and was same on screen like same spot for the winning number 068 was same spot as mine but apparently the caller Courtney didn't actually verify on her end so they were blaming me and the manager Gloria made me feel stupid and I ended up crying in front of everyone and ended up just having a bad night when I was having such a good night and won a few times turned into a stressful aweful night and I got sick to my stomach... I do love all the others that work there though

This place is not even worth all of the hastles that come along with it. The one lady on the floor was very nice and once she found out that I was a new player, she was very helpful. However, the lady that was working the counter and bar was extremely grouchy and rude. I waited at the bar for 15 minutes to be served then rudely she snapped at me when I told her I did not need a glass and she insisted that I did. Then when I came up for my second beer, she asked me how many I had already had, if I had three of four? I told her 2 and she told me that I was then limited to one every hour. I just found the whole thing very weird and I've never had an experience like this before. I am in my twenties and have never been babysat like that since I was a child. Plus its bingo, it's not very exciting. If I'm not having a few beers, then I not going. Also not to mention the growing number of vehicles that are being broken into and stolen from that parking lot. I recommend the St Catharines location.

Felt the number caller was a little fast. One patron called out that she won, the worker on the floor had noticed and tried to get the caller's attention. He ignored it and continued calling numbers. A manager came on the floor and made matters worse by saying the patron was at fault, she should have gotten the caller's attention and allowed the caller to continue. Someone else was given the prize.

I worked here for a short period of time and had to move on because split shifts for minimum wage weren’t worth it; and it has been a month since my last shift and the company has yet to pay me in full. It costs 165$ to get your gaming license, the employee pays upfront and is subsequently repaid when the license comes in. They do threaten to retrieve that money if and when you quit, however they have withheld a random amount of money from me that I never agreed to. Also, I had to demand the manager ask a lady who was actively vomiting to leave. She had been vomiting into the garbage can outside, was seen by several employees doing this and somehow got in to do it inside while sitting at the table into another garbage can. The manager didn’t seem too concerned. I wouldn’t recommend working here. I hear St Catherine’s has better prizes and is cheaper to play.

Had a good time. The caller spoke far to fast to understand. If you aren't a regular, you're screwed. The sales staff treat you like you're inconveniencing them. Dismissive and unhelpful. Had to ask a regular patron for help. Snack bar is the best part of the place.. very good food and friendly service.

The recent increase in prices is absolutely unfair. When I questioned the increase (25% for a triple book and 40% for a single book) I was told that this was just bringing Niagara Falls in line with the other halls. That would make perfect sense if the other halls offered the same prize board (I was told the city won't let them raise the price board and if this is the case you cannot compare Niagara Falls with other halls such as St. Catharines as you are comparing apples to oranges.) However this is not the case as in St. Catharines the consultation prize for the Progressive game is $500 whereas in Niagara Falls it is $300. Also in St. Catharines there is a lovers jackpot for $450 after the $1000 jackpot has been won and it goes on from there . It is also important to note that in St. Catharines for $45 you get a maxed out gecko whereas this would cost you $90 in Niagara Falls. Why couldn't they do that in Niagara Falls so the price increase won't be so great. If Tim Hortons raised the price of their coffee by 25-40% you would stop going there! It use to be a great place to go but I can't stomach being ripped off and given excuses that assume we are idiots and take them for face value.
